We celebrated our wedding here in April 2022 and it was absolutely magical. Throughout the whole planning process, the staff was extremely hospitable, professional and kind. They helped us set up and execute our dream wedding. For the quality of food, decorations, and service, it is an incredible venue and it such a great deal and well worth the money. If we were to have had this ceremony in the USA, it would be at least a $70k wedding. We had so much fun and we felt so fortunate to be able to celebrate our marriage here. Nice place, really friendly staff but if you are going with a lot of people I recommend booking a lot of rooms since the rooms are only made for 2 people, awesome food and loved the pool too!

Had an extremely bad experience with this hotel and will never stay here again and will not recommended​ to anyone. First, I called in to book for 3 rooms. But when I arrived at the hotel, I eneded up with only 2 rooms. I asked for the room next to each other. Did not get it. The hotel needs to inform me first that I will not get 3 rooms and not next to each other. So I can decide to go somewhere else where I can get what I requested. I asked if the hotel has any more rooms available and the hotel said no more rooms available. Second thing was the AC in my room. It was not working. It was 2 nearly 3 am. And the staffs were walking in and out of my room for over an hour. And at nearly 4 am, the hotel informed my mom and I that there was a suite room available! The hotel should have informed us when we asked if there was any more room available. We don't have any problem with the costs of the room. But the hotel refused to inform us before we checked in and then told us later at 4 am that there was a room available! The worst was that when we complain​ed about this in the morning, the staffs blamed it on us! I strongly not recommended​ this hotel and very disappointed.

Beautiful Resort pool and grounds. Staff is very friendly and helpful, always smiling. Complimentary breakfast is amazing. Rooms are comfortable and clean with Wi-Fi fridge and satallite tv. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Onsite restaurant bar and spa. 10 minute tuktuk ride to Pub Street and Night Market. Great location close to explore all the Angkor Temple sites.

Our large group had an amazing time here relaxing and seeing the sights. The Hotel & staff are very attentive and friendly. It’s very serene and beautiful. The inclusive breakfast is AMAZING! I would recommend staying here if you’re traveling to Siem Reap.

I stayed at the Lotus Blanc Privilege floor for 2 nights and I am sad to leave. Nuk and Pharet took such good care of us arranging rides, tours and dinners. It was a worry free visit to Siem Reap,
We also had a late night massage that was out of this world!
Five stars to the Conceirge service provided by the hotel and staff. Food in both restaurants was amazing! I will be back again soon!

I like this hotel. I staying now. Every staff are very kind and giving us great services. First of all, I checked in late time so I given little time to use gym. But hotel manager told me "I will close gym when you finish your workout. " I'm so impressed. Another thing is that I came here with my friend. I was assigned double bed room. Then I ask to one of staff to change the twin bed room. He immediately reassigned room very kindly. I really like here.

If you’re looking for a 5 star stay in Siem Reap, then I highly recommend the Lotus Blanc Resort. An incredible experience in itself — Lotus Blanc has a gorgeous property, a great location, the best staff, a magical spa, the most delicious breakfast buffet, and a killer pool! The concierge was so helpful with planning my trip days out, and arranging for transport right from the hotel to make everything easy! You won’t regret booking Lotus Blanc after long, hot days of exploring temples — and don’t forget to experience the spa! :)

This place is simply amazing. We stayed on the privilege floor and omg we were not disappointed. The staff are the highlight of this place. They make you feel so welcome and are there to help anytime. They treat you like a family and we had a great bond with all of them. They take care of everything. Will def miss this place when we leave. The food at the hotel is amazing. A la carte breakfast was our favourite part of the day. Thank you ken and team for the amazing experience. Will definitely look forward to staying with you guys again.

Good hotel, but a span behind the sister structure Borey. Large Room but with the air conditioning system a little noisy. Friendly and helpful Staff, who accepted without any problems our request to postpone check out.

A good hotel of category more than 5 minutes in tuk tuk from the center of Siem Reap. Buffet breakfast at will quality. Nice rooms. Well maintained hotel. Very large pool.

This is a beautiful hotel with an absolutely amazing spa. The only reason for only giving 4 stars is because the shower head needed fixing and when we let the front desk know they neither fixed it nor changed our room. The pool is warm and gets shade in the late afternoon. The highlights of the hotel are the staff friendliness and the spa.

Great Spa and Hotel in Siem Reap. The SpA was the best I have ever been. The staff is friendly and the breakfast spread is great. They even have a fixed menu restaurant that serves breakfast till 3 pm.

Friendly staff, very courteous. Good food although we only ate breakfast buffet there. Huge variety of types of food from Asian to Western to European. Great room, King bed was comfy, shower was lovely and twice a day housekeeping. Nice pool and decor was amazing!

