Mariners Loft - Salt Spring Island

We had a great time, view is amazing!
We stayed in 202 very nice, kitchen has everything you need. Morning sun on deck which we loved. Master bedroom over looking the marina as well was a nice surprise.
Thank you Inga for all your help and suggestions for restaurants. Will definitely return.

Mariner's Loft is a gem of a feel-right-at-home stay with a magnificent view. Highly recommended!
We stayed 4 nights in April in the Penthouse as a family of four; three adults, one child. The penthouse is fabulous! Spacious, the feel of luxury, in a great walkable location, and with that stunning view of the Ganges marina.
The process of reservation, check-in, check-out and communication was seamless.

Good Morning Inga: We did enjoy our stay and the weather was way better than forecasted! We would like to make you aware of a few items. The microwave was dirty and required cleaning / The handles on the fronts of the SS appliances were dirty and sticky and required cleaning / Side table by bed dirty and sticky / Issues with bed side lamp so left unplugged / Shower in ensuite poor pressure as some water runs via tub faucet / There is an upper left window on deck that is ajar.

We had a wonderful stay at Mariner's Loft on Salt Spring Island. Inga is a fantastic host. The penthouse was a clean, spacious, well-maintained and comfortable place for our family. We appreciate the extra thought and care that Inga puts into making guests feel welcome. What a nice surprise to find a small gift bag and handwritten card upon our arrival! We loved the convenient location of Mariner's Loft but did find the main road below a tad noisy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return in the future!

We had a lovely Christmas visit to SSI to spend time with our new Grandson. Mariners loft afforded us the space to spread out and relax. It's proximity to the Ganges Harbor commerce is unbeatable.

Mariners Loft is well situated in the heart of town with amazing views of the Inner Harbour. Very clean and well appointed units with everything I needed for any length of stay. Check in/out process is very easy. It really feels like I'm staying at a friends place. I will definitely be back to Mariners Loft.

When we first opened the door we were immediately thrilled to be staying there! Bright, clean and smartly decorated. Gorgeous view of the marina and beautiful and comfortable living space. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom with the best salt spring island soaps! The bed was so comfy and it was super dark and peaceful at night. Great location right in the heart of the bustle. Absolutely loved this accommodation.

Just did a recent trip to Salt Spring Island and stayed at the Mariner’s Loft. Would highly recommend, clear view over looking the marina, quiet, walkable to the shops and local grocery store. You can tell the property is well maintained and looked after!

This condo is a quick walk to the shops. Beautiful view to the harbour. The unit was very clean, well stocked and organized. There is two parks within minutes. I only wish there was A/C. Fans did not help when it was +25 C. Otherwise amazing stay!

We spent a week on Salt Spring Island, which we thoroughly enjoyed, and were very happy to have chosen Mariner's Loft for our accommodation. It's comfortable and welcoming in every way, including nice furniture for dining and lounging, comfortable beds, good shower and linens, and nice extra touches such as a welcome card, coffee for our first morning, paper towels and tissues, Best of all was the glorious harbor view! The location is perfect, as we could walk many places in the charming town of Ganges. When we return, which we will, we'll again choose Mariner's Loft.

My friend and I spent two nights in unit 20 one of the Mariners loft. We loved it. There was lots of space and it was exceedingly clean and well appointed. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Loved every second of our stay at Mariner's Loft. The accommodations were perfect. Great space. Incredible view. Close to everything. Highly recommend. I left something there and got a call an hour after I left and they couriered it to me the next day. How fabulous is that! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING.

We booked two rooms. The location, views, and facilities were excellent. We especially appreciated the hospitality and attentiveness of Inga. Would definitely rebook for another stay and highly recommend Mariner’s Loft, especially for family or group bookings.

Mariner’s Loft is a complete 5 star experience. The accommodation's are impeccable and the location is perfect. The view of the harbor is so beautiful. Everything is within walking distance. We loved our stay there and will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at Mariner’s Loft while visiting Salt Spring Island! From all the little details like the welcoming card and lemon salts to the incredible Salt Spring Soapworks soaps, the beautiful property was the ideal backdrop for our family vacation. I have never been to Salt Spring Island and have completely fallen in love with it, in large part due to the stay.
I so appreciated how spacious and clean the property was, the beautiful gardens, view of the ocean, and the proximity to Ganges —a short walk down the hill.

Mariner’s Loft is a beautiful, superbly located property on Salt Spring Island. The views are stunning and the space is thoughtfully designed — we truly enjoyed our stay. However, because it is advertised as a luxury stay, I would give it 4 out of 5 stars due to a few details that could be improved.
The water filter on the fridge needed replacing, which caused the water to appear cloudy. The ice maker also wasn’t working, so we had to purchase ice from a nearby gas station.
While the sofa bed was sizeable, it was a bit uncomfortable and would have benefited from a mattress topper.
Additionally, the blinds were very sheer (photo attached) and did little to block the morning sun, meaning we were woken up around 5 am each day.
Overall, the property is amazing and we would absolutely stay again, but these small details would need to be addressed for it to truly live up to its luxury label.

A truly lovely magical spot that was a delight to stay in! There were clear instructions about how to enter the space, what was available in the unit, suggestions for places in the area and so much more. Our unit was super clean, modern, quiet and have a gorgeous view. Would 100% recommend this to anyone who wants a chill spot and access to a kitchen, washer/dryer and all the amenities you are used to in a well-equipped rental.
