Gord and Lynn run two bed and breakfasts that are absolutely top notch! I stayed in "Bear's Den #2" and got to enjoy Gord's amazing cooking every morning of my stay. Immaculately clean, comfortable and welcoming. I thought staying in Churchill would be a somewhat more crude/basic experience. What the Bears Den B&B does is give you a home, a real home, with the creature comforts of home, and owners who go out of their way to take care of you and help you squeeze every ounce of joy out of your time in Churchill. I missed my wife, kids, and pets while away on my trip. My tour companions, the warmth of Bear's Den and the care provided by Gord and Lynn helped me to relax, stay in touch with my family (Great Wi-Fi! ), and really immerse myself in this chance I had to see some of the creature wild animals in the Arctic and learn about Churchill.
Gord and Lynn are so wildly welcoming, friendly, helpful and phenomenal cooks that once you get in one of their immaculate houses/rooms I'm not kidding when I say you will not want to go back to your normal life. … and I'm not just being nice, I seriously mean it! I was spoiled rotten for 7 days in Bear's Den in late October 2024, and I'm already planning a trip back in 2025 to stay with them and explore more of Churchill.

Absolutely loved our stay at Bear's Den! The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, the room was spotless and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. You can really tell how much they care about their guests. We'd definitely stay again!
