We stayed here for one week while seeing Angkor Wat and Siem Reap. Travellerhome was perfect. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, and was always quick to offer recommendations for sights and restaurants. There is an excellent pool on site and they offer free water bottle refills. If we come back to Siem Reap, we'll stay nowhere else!

Really good place to stay alone, with family or in couple. The staf is so friendly and always aware of your needs. Great location close to PUB street and Night Market. Secure, there are always somebody to attend you. I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks for everything from Mexico.

Great place to stay. Were spending a week here and have a few days to go. Staff attentive to our needs and very friendly. Breakfast is filling with a choice of different egg preparations. The only complaint, and it could also be a positive depending on your view is the pool is open free to anyone who wants to swim, not just hotel guests. In the afternoon it can get loud and boisterous.

A great stay here. The staff is really attentive and super friendly. The best is very pretty and nicely decorated. The pool is large enough to make lengths. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. The breakfast included is really OK and there is a choice. And the price around $20 is more than correct. In short a very good option to stay a few days in Siem Reap.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room is abit old but comfortable and the toilet just newly renovated. Location is great, near to most attractions (night markets, restaurans) but also on the quiet side.

Good budget hotel for solo traveller like me. Manager and staffs are very friendly. Given 4 star instead of 5 star… the key for the room got broken (very light metal) … they have not arranged a duplicate key… I was in little bit nervous what happens if my key got broken or lost? Otherwise… everything is fine.

Very friendly staff. Close to pub street. Clean room, but the hot shower did not work. They didn't refill our water. The beds were weirdly situated for our 3 guests.

Silent place 5 mins from the action. Über helpful staff, almost submissive. You get a welcome drink and a voucher for one massage.

Centrally located (near Angkor Night Market, Pub Street, etc. ), cheap (“4 star accommodation at 2 star rates” as their card says), quiet and artsy. Cosy rooms, garden, hammocks, buddha statues, restaurant, tour services, etc. They also give for free: tea and coffee, bananas, bicycle, 1 hour massage. Friendly smiling staff. I’m impressed.

The staff here are incredible — very welcoming, friendly & attentive to your needs. You can't ask for a more convenient location and great Tuk Tuk drivers can be arranged through the hotel for $15-21 a day. That may be steep, but you get someone that is reliable & professional. We can't recommend Mr. Sat enough! Breakfast is simple, but plentiful if you get the Temple packages. Rooms may be small by Western standards, but honestly how much time are you going to spend there when there's so many amazing sites to see in Siem Reap? A great & affordable place to stay.

Saw the place on tripadvisor and read the reviews. The rooms are very clean, yet small. The staff are so friendly it hurts, and they offer a filling yet bland breakfast, as well as free coffee, bananas, and tea. Two waters a day and similarly daily cleaning services are offered, as well as cheap laundry and constant tuk-tuk drivers. Hostels are cheaper, but this place is secure and offers enough amenities to be worth it to me. Very close to Pub Street, the local tourist bar hangout.

Stayed there two times during my half year internship in Cambodia. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They try to make any wish possible and even remembered me the second time months after. Rooms are equipped well and in a good overall condition although the guesthouse itself is not the newest. You will not realize this and they clean everything daily, providing new towels, water etc.! The free massage was a great deal. Would come again and can recommend this place 100%.

This is one of the few hotels that defines both cheap and good, it really can't get any better than this. If you visit Seam Reap (Cambodia), make sure you book this hotel early. The environment, although with some mosquitoes, is very nice. The service is impeccable. The rooms are clean and tidy. The location is nearby everything (night market is only 3-5 minutes walking distance, pub street only 10-15 minutes away). There are a couple of things I would like to highlight: 1) If you are an elderly person, make sure you tell them (during early booking) to arrange a room near ground floor because the hotel doesn't have a lift. 2) For breakfast, lunch and dinner, if you are lazy to go out, the restaurant in this hotel is THE BEST and most affordable in Seam Reap, no kidding. This coming from me (a foodie) and it's quite a complement because I do not accept mediocrity. The only thing that beats this restaurant are the local food stalls (road side) that normally tourists won't dine in. 3) Don't visit any restaurants at pub street for dinner, they are horribly packed (sometimes waiting for an hour), food is sub par, and the price is a more expensive than this hotel.

Exquisite it! Small and the typical! Service was very sweet, for a gift of a horse, the sand, the coffee free drink! A life like oil however! Recommend it!

This little place was AMAZING! All the staff are well informed and so friendly. Tekea is the best! He remembered every one of our names and a little bit about us each time that we surfaced to the lobby. He was there waiting for us to arrive with a great wonderful smile! The rest of the staff were all very friendly as well and spoke English quite well. As you check in they take you to a little lounge and bring out a yummy welcoming drink and face cloths that smelled heavenly to wash up. All of our wishes were granted and Tekea helped us in special arrangements that we wanted to check out from the town as well. He helped us get set up to visit one of the orphanges and to help teach an English class to one of the public schools. He set up tour guides (the best one is Sov Sothik, he is well informed and an amazing photographer with fantastic secrets for awesome shots. He is a blast and made our tour perfect) The Tuk Tuk drivers they have waiting for you at any minute of the day are amazing and so fun! Ask them to just take you for a couple of hours to places they think are fun! One of them suggested a different orphanage than the one that is sponsored from the city and we wish that we would have gone there even though it is a bit further away as it is in more need of help. The hotel has a free massage that was heavenly and the restraunt is superb. Our family absolutely loved Cambodia because of the experience the hotel helped us to have.

What a wonderful place! Tekea was so helpful to make sure we had everything we needed and make sure our stay was the best! Be sure to try the pool at the sister hotel. What a refreshing break from templing. Cool water and great bar and drinks. I would go back to Cambodia just because of this resort! The food at the hotel was great also. Very helpful and friendly staff clear down to the house keeping staff. Be sure to get the massage! Can't go wrong there! When we were arriving there we were winding down some tight little allies and thought for sure the tuk-tuk driver was taking us somewhere shady, but there it was tucked back into a little ally. We were a little scared at first, but as soon as we checked in, we knew we had not made a mistake.

My experience is from Golden Temple Villa Phnom Penh, super friendly staff, fast internet and great food :) I would stay there anytime again.

Very nice place for the price. Great breakfast menu, amazing food in the restaurant. They offer free coffee/tea/banana throughout the day in their cool lounge. It's also close to touristy areas of the town. The staff is helpful and flexible and cen help you get around.
