Beautiful place with nice sky bar great for watching the sunset. Really great staff that make you feel very welcome.

I highly recommend Jaya House — it has a unique and welcoming ambience. The rooftop bar with it's superb range of cocktails is a favourite place for both visitors and expat. Jaya House put the H into hospitality and S into service. Yes it's an amazing boutique hotel where each guest receives the warmest of welcomes.

Met a friend for drinks on rooftop bar. Very nice atmosphere and cocktails superb. Very impressed with Manager Christians “Refill not Landfill” project at reducing waste. We are visiting from Australia and the amount of waste laying around is most disturbing. Christian is educating his employees and guests and one small drop can create a big ripple in changing people’s habits. Well done Christian. Keep up the wonderful work.

This was by far the best hotel we have stayed at in our decades of travel. If you are travelling to Siem Reap there is no contest. Stay at Jaya. You are family the second they pick you up from the airport. They arranged for our temple tour and a market tour and a monk blessing on top of a mountain at sunset. Tom, Deepool, “Superstar, Smile. Everyone thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You have imprinted on us kindness and generosity that knows no bounds. And your rooms are gorgeous too!

Nice staff, service and ambience. Food was decent. Most heartening was knowing the hotel and staff was socially responsible. Besides participating in reducing plastic waste by giving each guest a aluminium bottle, the staff has been cleaning up the river (in front of the hotel) and surrounding for the past years.

Hospitality and service were above and beyond. You immediately feel the positive energy within the staff. Included perks were breakfast until 11:00 AM, tuktuk service, laundry and daily 60 minute spa treatments. The masseuses were some of the best I have ever had. The pools are a great way to chill for a couple of hours after an active day. The hotel is green and the staff volunteer to help Siem Reap with a green initiative under the leadership of the hotel manager Christian.

This is a beautiful hotel that stands apart from all others. I would recommend Jaya House to anyone visiting Siem Reap. If you choose the airport pickup option you'll arrive at the hotel in about 20 minutes. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate you. The hotel itself is small and quaint never feeling like you have far to go to get to where you want to be. At the same time, there is plenty to keep you entertained at and ease with two swimming pools and a rooftop bar. The quality and finish of the building is stunning. Wherever you go you can see the attention to detail and the level of work that has gone into making this hotel unique.

The staff here is so friendly. They helped me out a lot when I was having issues with a bus company's pick up agreement. I live nearby but they gave me some water and helped me get to the bus station in a hurry, even made a phone call for me. They do a lot to make sure the atmosphere not just inside but around the hotel is welcoming and aesthetic. Much appreciated.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in — and I am traveling for 20+ years now. Every last detail is thought through to ensure the guests comfort. The rooms — even the standard rooms — are way above the classification. The bar is full and free; the hotel is 95% plastic free; the food is stunning; each staff learns your name from the moment you walk in and knows every request and preference you have. The sunset bar is incredible and the drinks are well prepared. The mattress so comfortable that it is difficult not to stay in the room all day. 2 swimming pools and some rooms have private pools as well. I stay at Jaya almost monthly and cannot justify going to any other hotel… my family spoke about it and even our frequent stays in Dubai, Thailand and New York cannot compare. Absolutely amazing — well done Jaya House.

Outstanding is an understatement. We stayed at Jaya House for 9 nights for our honeymoon & the place is THE BEST! Secluded, quiet, incredibly friendly — the staff go above & beyond for request you may have. Free TukTuk to/town makes exploring Siem Reap a breeze, the no-plastic rule is all about cleaning up the town & nearby river, while the staff are all trained at the local hospitality school. While all staff are amazing, special mention must go to both Sarah & Jack who made our stay the best. Will be recommending to anyone who’ll listen to me. Keep up the fantastic work guys!

