Very bad concierge services…this not a 5 stars Hotel!

Awesome staff and pool luxory.

Great service. We had a one night staycation and had a great time. Unlike Chateau Moncton, Hotel Shediac accepts local customers!

Stayed at Hotel Shediac this past weekend for our Mary Kay Retreat. The hotel was very clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, delicious meal at the restaurant also. I would certainly recommend staying here! If in the area, I will be back!

We decided to travel to Newbrunswick from Ontario and researched a place close to the ocean, We decided on Hotel Shediac, We absolutely loved it, We had the junior suit, with a huge balcony, looking at the ocean. We stayed 3 nights, and was able to have day trips to PEI, Nova Scotia and enjoy a day at the beach we will 100 percent recommend this hotel to all our friends, Loved it.

Very clean hotel in a great location in Shediac and very well priced. Very friendly service. The complimentary breakfast was ok and the eating area was very small (people would come in and not have anywhere to sit). Overall I would definitely recommend though.

Loved it! Great pool and hot tub. Excellent restaurant pricing. Beds were very comfortable, slept fantastically well. Free breakfast, which had it all. Room was very affordable. Hands down great overnight stay! Highly recommend a stay of you are in the area.

It was a great place to have a birthday party. Pizza was very good. Event room was clean. Pool was clean and warm. The pool room was too hot though.

What a lovely place. Beautiful hotel, clearly renovated recently. Comfy bed, and the balcony off the room was lovely. The pool here is amazing; it must be heated by in-floor radiant heat, because not only was the water warm, but every surface in the pool was also lovely and warm to the touch. I think this is the best hotel pool I've ever been in. The free breakfast here is pretty good, but get up early if you want the good cheese omlets (let's be honest, nobody really likes bell peppers in their omlets, am I right? ). Anyhow, the lady that cared for the breakfast nook was so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anybody. I would ask for a room on the north side next time, as the view would be nicer and probably a bit quieter.

Very nice property, very nice room with a great view. The weak point is that I am really disappointed buffet breakfast and the housekeeping room is ordinary.

Nice hotel, terrible customer service, we called to change our booking the day before our arrival from Friday-Saturday to Thursday-Friday. We arrived late Thursday night with 2 children after driving from Cape Breton checked in and I admit but if a tired rush after 6 hrs on the road and didn’t realize we were still booked for the original nights with the addition of Thursday. I realized this when I saw the amount of the charge on my credit card the next morning, so at 9am on Friday I asked the front desk to please correct the error and cancel the night for Saturday as we had previously requested. The response was not reasonable or understanding, I requested to speak to the manager and she responded by saying “. Well it’s not marked here so that change was never requested” so if you want to cancel there is a 50% charge to do so even if it’s more than 24hrs beforehand, simply because you already checked in and that’s our policy. So I was called a liar and told that I have to pay for a night in a hotel when I won’t even be staying there. We stay in the Moncton area 8-10 weekends a year on average and this is one family that will not be returning to the Hotel Shediac and we’ll be sure to let all of our leagues hockey families know of the customer service and understanding we didn’t receive at this Hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Newly built. Modern and nicely decorated. Very comfortable rooms and a good price. Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel. Luxury. Maybe a little pricey in the summer season. The only downside is the breakfast which is not from the North American breakfast level.

Nice, large, clean rooms. Gamesroom and pool were fun for our 5 year old. Some outlets didn't work in our room, and the shower curtain needed to be replaced. The decks would be nice in the summer. The staff were all friendly. Overall a good value, in a nice location.

What a great hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, reasonably priced. The bed was very comfortable, hot shower and dog friendly in some rooms. They have a great resturant/bar with live music that was fun. Free breakfast and a Starbucks on site.

Can't really rate your hotel because we had transmission problems with our truck on our way there and had to cancel the room. Thanks to your hotel policy we still had to Pay for our room because we cancel the same day. Cost us a Transmission and the room. $116 was the room and it was $116 to cancellation fees. Like wtf. Full cost for canceling. Hotel Robbery! Thanks for taking our $!

Absolutely a beautiful hotel. Rooms are large and modern with own balcony. Nice indoor pool and hot tub with spa as well. Beds are excellent and very comfortable. Great service. Very much enjoyed my stay! Would highly recommend staying here.

I loved this hotel a lot, it is quite different than other hotels in the area. It has a modern layout and features, and the service is excellent. The only thing I would complain about is the air in the rooms being really dry which makes for a somewhat difficult sleep.

I came here on Christmas day for a nice getaway with my SO. Everything about the hotel was fantastic except for the unfortunate timing of our situation. Being the holiday the room cleaning service was expectedly home with their families, which was totally understandable. How the hotel handled that situation when the room we wanted was unavailable was a bit undersirable normally a room upgrade would have been a fortuitous scenario. The issue was not the desire for more, we had a specific intention and we set out for that. They did make up for it with excellent service but I do wish they would have given us advance notice of everything and saved us from a very stressful afternoon. The girl at the front desk went above and beyond and cleaned the room we asked for after we discovered that was the only issue, and was exceptional help throughout our stay. A sincere thank-you to the staff here for their help in giving us a great Christmas evening.

Very nice hotel. Reception room friendly, but it's mostly the restaurant that really impressed me with a very talented live guitarist and a super good food!

We were tired after driving all day on our way to PEI and found Hotel Shediac. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous room, and the staff member at the front desk was so kind. I would drive to Shediac just to stay at the hotel again.

This independently owned hotel is miles above anything else you'll find for the price. I've stayed here twice and both times the hotel was spotless, rooms were spotless, the facilities (gym, pool, hot tub) were all clean and breakfast was delicious. Outstanding value considering the quality of the hotel and the friendly & helpful staff.

Nice hotel horrible service from management, was given a dirty room and actually had to fight the manager to get a proper clean room. Room was dirty, bedding not changed, dirty walls, broken phone and broken TV. After getting a clean room at 10:30pm, and getting some sleep I got to wake up to horrible breakfast. It wasn't what I would call edible. Senior manager wouldn't even talk to me when checking out but did take the GST off my bill as an apology. A whole $25 lucky me lol still cost me $200 for my horrible experience.

Amazing and beautiful little hotel in town. It's central location gives you access to everything near. The personals are great and helpful. We had a problem with our reservation and they find a way to accomade us. I recommand for sure!

Clean, helpful friendly staff. Pool and hot tub was great… salt water. Beds were so very comfy, best sleep of our 17 day travelles. Restaurant food was incredible. We would definitely go back.

The St James restaurant in the hotel was great. Good selection of local beets, service was great and helpful. Nice pub fare food.

Very nice, new hotel. Get an odd numbered room if you can. Great view out over the water and Shediac island. Accessible rooms are very well equipped. Standard rooms have fridge, microwave, Keurig. Beds are very comfortable.

Only gave 1 star as there is no thumbs down option. I advise people to watch out for their certificates and promotions as they are scams. Tried to book a room today for my wedding night, with a certificate of one free night of lodging. Expiration date was for June 1st, so I go in today to book for the 4th of June, and they would not allow me to use it. Watch out for their promotions.

I enjoyed a nice hot beverage at the cafe. It was a nice ambiance.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Rooms are modern and clean, food is decent and service was good. Wifi coverage was spotty in some areas. Only some areas of the parking lot are suitable for larger vehicles.
