The place is easy to find and parking is available. Our room was private, but the furniture was a little dated. The showers and bathroom are clean. Towels are not provided. Would stay there again as the prices are unbeatable!
We stayed here while traveling the Cabot Trail and truly enjoyed our experience! The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and we really enjoyed chatting with her! There is not much to do in Pleasant Bay (we came here to go Whale Watching) and there is no cell service (although the free Wifi offered at the hostel is excellent! ). We spent time watching the sunset at the beach and had dinner at the Rusty Anchor. We spent the rest of our time socializing with people staying at the hostel! If you're looking to stay on a budget, I highly recommend this place!
