Hotel Zingana

Nice hôtel but with a very busy and noisy location 😔

Cockroaches are frequently found and seen all over the place. The rooftop restaurant is a mess where you will find the price of a plate of 1 gambas for 3000fcfa (almost 5$) and another plate of 3pieces of gambas for 10000fcfa! Both restaurants menu is very limited and the breakfast is poor. The whole place is overpriced (110, 200 fcfa for a room which is equivalent to more than 200$ per night). Being objective the staff were welcoming. Bed sheets smell BAD!

One of the best hotel with AC rooms good side view. Their services are per second. Don't be left behind go the and experience it yourself. You will never regret being there?

I am recommending hotel Zingana to the general public, because it a 5 star hotel, always clean and noiseless.

One the most modern and cleanest hotels in the town of Bafoussam, the regional capital of the West region. The only drawback is that, like most staff in the French regions of Cameroon, they don't speak English and make no efforts to learn how to speak English, but they are welcoming.

The room are nice.
A well organized service not the place not difficult to find.

I was there for dinner with my wife and we had the worst service experience ever for a multi-star rated hotel.
We had to wait for 25mins after we had ordered, before they informed us that they had run out of Prawns and Chicken.
We changed our orders and despite being the first clients to hit the restaurant, we were the last to get our meals.
Poor communication, and their Pizza was horrible!
This experience has changed my previous experience in the same hotel 2 years ago!

Having lived in Bafoussam, we never stayed at the hotel, but we would go to the restaurant. There are two parts to the restaurant: in the main lobby area and up on the roof. Both are excellent, but we mainly started going to the roof to enjoy the pizza and the view of the city and the whole view of the mountains and valley. Bring a jacket if you go at sunset or evening!

Zingana Hotel is just awesome. It's magnificent view, it's well planted gardens, its African design, it's fine arts doors and interior, its large and air conditioned conference rooms, its ultra modern and spacious parking lots and more, makes Zingana Hotel the best place for all your enjoyment, business meetings and events. The customer service is warm and friendly.

I had a wonderful stay here.
Service is kind, patient and very polite, I was quite impressed by their level of professionalism, this particular service quality is scarce in Cameroun, so when we meet a perfect one, let’s congratulate the team, Good Job!
Very beautiful architecture, interior decoration : African culture at its mist here, Foreigners love this.
I was in a standard room, it was clean, well kept and fresh. Hot water of course, AC nah ah ah!
Quite secured too thanks to their proximity to the road and security agents in and out (gate) of the building.
Buffet is okay, but not enough varieties, my opinion. But their Chef is good, food is tasty.
In conclusion, their prices are slightly high 69.000 minimum (standard room, one person) as per the service offered, though the best hotel in bafoussam.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful architecture, mix of but cultural and foreign concepts. And above all very good service. A place to visit if you're in or around Baffoussam.

One of Cameroon's finest hotels. Architectural beauty based on the promotion of wood. Zingana flooring, Bubinga tables, Iroko furniture. A real feast for the eyes.
I was delighted to be able to try their first brunch! What an experience! Although the menu isn't very varied and the idea of having it on the hotel roof isn't very practical in bad weather… An aspect quickly forgotten thanks to the very warm, attentive and helpful staff.
Special thanks to the manager and staff for the guided tour. It feels like home. The whole hotel lets you know you're in West Cameroon. And let's not forget the dedications to the artisans all along one wall — what a great way to acclaim talent!
I can't wait to see what this architectural gem has in store for us in the future!
