This hotel have good service. All of staff is so nice. Room is very clean and comfortable.
I have been living here for over 10 years now and I have been going to this hotel for a long time just because it is the only hotel that allows dogs it was never a great hotel but it was ok However since they have this new manager it has been going downhill ever since the customer service has gone down a lot he is rude to the point where I almost walked out the last time I was there. They spent money on a separation for the breakfast area but nothing was done with the rooms it was absolutely disgusting and yes they are smoking rooms and that is where u stay when u bring ur dog but I wouldn’t keep my dog in a room like that at home it was disgusting The other thing that catering to people who come from down south is much better than people (and yes I’m white) who have been coming to this hotel for years it was 430 in the afternoon and my room was not ready so he told me I have to wait no choice either take it or leave it after 45 min that was supposed to be 15 min I went and ask him to check on the room and all he said was It’s ready in a very rude tone Yet people from down south had arrived and he was bending backwards to please them I will get a hold of the big bosses and complain.
