Spent four nights at Shinta Mani Angkor at the conclusion of a great Evergreen Harmony cruise. The hotel itself is wonderful, but it is the staff that make all the difference. They are all marvellous, and caring, and can almost read your mind regarding your requirements. I hope Evergreen send all their passengers to this marvellous hotel.

The hotel had everything we need, everything looks good and everyone is very friendly. The location is super close to most places. The breakfast buffet is so good. A mix of western and local food. We also had a great time at their spa. It’s good for the family and also good for couples. Would love to come back here someday.

Even if the rooms were not as amazing as they are, the genuine and sincere care of the staff is out of this world. I can't say enough good things about the staff here and also how much they give back to the local community… Special thanks to Jack and Tony for your hospitality, I've never travelled anywhere that I've felt so welcome and part of the family. The place is very “western, ” in a good sense; large rooms, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. The staff was attentive and available at all times. The pool was plenty large. The artwork on the walls and ceilings made us feel like royalty, especially the Buddha face in the clouds painted on the ceiling! The breakfast had an ample array of fruit, local dishes, breads; the chef was ready to make eggs any style. Especially good: the bread pudding with bananas. We were too exhausted to leave the hotel one night, and ended up having an excellent meal in the restaurant. Not what I think of when I say “Hotel food.

Located on the heart of Siem Reap City and close to the history river, Shinta Mani Angkor is the best recommended for your accommodation.

The hotel and club are first rate and have all the amenities. The service is what really makes the Shinta Mani so wonderful. Just the right amount of attention and a very pleasant way of serving you. The town and area around the hotel make the amazing setting for and amazing hotel. I highly recommend Siem Reap and this hotel.

We were staying at Shinta Mani Shack, and only walk over here for breakfast. It is fabulous. The buffet is small, but offers a great selection of fresh fruits, pastries, baked goods, and local desserts. There’s also a breakfast menu you could order from, which offers a wide range of options from eggs, granolas, and local noodles. The place is nicely decorated, with interesting swings you could lounge on with lots of pillows. The staff is great: friendly and attentive and extremely personable. It’s a great place to just chill and have a big breakfast, start your days, before your temple tours.

This place is next level, my new favourite in siem reap!

Hotel everywhere has fragrance essential oil taste, relaxing breakfast buffet rich delicious, also has the hot food which is to be done in the room design is very characteristic, there is a illy capsule coffee machine from the traditional market, Night Bazaar, Bar Street about 10-20 minutes walk, very convenient!

Just amazing! The is the only 5* hotel where the staff genuinely make you feel very 'at home'. Nothing is too much trouble. Always welcomed at the entrance with a smile and a cool towel no matter whether its your first day or your last. I found nothing at this hotel that I could find fault with and that's very unusual (see other reviews). We stayed 4 nights — I could stay for weeks. It was so nice to have a chat with Soey and Rose at breakfast each day — they were genuinely interested in what we were doing — and they could relate their experiences to us too. The food was excellent and well-prepared — our stomachs were perfectly settled here — unlike during our travels for the last month in SE Asia. We leave here feeling refreshed and very satisfied! Thank you!

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I went with a volunteer group to help out locals with dental care. Shinta Mani took care of us like no there. I spent my birthday in Cambodia and they prepared me a cake! Staff is so friendly! I spent 14 days there. I felt like I was at home. Thank you for such great service and care! Until next time!

This modern and sleek hotel has exceptional service and lovely accommodations to make it a classic. We loved every moment here in this beautiful friendly place. Each staff member calls guest by name and warmly greets with every encounter. Special thanks to Leav who on his own when above and beyond duty to Find carry pool chairs from their shady pool to their sunny pool so we could relax in the sun. We certainly did not request this service. He surprised us with his over the top care.

Our E-Bike went out of power. They helped us charging it and prepared a special birthday cake for my friend :-) Very friendly staff and delicious food PS. : They have very cosy hanging Tables/Beds, but you have to be lucky to get them, so you better book them :-)

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. We would rate it the best hotel, with the most outstanding staff, of our entire holiday. Be sure to make this the hotel you choose.

The Shinta Mani Shack is a boutique resort centrally located in the leafy French Quarter between The Royal Gardens and the Old Market Area just 15 minute from the Angkor Wat. The courtyard-style resort’s 62 rooms enjoy a surprisingly different “Bensley twist” with direct access or first floor balcony views over the stunning swimming pool and flourishing tropical gardens. Four additional suites have views over the leafy streetscape.

Bad service, the staff always disturb us when we are in the room. Rooms around the swimming pool are quite noisy in the morning as they start cleaning the pool at 7am. The floor is dirty. Overall, it doesn't deserve 5 stars.

Finest hospitality service in siem reap — located nearby town, market, and angkor but not in a busy crowded area. You can sleep well as the HK team clean and clean your room always. Nice interior, very friendly staff, and have nice pool too for your lazy days.

This hotel is an experience! Amazing staff that are super welcoming. Best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel and fruits that I have never seen. So exciting! Beautiful rooms with fresh fruit on the table for you everyday. Welcome wine when you check-in as well. Lotus flowers scattered everywhere around Shinta Mani Club. I want to fly back to Cambodia from Arizona again just to hang out at this hotel. Stay here!

Wonderful Hotel My husband and I stayed at Shinta Main club from 30th May for 3 nights (4 days) as part of our first trip to Cambodia, something we had been wanting to do and planning for a long time. This hotel is wonderful. We had an amazing stay. On arrival we were greeted by staff with cold towels and the greeting "welcome home". We were given Champagne while they checked us in. … We had a room on the ground floor overlooking the pool with our own sunbeds. The room was spotless. Soft music was playing when we entered the room and essential oils burning giving the room a lovely relaxing atmosphere. There is a complimentary mini bar and Nespresso coffee machine. The bed was extremely comfortable. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming and cannot do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble they are very attentive without being obtrusive. We were given a mobile phone to use if we needed picking up from anywhere or if we got lost. The self serve breakfast is a real treat. There is so much choice of foods and drinks available. A cooked breakfast is also available. We had dinner in the Kroya restaurant which was excellent and good value. We had drinks in the Bensley bar afterwards and met some lovely people from Australia who have stayed at the hotel several times. We we given bottles of water each time we went out and give cold towels each time we came back. We were given I explained water while we relaxed by the pool.

Really clean and genuinely great service. Food really is great — nice bar area. Just around the corner from a craft beer place if that's your thing. The main hotels pool is nicer to sit around — but the club bit is really stylish. Quiet and cool air conditioning too. I really want to come back to this place!

I've nothing but high praise for the staff at the Club. Everything I wanted or needed was anticipated and done with little fuss. The whole experience was seamless from start-to-finish. Highly recommended. Stay in a pool room, they're really rather lovely.

This was the most extraordinary place to stay. As you approach the entrance you are greeted by warm smiles and a cool wet cloth. It is the most beautiful place — the surrounds are relaxing, modern and lush. With a beautiful swimming pool, pleasantly cool rooms, fabulous restaurant and pampering services. The staff were extraordinary — pleasant, attentive, extremely helpful and considerate. I highly recommend this beautiful Resort.

I stayed in Shinta Mani in Mid December 2013 and the hotel was excellent. The staff were always friendly and helpful. They were even willing to come and pick us up late at night when a Tuk Tuk we asked to come back misunderstood and did not. Whatever the time was the staff were always there to help. The rooms were clean and had good Wi-Fi and television channels. The hotel was very clean and had some good facilities. It was located close to Angor Wat and the main town. We could walk to and back from Siem Reap and found the area to be safe.
