Hampton Inn By Hilton Winnipeg Downtown

The hotel is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, elegant, and very well maintained. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—a welcome relief during our stay. The fitness center, while modest in size, had everything needed for a good workout. One of the highlights of our stay was the golf simulator, which was a fun and unique amenity. The lounge and bar were well stocked with an impressive selection of both local and international beverages, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant and breakfast area were thoughtfully designed, making excellent use of the available space while maintaining a warm and inviting ambiance. The complimentary breakfast, served from 6:30 a. M. To 10:00 a. M. Exceeded our expectations. There was an outstanding variety of fresh and healthy options to suit every member of our family. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding customer service. Assistant Manager, Ms. Chira and her team, especially Meron, were incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming. Meron's attentiveness was remarkable—she noticed my coffee cup was nearly empty and refilled it without me even asking. It was those thoughtful touches that made us feel genuinely valued as guests.

Great location and excellent service. Our rooms were so comfortable — the beds were so soft and our pillows very generous. The amenities such as the fitness centre were also accessible and modern, providing us with a good time. The highlight of the visit, however, was the outstanding breakfast buffet! What an amazing variety of delicious options and an extremely eager attendent too. Would recommend this place 100%.

We had a great stay at this Hampton Inn.
If you know this hotel chain, you know what you’re getting: comfortable room, good bathroom, great service, decent breakfast (oatmilk on request), coffee and tea anytime.
The staff were so nice throughout the property.
This location was fantastic: walking distance to downtown, the convention center, the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, various restaurants, etc.
The musical playlist piped into the lobby and breakfast room was really good! Fun music!

Really pleased. The room was recently renovated. Everything was clean and functional. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but wasn't terrible and had a good selection of different types of breakfast foods. Great location less than 15m walk to the forks and maybe 2m to the convention center. There's a fridge and microwave in the room and a small grocery store around the corner for food. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it over some of the other hotel options due to the recent renovation.

Had a great experience at Hampton Inn by Hilton Winnipeg Downtown. Lhen at the reception was amazing — very welcoming, supportuve, friendly, and professional. She made everything smooth and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Really appreciated her kindness and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

First and foremost, I would like to give a special shout-out to Roudi at the front desk. His level of professionalism was truly outstanding. He consistently went above and beyond his primary duties to ensure a comfortable stay. It’s rare to encounter such a dedicated member of staff, and he is a real credit to the team.
However, I have to mention an incident in the breakfast area that was quite unpleasant. One of the kitchen staff members was opening the doors from the kitchen very abruptly. Unfortunately, I was struck by the door as they were coming out. It’s important for the staff to be more mindful and cautious when exiting the kitchen to ensure the safety of the guests.

The staff are great. The Tivoli Cafe nice touch, food and drinks you can bring back to your room. Breakfast standard Hampton Inn fare. Rooms are updated and clean. The casino attached to the property has some sketchy clientele. Walking my dog at night? Definitely not a highlight. Proximity to some great places to explore and unique shops is a bonus. But be prepared to be immersed in the cities rampant addiction problem.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton downtown Winnipeg has been nothing short of excellent.
All of the staff we have encountered have been extremely friendly and helpful including providing us with early check in and late check out, which was a life saver. They also have a room to store luggage should your room not be available upon arrival, or you are leaving later than check out.
The free breakfast was good. Not my favourite but I’m not much of a breakfast person. The selection was good with hot food, bakery items and cold cereal.
We ate at the in house restaurant, tivoli, a couple times and each time the food was fantastic and reasonably priced.
They also have a small commissary with snacks for purchase (although at a “convienance” price $$) and free coffee/tea 24 hours which I love.
I didn’t personally use the fitness room but it appeared clean with a few different cardio machines.
Location wise, it was perfect for our stay. Right next to the RBC convention centre and not a far ride from shopping, Canada life centre and other attractions.
From the outside you wouldn’t expect the hotel be as modern and clean as it is, so don’t judge this book by its cover.
Only downfall, no pool but that’s just a personal preference and certainly should not deter you from selecting this hotel for your stay.

