Fantastic location, everything was perfect. But I would like to inform to who it may concern. I’m a Cambodian flight from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap and I requested for airport pick up and your driver was so rude. First I met him at arrival gate he holding a paper with my name and I was Say Hello bong to him but he don’t talk to me, I carry my big luggage by myself when reaching hotel I carry my luggage again from hotel car and your staff just watching don’t help me even touch my luggage. Maybe my flight is too early morning to pick up (8am) and I just calm down and think he’s just woke up. Lol
But totally I love your place.

From the minute you approach the hotel you are welcomed with wonderful service, smiles and lovely staff. The service and care for the people that stay in the hotel is amazing. The location is great and in a good spot.

Air con was terrible, service was horrible, pool lights on only 2 hours, cared more about payment than your satisfaction, breakfast was included except if you want late or cappuccino. We left early!

Felt very unwelcome… Air Con was awful… everything is an “extra charge” from the included breakfast with an extra charge for Cappuccino to the front desk clerk chasing us to our airport transfer for a $1.50 sprite from the mini bar. The pool bar closed at 7:30pm… the courtyard lighting (which is beautiful) is only on 2 hours a day… our towels were frayed and we had to use the hose in our bathroom to flush the toilet. Expect so much more from a hotel like this! Feel like they resented our business … and cut corners at every turn. Would not stay again! As a matter of fact paid extra for an earlier flight back to Phnom Phen.

Beautiful spacious rooms but poor air conditioning, not very helpful staff and a host of other problems. Certainly not worth it!

Horrible experience. The A/C is a major problem, It’s loud, doesn’t work properly. Room is dusty with bugs and no hot water! The staff is the only thing slightly pleasant, though in SE Asia they usually are and the staff of this hotel was nothing to extraordinary. Take my advice, avoid this hotel and stay at the Marriott.

J7 All Day Dining We happen to try J7 dining while passing by and to our surprise food was deliciously fresh, staff n chef were very hospitable and cheerful. We loved it, will go again if in Siem Reap Thank you :)

Where do I start? The best hotel I have ever stayed at. Great location, great rooms, great food, great pool… But most of all amazing service. The staff were the best. I highly recommend.

Excellent hotel in Siem Reap. We stayed in J7 hotel for our 3 days 2 nights vacation in Siem Reap. On arrival at airport, we were greeted by a friendly chauffeur arranged by the hotel. Bun — the concierge — is excellent and is fast to respond to any requests by email before we arrived. He arranged everything — tours, car and guide. The staff really make the hotel — friendly, attentive and efficient. The location is perfect — close to the main shopping areas and great restaurants. We walked there or took a tuk tuk. It was so easy. We were at the beauty spa every day — it was fantastic. Excellent service, excellent spa, highly recommend.

The hotel is run by very friendly staff. Especially Molika was very friendly and helpful, giving tips and hints for the small tours and cooking classes. The rooms are clean and the food in the restaurant tastes delicious, but as the hotel is quite close to the Night Market you are just a tuk tuk ride away from street food and a high choice of restaurants. The swimming pool and the gym are maintained very well and the Khmer massage we had was very relaxing.

A great escape from the bustle of the surrounding area. We were greeted by Bun from the J7 staff who did an excellent job helping us identify good options in the area for dinner. The staff is extremely friendly and we would have used them more, had we not had our entire stay pre-planned. Plusses include a well-outfitted gym with an outdoor view and AC, high-quality breakfast, and thoughtfully designed rooms.

Really nice Hotel! The food is awesome. This hotel contains breakfast, fitness centre, free soft drink at the bar and swimming pool for normal suits. And the club lounge contain a lot of sofas and chairs, chess, free high tea and afternoon tea for luxury suit. The food there is very nice.

J7 is a great new hotel in the corner of the Royal Gardens where many luxury hotels are located. It is a dollar Tuk Tuk ride away from practically everything in the town. The staff is great and the restaurant is also wonderful. All the rooms are spacious and luxurious. The pool in the care is located and designed well. Great value for money.

It was good. All staff were kind. The restaurant and pool also good.

