Recently updated, clean, quiet and comfortable. Would stay again. The breakfast attendant lady was especially awesome! Having a hot breakfast was great and she made sure everything was perfect.

Went there with a group of women on a conference. Clean rooms, nice and friendly staff. The free breakfast was quite a surprise, it had eggs, waffles, sausages, potatoes, so many choices. Muffins and fruit for a quick breakfast. There is coffee available all day also. Which is a great extra when you arrive back to the Travelodge in the afternoon or at the end of the day.

Spend a very good night in this motel… Its beautiful clean. And quiet… I would recommend it to all… Very friendly service.

Older hotel. Some new renovations. Rooms were a bit musty smelling and the couch in our suite was also musty smelling. Our A/C and heater didn't work. Fair amount of variety for breakfast. Beds were very comfortable.

We were there for 4 nights… our first time visiting moncton… great service all the staff was very friendly and ready to help, answer any concerns, questions … Breana, Aymen, (his brother) … Sylvia … (rest of the team) you guys were awesome… thanks for everything it made our experience in moncton much better… the beds are very confortable, clean Will defeneatly recomend this hotel! Sarah W at the front desk was great to me and my family. She took time out of her busy morning to make sure my 3 year old had crayons after her breakfast was done to keep her occupied until we were done are breakfast.

We showed up during a snowstorm and was lucky to book a room with no hiccups. Rooms were clean and cozy and there was a decent gym all for me… treadmills and free weights. It was great. Discounts for military and veterans. Continental breakfast and Wi-Fi were complimentary. Checkout was a breeze and no surprise charges. Staff was very friendly but the twins working totally messed me up. I thought man he worked all night and still going strong, lol.

Nice hotel and the room was very clean! Only had the pleasure of staying for the night before I caught my flight but it was very enjoyful!

Very helpful, friendly and professional staff. Sarah (Sara) was especially kind to my wife and I by informing us that the hotel would extend our 12 pm checkout by some additional time because of freezing rain at the time in the Moncton area. We ended up not needing the extra time offer, but the safety gesture was very much appreciated. Our room was very clean and the king bed and pillows very comfy. I read in some of the early reviews that the hotel's complimentary breakfast was average at best, but I couldn't find anything wrong with the scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, pancake maker, various breads and pastries, oatmeal, numerous cereals, juice choices, fresh fruit, yogurt, tea and coffee. Did I mention it was complimentary?

Clean, spacious, fairly priced — with an excellent location. And even better staff! Sara (h) took care of everything I needed and more. I recommend staying here and will do so myself. Thanks again.

Quiet peacefull, good price, great breakfast and very helpful staff. Good TV and easy access to moncton. The staff is over the top willing to serve you better and help you with what ever is needed. It's a clean friendly hotel that you want to bring your family and stay the night. There is a unlimited amount of free coffee and tea. Sausage eggs potatoes and more for breakfast. I keep hearing of upgrades tho we were never offered any.

Great friendly staff bilingual is not a problem as well awesome breakfast will be back.

Decent enough place. Room was clean, but dated. Free breakfast was nice. If you're looking for a cheap room for a night, it's a pretty good deal.

Decent hotel if you get an exceptional rate. Rooms were kind of falling apart. Guy at the front desk complained to each customer about how much he was working — friendly enough though I did not appreciate him signing me up for the loyalty program without my consent then talking about it as if he did me a huge favor. Hotel due for a refreshment, but if you can get a sub $100 rate it might not be a bad deal.

Arrived for check in, received our keys, went up to the room and our key cards didn't work. Ok, wrong programming, happens all the time. I go back to the lobby and the woman who was ahead of us checking in is back complaining that her room had not been made up. After they checked her into another room (because she was told housekeeping had left for the day) the young woman at the desk reprogrammed our key cards and I went back up to try again. Still no luck opening the door. When I go back to the front desk a second time, another gentleman who was checking in ahead of us was there advising the young woman that his garbage and bedding had not been changed. At this point I was wary of what I was going to see when I finally did get the door open. The woman at the desk informs me that sometimes this happens with the doors here, but it's ok because the master key card she has works and there would always be someone at the desk to let us in when ever we needed. This was not going to work for us as we had plans to come and go several times and asking to have our door opened for us at the front desk each time would be a major inconvenience. So, we insisted on a room with a functional lock. With some reluctance (as we were told there were no more of our room type available that night) she did change our room to a larger suite. We did a quick check of the room when we entered and the room appeared tidy, bed was made, garbage changed.

A clean and comfortable room at a reasonable price. Great for overnight stays.

This is NOT a place anyone would want to stay. One hour check in process. What's up with that. Dirty rooms with baked on food in microwave, green growth in bar sink and rugs not vacuumed and a door lock that jammed so thatcthere was now access in or out. Cockroach found in the adjoining room.

Great all you can eat breakfast. Beds amd rooms clean. Free cookies in the lobby along with a computer. Very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff. My colleagues enjoyed the casino within walking distance. I enjoyed the very comfortable bed. Even though we were right next to a major highway, I slept like a baby.

Clean. Moderately comfortable. A 'no frills' feel to the hotel. Breakfast was ok — some hot food, but nothing special. Coffee is unlimited, but weak and mediocre.

Amazing service! The hotel is very clean and tidy. The room is spacious. Close to many amenities.

The room was great. The breakfast was well supplied. It had both hotband cold food. Definately a place to stay when on the road. Walking distance from a casino.

Overall great experience. I'm giving it a 5 because the only issue I've ever had staying at a Travelodge hotel is the Wi-Fi and I personally don't think that has anything to do with customer service. Great friendly staff and clean, large rooms. Would definetly recommend.

Nice suites, good price, super friendly staff. We had a group of 8 meeting up, got to use their continental breakfast area into the night, playing cards and piling up dishes and making fresh pots of coffee whenever we wanted. Wonderful experience.

The location of the hotel is great as it is quite close to the casino. The rooms are quite nice as well with a fridge and a microwave. What loses two full stars for me is the terrible internet. The Wi-Fi is very slow and the connection drops constantly.

First time staying at this hotel, very nice, clean room, pleasant and courteous staff. Great continental breakfast. Stayed one night in a room, second day the heater broke, within minutes I was settled into a new room, free upgrade for the duration of the stay.

The rooms are comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful. Although we didn't get to enjoy the free breakfast the options sounded great.

Bed was comfy but continental breakfast was sub par, even for hotel breakfasts.

Great room for the price! My girlfriend and I just rolled into town and Melanie at the front desk helped us get a king room for the night on short notice. Room is large and clean. Very happy.

They did not change the sheets! When opening the bed we found a lot of hairs, wrinkled sheets that smell body odor. The staff was nice and gave us extra sheets so we were able to do the bed ourselves. Not sure it is worth $122 for a week night though.
