We were welcomed well by the owner, Sebastian. He was very helpful in finding a suitable restaurant (which was awesome: Calactus). The room however was a different story. You could tell that he tried to improve on the room. The room was clean, it was small and full of old furniture. A working but leaky airco was present (ducktaped to the wall), which produced an annoying water drop every 2 seconds. Even though the room had a sign for no smoking, the stench of cigarette smoke was pungent. You could tell that somebody had been smoking there on a regular basis. Even though effort has been put in, the result is not there to justify the current room rate.

Terrible, owner was knowingly letting a group of hookers stay in the room above me with their pimp. Hearing people threatening to kick doors in if they aren't paid doesn't make for a great stay. Also, there were rats in my room.

Excellent experience! Great for backpackers! I set my tent up on property and was able to use their kitchen and bathroom! The motel/ hostel owner, Sebastian, was very accommodating.

The new owner is very accommodating for last min reso's and super understanding when we (my self and 2nd others) where trying to find a motel/hotel for a few nights in the moncton area more or less last minute. As someone who's from an area where most people are friendly constantly, I'm impressed with the owner here as he went above and beyond to help us. I have high hopes for the owner, and love the atmosphere. The rooms are also lovely as well, on top of everything.

Location is good. Washroom door hinge was loose and the door was hard to shut. TV remote did not work and stuck in one channel.

The best motel ive ever been very clean quiet and respectable fair rates and friendly customer service love it recomend to everyone.

I really do not recommend this motel, the welcome leaves desired, the hygiene is void, bcp dust and the rooms smell bad despite the refurbishment of the motel, the pieces are too small for a family of 4. The worst of the motels I've seen to date.

Great place to stay. Great price.

Room was clean ill give it that. Although, I've never been assigned so many rules in a motel EVER. LONNG list of can't do this, can't do that. Cook popcorn in the microwave and its a $500 fine. The only thing it was good for was to have a roof over my head to sleep. I had things of mine taken from the room and not given back. Would not go back.
