This was an amazing hotel with such helpful and attentive staff. The rooms were amazing and the food was great. The location is good and they’re more than accommodating.

I stayed in a twin room for five nights here and really enjoyed my stay.
While the room was a little on the small side (not much space to open suitcases) and there were no light switches near the beds, the place was more than adequate. Although the only window in the room led onto the corridor, so I kept the curtain closed.
The staff provided an excellent level of friendly and professional service. They were eager to assist in organising tours, offered a late checkout time without being asked, and even provided a parting gift which was an unexpected lovely gesture.
The breakfast options were limited, but cooked freshly to order, which is infinitely better than a buffet in my opinion.
The laundry service they used was cheaper than any other hotel I stayed at in Cambodia, and the clothes always came back smelling fresh.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and would gladly stay here again in the future.

My husband and I stayed in Seam Reap for 3 nights at this boutique hotel, together with our daughter and her husband. The hotel environment is charming, with tropical plants and flowers bringing serenity to our stay. The rooms were very large, have one queen bed and another full bed. The bathroom and shower is spacious and clean. The rooms are called Villas. Rooms were cleaned every day. There’s a split unit AC for heating and cooling, which worked well. There’s a nice pool surrounded by tropical plants, it was a little too cold to bathe in January but I did enjoy it once. The reservation included breakfast, with several traditional or western meal choices prepared per request. Service was a little slow, it looks like they’re still figuring out their menu options. We got this for a great deal through booking, it cost us $61 per night per room with a special rate. The location is very good and we were easily able to travel to sightseeing and shows downtown with a tuktuk. The staff and the manager were helpful and friendly and would help in anyway they could. Overall, great experience!

It was magical until the last night they moved me into a crap room with no hot water. I was disappointed because they overcharged me for the stay also. Some of the staff were great and others were rude. Very confusing. The first room was amazing but when they moved me it ruined the entire stay.

Great location, the road had some of the best restaurants we ate in so far on our trip as well as everything else from bike hire to laundry services. Also within a 10 minute walk to the old town and markets. The staff were super friendly. Perfect to have a swim after a long hot day visiting the temples. Breakfast was good. Would recommend staying here.

Very kind crew of the team, they are all so pleasant and friendly. The residence offers private villas and separate rooms. It's clean, it's well maintained and comfortable. A private pool and sunbeds in the garden. Located quite in the center of Siem Reap. Thank you for your hospitality!

I stayed in hotels all over Cambodia and this one was the best! Clean and modern rooms, great location, and great staff!

I stayed for 9 days over the Khmer New Year celebration and it was well worth the time. The room was very comfortable as I spent a lot of my time there in the cool air conditioning, and it also had super fast Wi-Fi. My room was beside the pool and whenever I wanted I would jump right in, even in the middle of the night. It is located right in the center of Siem Reap making it very convenient to get where I needed, and it wasn’t too crowded as it’s not on a main road. The noise levels were very minimal which made it nice to get away from the chaos during the new year celebration. There’s a pizza place called Italian House by Gio across the street which I recommend 100%. I rented a scooter which the staff would bring in during the night to keep it safe. Will come back again when I’m back in town!

I stayed here on the last night of Khmer New Year. The location is surrounded by good restaurants, shops and other services. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my brief stay. 🙏

Our driver dropped us off at Reasey Boutique Villa and immediately, I was impressed. They met us and the people spoke enough English to communicate. We were escorted into the reception area and served a refreshing drink while they confirmed our reservation. They helped with our luggage and we were taken to our room. It was lovely. The room was immaculately clean and spacious. The bathroom was big with modern fixtures and the shower was hot. Towels, soap, shampoo, razor, toothbrush, were all available for you if needed. There was a small refrigerator and cold bottles of water, no charge. The electrical plugs worked with American plugs without adapters. The beds were soft and comfortable. Little shelves hung on the wall by the bed for your phone or iPad, just next to the plugs. Wi-Fi was strong.
Now I want to tell you the best part. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. A good example is the young man, Thol Vanna, whose name we asked for because he was so helpful to us.
The rooms are little villas with separate entrances. Every morning a breakfast is included. The food is delicious. There is a small pool in which to cool yourself at the end of a hot day. It is a block from the Park Hyatt but with all the ambiance of a small local place and a price that is easy on your budget.
Next you can shower and walk to downtown Siem Reap for a nice meal or shopping. It is safe to stroll, but don’t get lost. A lovely Cambodian restaurant half a block from the Villa is Golden Pumpkin.

Amazing place to stay close to pub street but still peaceful and quiet at night. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable bed. Highly recommend this place to stay!

Stayed here with my daughter. Spacious, clean room, great A/C and fan, good, hot shower. Staff were really friendly and added wonderful, thoughtful touches to the stay. Location is great — some great restaurants in the same street, with better prices and less busy than Pub Street. Would love to come again. (Wonderful, refreshing small pool too)

The room was perfect, large and very clean. The staff was 6 Stars. No complains and full of praise for them. The location was walking distance to restaurants, The Night Market and Pub Street. We walked everywhere even to Lucky Mall to explore the area. I will surely stay here again and again. Better than the big hotels and at half the price.

Our group of 3 recently spent 11 nights at Reasey. We originally only booked for 5 but decided to stay the entire time in siem reap as we were so pleased.
There are only about 5 or 6 individual villas, which meant it was always a peaceful and private.
The rooms are very lush for the price, with all amenities we required.
What really sets this location apart though is the staff. We got to know the few staff working at the front desk over our stay and found them always extremely warm and attentive. There was always a warm smile to greet us when returning after a day of exploring. When swimming the staff on at the time would bring us pool towels and water by the pool, without any request necessary. On a few occasions we were even brought a plate of fruit! We got to know one of the front desk girls, Vanny, who exceeded all standards and went above the call of duty.
Aside from the fantastic rooms and service, the location and price are also great. Close to a supermarket and a 10 minute walk from the night market but still away from the hustle and bustle, location couldn’t be better. While not the “cheapest” you can find, the price is extremely good value for the room.
I would highly recommend this spot to anyone new to or revisiting siem reap and will be back next time I’m there!
