Nice room, very quiet, view on the sea…

Efficient check-in and checkout. Heating/air conditioning unit was on loud side making sleep difficult. The location is by the sea and in the summertime it has a fantastic view.

Very nice room, breakfast included and a nice indoor pool.

My first time in caraquet and nice staff great service not a the fanciest hotel but nice for the family gateway. Inside pool with water slide. Kids park right in front and nice view of the sea.

Location and service from the staff are great. The hotel overall looks nice but the rooms are outdated and old. I have to unplug the ventilator (heating/cooling) unit in the room before going to sleep as it often wakes me up in the middle of the night if I don't. The bathroom is small and you're often competing with the door for space. The location is excellent, the staff is very accommodating and friendly and rooms are clean.

We've stay more than once at this hotel and found it to be a nice place to stay at, especially being in a location with not a lot of options (the only chain hotel in the area).

The place of the hotel offers a beautiful view of the Bay of Chaleur. The pool and the "hot tub" are very pleasant aminetees. This is the best hotel is found in this city in our opinion. They also accepts dogs, which is very important for us.

The room was okay, nothing special. My room looked at the parking lot rather than the water.

Very disappointed in the condition of this hotel for being relatively new. I booked a jacuzzi suite but was given a regular suite and told I was wrong when we arrived. BUT after seeing our "suite" I'm pretty sure I would not have actually used the jacuzzi :-S The pool area was dirty and unkept, in fact my son walked through vomit but it was eventually closed for cleaning so my kids missed out on the only "fun" part of staying there. The deck off of our suite was rotten and probably won't hold much. The plastic blind on that patio door was melted and stuck to the window. The carpet was dirty. I gave it 2 stars only because I didn't see any evidence of bed bugs (surprisingly) and there was a nice little continental breakfast. But we will not be staying there again.

Good place with good breakfast (small but pleasant). Good people Nothing crazy.

It was a little pricey but the view was spectacular and there were lots of things to do really close. I didn't do any of them because I was there for work but It was a decent place to stay anyway.

Had a blast with the kids! they enjoyed the pool while I could enjoy reading a book. The pool is pretty shallow so you never feel too stressed that the kids can hurt themselves, or worse.
