Perfect spot to stay while exploring PEI. Room was cozy and clean. The included breakfast was both delicious and convenient.

We stayed in the single cottage. It was very clean, had a heat pump and dehumidifier going to keep the air feeling nice, and the bed was comfortable.

I stayed here during a recent trip and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and Mindeep tried hard to make sure all my questions were answered.

This is the second year in a row staying here. Stayed in the lodge and very happy. Yes, this place needs to be updated but was clean.

We stayed here back in 2022 and we still compare it to every trip we take. We flew in, grabbed a rental car and toured the island. This was central to all the sights and scenes.

The Suite rooms has private patios overlooking the water. Owner kindly accommodated our GF breakfast.

Highly recommend this place. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were bright and clean. The restaurant on site was delicious, with many options.

Great location with a super sunset view. Friendly proprietor. Stayed off season but it looks like a great place to bring children as the playground is well equipped.

My family of 7 adults rented the Chickadee cottage in September 2025. We were lucky to get off season rates but the weather was like summer so that was great!

Just returned from a 4 night stay at Bay Vista and we are very happy with our stay! The motel isn’t fancy but it’s everything you need to be comfortable.

Had a wonderful time. The motel grounds are beautifully manicured with lots of tiger lillies, rooms are very clean and updated. Loved the swimming pool. Location is excellent.

Loved our stay. Had everything we needed, including a small full kitchen to prepare meals and two separate bedrooms which was really nice.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were friendly and check in was smooth. Definitely not a 5 star fancy hotel but that made us feel a bit more at home with the kids being able to play.

If you want to stay near Cavendish, I can highly recommend this place. If I go back I want to stay there again.

We spent last week with our grandchildren at Swept Away cottages. What a wonderful place! Super clean, well equipped and the owners are so accommodating. Beds are comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. Located close enough to beaches and the boardwalk we could explore and relax.

We spent two days at the Cavendish Lodge and Cottages and we loved it. The cottage was clean and renovated last year. The kitchenettes are well equipped.

The motel was central to everything. Carmen was very friendly and helpful!.
Being so close to the Hwy it was very noisy from the Crack of dawn until everything shut down at night.

Basic comfort for a short stay. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom a little small. The place is clean. No complaints.

Cozy spot right across from the Tourist Market and very close to other attractions. The room was quite dated, although I'm not sure every room is like that. Beds were comfortable, room was clean.

We came here with our family, not having visited PEI in about a decade. We usually camp, but this year stayed at the motel.

My niece and I stayed at this place. Because of construction we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom cottage at no extra cost. We loved everything about our accommodation.

Pretty nice spot. Rooms were good and clean. Only thing is we had to switch our place the second day as our original room was booked when we arrived. Staff were great, nice and efficient!

We recently returned home to Ontario from an outstanding PEI golf vacation.

Would just like to say we had a absolutely fantastic time. We drove from Ontario and asked if we could check in early as we had a tee time booked for two o’clock.

We stayed at the Avonlea Forest Hills Carriage House in August and it was fantastic. The cottage was beautiful inside and immaculately clean.

A great place to stay! New owners were extremely welcoming and helpful during my stay. Breakfast was great and rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

My husband and I enjoyed 6 nights at the Home Place Inn while exploring the beautiful Prince Edward Island. The location of the B&B is perfect!

Kaio and Mickey are lovely people. We had a wonderful two nights stay, yummy breakfasts and chats with Kaio, who was very accommodating and gave us lots of information, and tips, about the area.

This place is comfy, affordable and clean. Nothing fancy but the owners, mickey and Kaio were so accommodating.

This is great choice for a young family. The location is excellent and the cottages have an Anne of GG village vibe which is appropriate for the area.

For the last 15 years, we have made an annual trip To PEI, The first 2 years we stayed at a bed and breakfast in Charlottetown.

Cabins are quaint, rustic and meet the needs of your group with shower, kitchenette, fridge and bedrooms. If you're looking to book a cabin, this is a cabin.

Stayed in May for work and it was great value for what you get. It’s not fancy but it’s not supposed to be. It’s clean, affordable, and in a great location.

A bright, spacious, clean, and tidy little house, complete with a kitchen and living room. My unit even had its own washer and dryer — super convenient!

We stayed in the Inn. The room was clean but small.

We spent a weekend here and had no real complaints. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean (smelt a little like cleaner) and it was quiet. Pool was open, although children complained it was cold.

There must have been several fake earlier reviews. The staff is friendly and helpful. Accidentally locked myself out while carrying my bags in — and a friendly staff member got me back in immediately.

We stayed at Fairways Cottages in Cavendish this past weekend and had such a fantastic experience.

The rooms are a little dated and could use some fresh paint and furniture update! We were on the first floor, TV set up was great but only used it once anyways.

The cottage we stayed in was perfect for what we needed. Location is great for seeing PEI and the ability to do our wash there was badly needed.

I spent 2 nights in a chuckwagon and it was great! This is a very special place. The campsite is very big and they have so many amenities, particularly for those coming with kids.

My six year old loved all the activities and playgrounds. The splash pad was such a hit that we didn’t need to take her to Shining Waters.

Excellent Stay. It's as the title suggests. Simply Charming. Wonderful Hosts. Special! Well done.

This was our 4th year in a row staying here, great accommodations, friendly staff, beautiful location, that's why we keep coming back. Can't wait for another week stay next year.

We stayed at the cottages this past summer with our dog Moose. I am always a bit worried about being an inconvenience to staff and other visitors when bringing a big black lab on vacation.

Stayed here for three nights with my family and I wish we had planned to stay longer.

We have just spent a week at the MCC and as before we were not disappointed. The cottage and its furnishings were spotless. Resort grounds were well groomed and clean. Towels etc.

Very comfortable and quiet room in the inn. Close to a paved bike trail with access to a ride all the way to North Rustico. Enjoyed our stay. A heater was provided on a cooler day.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was our first time visiting the PEI and this was a great central location. We booked the motel with a cot. Nothing fancy but was a well equipped homebase for our stay.

I would recommend this place. It's close to all the main attractions and the service was awesome.

Room had a very convenient patio doors, quick access to your vehicle we always had a teenager willing to go around and open the main room and the screen door when we got back.

Our welcome was complete and sincere. An easy check in. The location is great for a golfing trip as it is in the midst of some great courses which are booked by Loraine, our host.

Rooms were nice size, BBQ wasn't cleaned though, had pool and small playground on site. We didn't get any room cleaning during our 3 day visit. Host was pleasant. Nice views of surrounding area.