The hotel is beautiful. Clean. Newer. The included breakfast was delicious. The service very very friendly and accommodating. There are plenty enough english speaking employees to make it easy to communicate. We have a club room overlooking the pool. The pool looks incredible! The spa is very nice but the steam room was not working when I finished my massage. I was able to use the sauna though. The location is fine for going to the market and area attractions. There is a coffee machine in the room but coffee pods are only given the first day. You have to pay for them the remainder of your stay. That is vey unusual that coffee is not included each day. Also, we had to ask for more towels and face rags but they were accommodating. I would stay here again.

Great hotel n fancy rooms. But what I like most is d fantastic people working there. Very friendly n accommodating n attentive. From checking in, luggage handling, concierge, restaurant until checking out. Only small criticism I can say is the laundry bag costs US$6 n room slippers r not complementary.

Words cannot describes how wonderfully amazing and hospitable the staff are in this hotel. From start to finish we were looked after like royalty. The care taken to provide such an incredible service was second to none.
The most friendly, kind and considerate people I have ever encountered in my life. Sony was so kind to us and I highly recommend a stay here for a beautiful experience.
Can't wait go back!

Hotel staff were absolutely amazing. So friendly, helpful, attentive. Bun in particular is a true concierge. Hotel itself is clean, quiet with fantastic facilities. Great location, not far too walk to heart of all the action but far enough away to enjoy a relaxing stay. Highly reccomended.

Best Italian restaurant in town. Great Chef Pippo, true hero!

This place place is amazing! The courtyard is beautiful. Room are spacious and comfortable. Restaurant is great quality and value. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for a week in December and due to the excellent accommodations and service, returned this summer for two weeks. We were very pleased to be assigned to our former room without asking for it and to have the friendly and courteous staff remember our names and our specific dinning tastes. The breakfast buffet and variety of meals in the restaurant, which has an Italian chef, are exquisite. The affable general manager Giovanni can be seen at all hours making the rounds to ascertain that everything is running properly. The hotel is centrally located, next door to the Royal Palace. This is definitely our home away from home in Siem Reap.

Beautiful hotel, quite new too. Staff were super polite and helpful, service was really great. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. You can walk to pub street and night markets, lots of super markets nearby. The breakfast buffet was really good, lots of choices and everything taste delicious.

It is in place with excellent service. Very nice people. The site is very nice and achieves a good mix of the modern with nature.

We stayed here for 5 days at the Start of our Cambodian trip and found the Resort to be exceptional. The room was large and clean. The gym was great and the pool area was amazing. Perfect spot to relax after a big day exploring the temple's. The breakfast had a large selection of tasty food on offer. We ate a few lunches and dinners at the restaurant and the food was some of the best I have had in Asia. Their Pad Thai was my favourite. One thing that stood out was the Staff and their ability in making our stay perfect.

Near the city center … If 10-15mins (even if sitting tuk is us1-2) can reach the Siemreap center, and the hotel has just been built for four months … All devices are brand new …

The hotel is brand new and clean. The staff and service are excellent. The breakfast is also very good. Definitely have breakfast there before starting your trip to the temples!

Great new hotel, lovely pool, great pool drinks and smoothies too. Staff are very helpful and excellent location. Good breakfast too. Pay only $2 to pub-street in a Tuk Tuk.

Rooms were a good size. Very clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfy — although duvet too heavy/thick. Staff were all very friendly and attentive although I was unsure who did what role… they appeared to do a bit of everything. Also maybe to many staff… and not always communication between them e. G. You ask the same question 3 times as staff didn't pass query on. Breakfast is ok. We had a club room but they didn't tell us before booking that the club lounge isn't open yet so you sit in the foyer or outside. Also not overly clear what comes with the club room. Tours were pricey, spa was v v pricey compared to local prices. We had 2 rooms and due to our flights my husband arrived at a different time from me and the kids — they offer a free pick up from the airport but we were charged for one of them which I though unfair as we had paid for 2 rooms. My son left an item of clothing at the pool by accident, we asked several times but it mysteriously disappeared. The jacuzzi pools didn't really work. However overall the hotel is lovely, staff helpful… I would stay again if they lower the prices (rooms, spa and tours) and get it together a bit more. They should inform you when booking that they are not fully open yet. Fantastic location.

I went there few time. This Luxury Hotel is very good location in the City center. Their swimming pool located in the middle of the hotel. Their are beautiful room with Garden view and pool view. Their room is big and comfortable. The also have ground floor parking and meeting room and Spa. Such amazing place to stay. I strongly recommend to all.