Review of the rooftop bar only. Happy hour is 5-7 and drinks are two for one. You get a cool towel and mosquito sprayed on arrival. Drinks were great and work out at about $3.50 each on average. The sunset view is great. We did get stuck in the lift though…

Wonderful place & wonderful people. We found this hotel when we were walking along the river looking for a place to hire bicycles. The staff there offered us with cold water and cold towel even when we didn't stay in their hotel. Justin, the manager, I guess, showed us around the reception area and introduced some of their services. Then he even let us borrow 3 bicycles — free of charge! What amazing people!

Stayed 2 nights, but could have easily stayed for a month. Once you walk through the front door, you feel at home. The rooms and facilities are lovely and comfortable, centrally located around the 2 pools. Breakfast is amazing. Happy Hour on the rooftop (Skybar) for sunset is a nice way to finish the day. But what really made my stay was the staff and management. They are courteous, always happy and smiling and willing to go that extra mile. I would give it a 6 if I could!

Si viene immediatamente accolti da uno staff sorridente e sempre disponibile ad accogliere ogni richiesta. E' stato un piacere chiacchierare con ciascuno di loro ed abbiamo apprezzato il livello di Inglese molto buono. La struttura è molto elegante e ben studiata, le camere impeccabili. La nostra Deluxe Room era spaziosa, comoda e dotata di ogni comfort. Le aree comuni sono perfette, le due piscine immerse nel verde, un'oasi di relax. La zona ristorante, dove abbiamo consumato delle ottime colazioni, è curata ed accogliente. Da sottolineare I numerosi servizi inclusi, come ad esempio il tuk tuk gratuito durante tutta la giornata. In generale, lo staff si fa sempre in quattro per assistere gli ospiti ad ogni necessità. Abbiamo apprezzato la politica eco sostenibile della struttura, che condivide la filosofia "plastic free". Ha inoltre contribuito a rendere molto verde la zona, piantando centinaia di alberi. Sicuramente un posto magnifico dove soggiornare, un posto che ti manca non appena torni a casa.

Really loved this place. My favourite hotel I've ever stayed at. Great facilities, but the staff are what makes it amazing. Really felt cared for here. And became friends with a lot of the staff during our stay. We especially miss seeing Nary and Soray's smile each morning.

My wife and I have travelled extensively, but I must say we have never been treated as good as the staff at Jaya House have done. The silver pool is stunning, the restaurant first class, and the beds are likely the best in Asia. Don't miss a chance to experance this hotel. Special mention to Christian for his charitable donations.

Exceptional hotel. It may not be large in stature, but the service is world class and well worth every penny we spent. I was blown away by how attentive and accommodating the staff was here. Highly recommended. You are served with kindness, care and warmth from the moment you are welcomed at the airport by the hotel Driver.

Absolutely one of the best resorts in Angkor. Despite the small room number, it has two pools and a well designed garden. We were greeted by the GM in the dining room, and he made a very warm welcome speech for us and explained the hotel's ideology on sustainable environmental friendly initiatives. The amenities, especially the tea collection, are perfect. The restaurant offers all day dining, and I was amazed by the breakfast menu and atmosphere in the morning. The staffs are showing highest level of hospitality by heart!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. The staff was always eager to help with anything and the owner tries to run the hotel in a way that builds the local economy while also being good to the environment.

If you are looking for the big hotel, this place is not the right place. But if you are looking the small size hotel with having the best service, This hotel is the one that you must stay when you are Siem Reap. Upon arrival at the hotel we were welcomed by the fantastic customer service staffs with cold drinks and towels. Impressive hotel. There is a lot of attraction to detail, particular highlights on the commitment of the hotel to being plastic and waste free. The staff was on top of every detail. Easily one of the three best boutique hotels in which we've ever stayed, and certainly the best in Asia. The property is stunning, with fantastic rooms, two lovely pools, and a great rooftop bar. We took advantage of breakfast every morning and dinner on one evening, and it was always excellent. But more than anything else, it was the service that sets Jaya House apart. Everyone — from Chris, Ukdy, Sarah down to the woman who changed the flowers in the room every day — was absolutely committed to ensuring our stay was absolutely fantastic, and that's the mark of a truly amazing property. The only place to stay in Siem Reap.

