The location is super-close all basic and social amenities, staff are great and friendly. Well maintained.

Bad severvis no response with customer and bad behavoir with a poor parking dont spend much to stay.

Clean and good service. Delicious breakfast, I got many thing to eat. Moreover the price is proper. There is a nice swimming pool and a parking lot.

Not always hot water. Helpful staff but often incompetent. Ice-cold pool. Mediocre and expensive cocktails. 200g safe not attached to the wall. Well centered. Disappointing breakfast.

Wi-Fi is very slow. The Pool is tiny. The Rest is fine. Very Good location, pub street and markets within walking distance.

I stayed a week I found the establishment very well located, close to the city center, clean rooms the staff very nice, the boss who speaks a little French.

The hotel's Manager speaks English and French. Breakfast is included in the price of the room, there is a choice.

Arriving this night at 2am via a night bus from Phnom Penh, we ask a tuk-tuk a hotel with reception 24/24.
After a quick check booking of the rates charged ($18 per night for this night) we go there.
On the spot, surprise! $35, can not make anything heard to the receptionist, page booking in support of the rate practiced by the site!
It's 2:30, we're tired, we pay by thinking of settling it the next day since the Manager speaks French!

Clean, simple and equipped accommodation, near to the Old Market, where you can easily have all your meals without worries. Local, western, street food, fresh juices, beer, night life and shopping are all within walking distance. Polite and helpful staff.

Hotel staff were polite. However our stay was not enjoyable. Electricity cut out regularly. I understand that's normal in a country like this but that paired up with the sink not draining, or the shower drain, or the toilet. Made our stay hell. Bringing this to the attention of staff didn't solve anything. Bed was really uncomfortable. Spend your money elsewhere.

Hotel is clean, near night market and has swimming pool. But with the same budget you might can find a better option if you try hard.

Nice place with pleasant staff, the neighborhood is strongly cambodian. The pool is good, the breakfast was ok.

This hotel has soft beds and clean rooms. The shower had hot water but a broken showerhead, and the sink didn't drain. While no fault of the hotel, the road outside is dusty. Overall a good but not great experience for $40

The staffs are friendly. There is a small pool where we can relax after a long day. But the room's quality depends. My room has an old air conditioner which didn't work really well. Also didn't have a refrigerator and had to ask for a carpet.

A 3-star hotel at an affordable rate… definitely a recommended place to stay when you visit Siem Reap! The place is nice and we were happy that we got the room on the 4th floor. The staff are polite and accommodating. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ms. Solita. She's been a great help! We really had a good time. Keep up the good work guys!

4 of us lads got a family room, with 1 double and two single, very Good room! Breakfast was OK and there is a nice little pool next to the dining area.

Small fine and good value Hotel in a good location with friendly staff.

The room I stayed in is big and the bathroom is big and clean all the time. The towels are clean too. The staff is very friendly even at 12 midnight. They can whip up mai cha or mee cha if you miss breakfast. It is located walking distance to market and pub street which makes it very convenient for night out. Pity it is the dry season… No water in the pool otherwise it would have been perfect.

I have been traveler for 20 years. We had to change this hotel! Very aggressive owner, he tryed to fool us!

We stayed for a night. 3 ladies. Room and linen is clean. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Very nice experience. They let us use the shower area even though we've checked-out already. Would've love to stay a little longer. Wifi is available. Amenities include swimming pool and restaurant. About 5 mins walk from the old and new french quarter. Around usd30/pax with breakfast.

This is an excellent hotel with:
1. Strategic location (3minutes from city n near to authentic khmer restaurants*) ;
2. Affordable prices;
3. Very clean;
4. Beautiful decoration;
5. Very friendly and helpful staffs; and
6. Some of them can speak in English, French, n Mandarin. * Some authentic khmer food stall n restaurant (very famous among Cambodian) are located nearby the hotel, too. I like the pork rice, claypot beef soup, and freshly baked french bread. Please consult with the owner for the exact location.