The hotel is perfect, well-kept in every detail, not very large rooms and small flaw not good soundproof (you hope that your Chinese neighbour does not want to hear the television at the Maxi…). Elegant restaurants, too if you are not for a Congress and you have not brought yourself a jacket and tie. Great pool and quiet garden.

A bit decentralized but with 3/4 TUC TUC you get downtown in 5 minutes. Nice pool. Great breakfast with tables even outdoors. All rooms have a balcony. Level restaurant within the resort. Exquisite staff. There is no need for adapters for sockets. In front of the hotel stalls with the fruit and not only and a currency exchange.

Lotus Blanc (White Lotuses) is easily the best hotel I've stayed anywhere in the world. The rooms are clean; beds are comfortable. The swimming pool is clean and neatly tidy. The garden is beautiful. The breakfast selection is top grade. The staff are super professional. I love this place and would highly recommend it.

Good Hotel. The Reception service is very good. The Breakfast of the buffet is very varied and everything is very fresh. The pool is very nice.
The Gym does not open until 6 and could be a little more careful.
The Main restaurant is good but much more expensive than the average of the country.
The rooms are very large and the bed is very comfortable. The amenities are good.

Great service and facilities and value for money. 10min away from the Night Market by tuktuk. Very nice pool, eclectic breakfast buffet. The pool area and gym is surrounded by a nice walking park with hammocks and seats. The staff is hospitable and cordial. Only complain would be that they didn't have an iron available when I needed one. Otherwise, one of my best stays.

Loved the beauty and magnificence of the structure, pool and surroundings, friendliness and attentiveness of all the staff, the included buffet breakfast was fabulous, nice having the hotel Tuk Tuks available as well. Would love to come again. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful, clean, friendly staff. The manager, Danny, was helpful and accomodating. Breakfast menus was extensive and delicious. The location was convenient. Would 5 of 5 stay there again.

It’s a great hotel with great service and great staff. Although facilities are not at par with international standards, I think it is still a wonderful place to stay during a holiday. Pool is clean. Breakfast is superb. I will go back to that place when given an opportunity :). Note, a bit far from the night market though but it’s not a big deal because you can always ask the reception for a tuktuk service.

The hotel staff are incredible! Our room was spacious, bed was comfy, pool was amazing, breakfast buffet was delicious and great location. Socheata, the assistant manager, helped coordinate our wedding ceremony at the resort. She went ABOVE and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, she made sure we had everything we needed. We absolutely adore her! All the staff are super friendly, professional and always smiling. We'll definitely stay here again, the resort was incredibly beautiful. The online pics don't do it any justice, it's better in person!

The reception at Lotus Blanc was exceptional. The staff, including management, was genuinely happy to serve, talk with me, and offer their assistance. The grounds are well-kept and gorgeous. The ambience is peaceful and relaxing. Meals were delicious and reasonably priced. I had a wonderful stay here and will definitely visit again.

Convenient location (15 mins from airport and 10 mins from Pub Street and Night Market, which are great for cheap food and nightlife). Free shuttle to airport is also handy. Lots of great facilities. Great pool area surrounded by beautiful greenery, and spaces to sit back and relax. Beautiful interiors too. Very cooperative staff. Breakfast buffet had a brilliant menu and I enjoyed it thoroughly every morning. In conclusion, great value for money. Definitely recommend!

Just loved staying at this hotel! My husband and I stayed here for 1 week and ended up being in the hotel for most of the time as it was the end of our 3 week holiday. We used room service a lot which was great food and well priced. Also we dined at the restaurant for the Evening Grill and this was fantastic, the food was amazing! The staff at the hotel were always friendly and wanting to help. The room was clean and we had a fabulous view of the pool and surroundings. It was a half an hour walk to Pub Street or a $2 tuk tuk ride and that was great. I highly recommend staying here!

Good room and facilities but services are not up to 5 stars standard. I got hotel staff break in to my room at 11am telling me that I forgot an item in another room that my family didn't check out yet. I asked for late check out and got moved to another room which is below standard (1-2 stars type of room) with smell. When I asked for someone to help me move my bag, no one showed up for 10 mins. I finally had to move everything myself. I think the deluxe room is nice and the facilities are good, but if you want services that are up to 5 star hotel. This is not a place for you.

We arrived way too early 0930 in the morning and the room was ready and they were waiting for us great welcome and very nice people:-)

Canadian couple living in Malaysia. We were very impressed by the service, sometimes a bit over the top. The wait staff is eager to learn from you. It was so quiet and relaxing and wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights. Highly recommended! Thank you Lotus Blanc, Siem Reap.