Amazing hotel with great staff especially Nary and Justin, but everyone was really good and they were genuinely very helpful especially putting on bug spray and organising trips to the temples, I would recommend.

Excellence in small details. The staff makes you feel at home everytime you look for something. A local 5 star hotel managed by local Cambodian staff and a European manager. The money you pay is for the local community and not for an international hotel chain. Beneddict eggs in the morning and the supreme rooms makes this hotel in Cambodia the perfect choice. As a travel agent all I can say is: Congratulations! ;)

Fear my words cannot give enough praise for the supreme service that was provided throughout our stay.
From the moment we stepped out of our tuk tuk we were greeted with warm smiles and cold rereshing towels and champagne on arrival. Sokly (he is amazing) went above and beyond for our entire stay ensuring everything was absolutely perfect.
This hotel is absolutely stunning and each little detail has been well thought out an certainly wasn't unnoticed. The rooms are huge with everything you could possibly desire, our room even had its own private jacuzzi, perfect for the romantic getaway. A coffee machine, amazing selection of teas and fully stocked mini bar are all complimentary. We had room service on our second night and the food was resonably priced, came in huge portions and was delicious.
I defiantly recommend using the spa service, we had the aromatherapy massage recomended by Sokly and by far it was the best massage we have had in the past 5 years in Asia (if not our lives). Their staff are professionally trained and ensure you are left floating back to your room.
Breakfast is to die for! A huge selection of breads, cheese, cold cuts, fruit and far too many other delicacies to mention. The eggs bennidict has never tasted so good. The skybar provides amazing sunset views and buzzing atmosphere, I could not fault a single cocktail they were all delicious. And I would highly reccomend the pork bon bons and squid with black pepper.

A luxury hotel with a heart for their staff and for Cambodia. Participates and initiates social and environmental initiatives. Staff is hired full-time. Great bath tubs as well!

This hotel was without a doubt the best place I have ever stayed. The service was amazing with staff remembering your name and details about what you have planned for the day ahead. Everytime I returned I would be greeted with a smile, a cold towel and a "welcome home". Sometimes it felt like I had one person assigned just for me, and on that note thank you Justin to your impeccable service!
The spa was pure heaven, the sky bar relaxing and beautiful and to top it off the included breakfast and food was delicious!

Jaya House is a small hotel with 2 pools, a spa, restaurant and rooftop bar. It's an amazing hotel in so many ways. Wherever you go you can see the attention to detail that has gone into making this place special. You can feel the spirit of Cambodia is alive in the hotel with many paintings of Khmer artists of the past decorating the interior of the hotel rooms. Part of what I enjoyed most about my stay was seeing how the hotel is involved with many initiatives to reduce plastic consumption and help the local community in Siem Reap. It's a joy to see the good work that they put back into their community. Located along the Siem Reap River it is a very short drive into town. The tuk tuk drivers are very helpful and talkative. They make you feel at ease in unfamiliar surroundings. Don't forget to bring your swim gear with you as the pools they have are beautiful and my room even had it's own private pool too. Highly recommended for the facilities, the staff and just the overall experience.

The hotel is located in quiet and peaceful surrounding of the leafy village along the Siem Reap river, 5 minutes walk to National museum. There are two swimming pools, one in the centre of building with more shade for those does not want so much sunshine while the silver pool is in the open garden of green grass for anyone who enjoy to sunbath.

Although I was only in one event, I could see that the facilities are excellent, the only bad thing is that is in front of a river with stagnant water and stays away from the markets and pub street, you would have to do everything always in tuc tuc.

Excellent Hotel excellent hospitality always as a service to you, I've never seen had such a home and such a service in a Hotel, everything was perfect the place is wonderful in full-siem reap, a jewel of gentleness and calm, which is very pleasant after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend ca remains one of the most beautiful souvenir of our trip!
