Terrible service, I come in and get suffocated of the smell of ethnic food could hardly breathe, the room literally looked like my great grandmothers house and that's really old. The bath doesn't work and there's no face cloth in my bathroom. There was no cups and the 1 girl that worked here could hardly speak English and she looked like she just woke up or ready for bed. The Wi-Fi worked but it was soooooooo slow I havnt tried the breakfast as I just got here but trust me if it's bad I will let y'all know. Never ever come here ever if your life depended on it it's worth paying 30 more dollars to go to literally any other hotel or motel honestly I'm considering the Thompson inn and that's pretty bad smh just terrible. Sorry can't forget the 13 channels they give you. Trust me it's worth it you even get the news from some town in the states trust me it's worth it. But be careful it gets pretty intense idk if you guys can handle it. Place is just God awful.
The entire place is greasey along with the operators, originally we booked three nights but our work got held back so we need to cancel our third night which proved to be impossible because of their "system" and they have a policy of no refunds so what does that make you think when it comes to quality. The Wi-Fi is non existent and their idea of a continetal breakfast is toast and a couple frozen bagels. Oh my bad I forgot they also had 3 hard boiled eggs and a juice machine that pumped out oj at a refeshing 25 degrees Celsius. All in all they robbed me of a 100$ and left me with a shitty experience… great customer service.