Stayed at Hampton Inn Downtown Winnipeg and had a genuinely relaxing visit. The hotel pleasantly surprised me. I’m not sure if it was recently renovated or simply very well maintained, but everything felt fresh, clean, and well kept.
Special shoutout to the staff who made the stay even better. Roudi, Navneet, and Lhen were incredibly graceful and helpful throughout my visit. My needs were always met and they made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming.
The complimentary hot breakfast was filling and a great way to start the day. The location is also excellent. You can easily walk to some of Winnipeg’s must-see spots, especially The Forks and the Canadian Museum for Human Rights.
Overall, I truly relaxed and enjoyed my stay. I would happily stay here again!

This hotel opened a few years ago after renovations. My wife and I stayed here for work the first time and it quickly became our first choice for personal trips.
It is beautiful, modern, and clean inside. Rooms are comfortable with modern bathrooms and modern TVs that offer live sports channels and streaming services you can log into.
Front desk staff are especially friendly and welcoming (shout out to Shreya and Yatharth! ). They remember us as past guests and treat us like friends when we arrive. My only concern is that if too many people find out about this place, the prices might go up.
The gym is better than most hotel gyms. The breakfast buffet is a treat every morning.
Winnipeg's best downtown hotel. We have stayed at the Delta and Fort Garry. We prefer the Hampton Inn.

Decided to stay downtown on my business trip to Winnipeg, and am happy I did. This Hampton is in a great spot near shopping, the Ballpark at Blue Cross, the Forks, and tons of food options. Clean and quiet and friendly stay.

Located close to most amenities you will need.
The hotel was super clean and staff very friendly.
The rooms were amazing, clean, very modern and had everything you needed.
Value was great the prices were not over the top.
The noise level was also good no issues sleeping at night.
They had most amenities except a pool.
I would definitely stay here again.

Easy check-in with exceptional service and friendly staff. Tea and coffee are available 24/7 as complimentary amenities. The room was clean and fully equipped. If you need toothpaste, simply ask at the front desk, and they will provide it. Breakfast is included at no extra charge. The location is central, especially near The Forks Market, which offers numerous food stalls and two coffee bars. Everything is within walking distance.

What a wonderful stay to say the least. Upon arriving we were a little timid as the outside of the buildings isn’t anything to write home about, but the second we walked in, we were met with extremely friendly and helpful staff, a beautiful lobby along with a bar and restaurant within view. We dealt with arshdeep, she was very kind and understanding, we told her about our poor experience at the alt hotel and she felt for us, listened and even gave us a goody bag, she made feel extremely welcomed, and respected. The rooms are beautiful, amazing balcony, very nice big TV, clean comfy bed, spectacular bathroom, my wife and I have never had a better overall experience in a hotel, we will recommend this hotel to any and everyone, cannot wait for our next stay! :)

We stayed here for one night while traveling to Winnipeg to watch the MN Wild play the Jets. Our room was ready early which was so refreshing after the long drive and we could relax right away. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and big with a large bathroom. The beds and the variety of pillows were comfortable. We did not encounter any problems or noise from neighbors. We were on the 7th floor.
It was just 3-4 blocks to the hockey arena and you can walk inside the skyways for part of it. Breakfast was fine, the usual hotel breakfast with something for everyone. The best part was driving home with the WIN over the Jets. Everyone at the game was very friendly and we had a great time. Thank you Winnipeg!

Stayed 3 nights (quick check In was appreciated) Rooom was very clean and comfortable. Loved breakfast with fresh hot and cold items. Every staff member was friendly and helpful.

We stayed 3 nights in October. This recently renovated hotel is located right downtown. Mere steps to the Convention Centre. 5 minute walk to the hockey arena. 10-15 minute walk to the Forks. Lots of restaurants nearby (check out the Capital Grill). Parking on site. Bar/restaurant on site open in the evenings. Super friendly staff. Traditional full Hampton Inn breakfast with both hot and cold options is included. Our room on the 5th floor had a balcony with chairs which must be nice on a warmer day. Our room was huge with a very comfortable king bed. We never heard neighbours; other than doors closing in the morning. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
