A bit dated but clean rooms and inexpensive. No dining.

Unlike the motel we stayed in for two days prior to this, I can’t give this hotel a lower rating. It has been allowed to become extremely run down and seems to be managed by an ambivalent manager. Everything could use some work in this motel. The worst part was that there was literally no heat in the room when we arrived, and it was freezing outside. We did have control of the heat ourselves and turned the heat on high and left to go to a restaurant. However, when we came back three hours later the room was barely warmer. We slept wrapped up in clothing and by morning, the room was slightly acceptable. I had a feeling I was going to run into this kind of thing when I called to book a reservation and spoke with the owner/manager. I had already checked trivago and knew they were offering the room for $75 for a double room (two double beds). Sometimes if you speak to the owner they can give you a better deal, for instance, if you are a senior, or have CAA, or an institutional affiliation. However, when I spoke with this man, he said the best he could do was $79 for a single room and $89 for the double I was looking at. I told him I found the double listed for $75 on trivago. He said lots of people claim they find lower prices but that isn’t true. I told him I wasn’t going to pay more than what I could book it for online. I probably should have walked away at this point, but out of spite, I booked it online anyhow and got the double room for $75.

The website stated there was a restaurant, however the resturant had been closed for years. The internet was absolutely terrible. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Basic cable.

Freezing cold on arrival and took forever to heat up. Drains all plugged Bed mattress must be 20 years old.

The owner was nice and friendly and provided a room for me very late at night, the room heavily smelt like cigarettes and I couldnt get the hot water to work in the morning. Due for upgrades in its rooms.

Neat and clean. Complimentary breakfast. I prefer.

I cannot believe that the state this hotel is in, and that it is still allowed to be open. I am a veteran of the hotel and hospitality industry, and was appalled by the state of the room we walked into. We booked this hotel last minute, and got into the room minutes later at around midnight. We were exhausted and we're looking for an economical option as we were leaving early the next day. We got into the room, and I could tell it was a old, but had it been clean and kept, I would not have cared. It was a place we were going to sleep within and leave; I did not need any luxuries. We were exhausted and wanted a bed. There were so many issues I'm frankly not sure where to start. We stayed in the room long enough to realize we would have been cleaner, and more comfortable just sleeping in my car and peeing on the side of the road! So about 5-minutes. The washroom was disgusting and dirty, the shower curtain was rotting and full of mold. It was stained by the mold, and obviously they could not afford a new dollar store shower curtain. The linens in the bathroom looked like they were put in the same washer as championship mud wrestlers uniforms, post-game day. And not only that, but the quality of the linens were that of a lesser caliber dollar store. The electrical plugs were absolutely illegal in the amount of things that were plugged into them. The place is an electrical fire just waiting to happen! The walls had stains and webs throughout.

The staff was nice. The bed is comfortable and the room was very clean.

Nice and clean. Great location and friendly stuff. Free breakfast was a nice surprise. Great value for the money and location.

They gave away our room and we're extremely unhelpful.

I'm not sure why anyone would go there. It's run down and needs a few dollars put in. The hot water doesn't come in the morning until things get moving. I've waited almost 10 minutes with no luck more than once. The shower head leaked (be careful if you shower. The temperature fluctuation is quite liberal), there's 2 ply Kleenex and toilet paper, the rooms aren't that big because of a sofa that I'd have to be rather exhausted to sit on. The TV looks like an ice chest and the parking lot pavement has enough grass grown up through you'd probably have a good yield if you planted potatoes, and the paint is about gone. No heat pump and the AC didn't look clean at all. Plus it was quite loud. I happened to notice the blue trim lights looked to have a short in them, they had a little bit of a flashing irregular tune. The towels however, are soft and the bathroom fan is extremely quit, maybe 1.5 sone fan. There's a nice morning sun that shines on the front of the paint chipped building too. And the Wi-Fi works perfect too.

Simple clean rooms. Free Wi-Fi, and basic cable. The man at the front desk was very accommodating.

Large room with sofa. Excellent Wi-Fi and shower. Great location. Small bed and no microwave but can't complain for the price.

It was clean breakfast included it is a budged motel good location price most reasonable.

Outaide of hotel needs work. Inside they renovated but definitely not up to date. Bathroom was dirty. Wasn't happy it took them 2 days to clean it.

I want to start out by saying that if I had to stay here again, I guess I would be ok with that. Now, for the review. If the exterior does not say "Don't Stay Here", then your check-in experience might. You fill out what looks like a ballot to win a free tent at Canadian Tire or something during sign in and are required to pay up front (not a bad idea, probably saves people from complaining and trying to get out of paying after spending the night). If you get past all that, you will be treated to a sub-par, though not terrible experience. The rooms are small, the televisions are ancient, the location is loud and the walls are thin. My room had water damaged ceilings and walls with obvious mildew growth, along with a terribly stained carpet. The wireless internet only seems to work in the first room or two next to the front office, after that, good luck getting online. I ended up using my handy little multi-tool to fix the shower head which was spraying everywhere as it was too loose and needed some plumbing tape (this may explain some of the mildew on the bathroom ceiling. To be fair, my stay was not all bad. The beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water for your shower with easy to adjust temperature, and the bathroom was rather clean (aside from the ceiling). Plus it was nice to have a fridge and microwave in my room while still paying less than $100 per night.
