Very nice boutique hotel! I have not had time to try the pool, but it is particular because it is surrounded by plants.
the staff is very helpful and always smiling.

I stayed here for a few nights and thoroughly enjoyed my time. Beautiful hotel, very comfy spacious rooms. The pool is great (perhaps needs a few more sun beds) and the restaurant and breakfast was really tasty.

Lovely, calm oasis in the heart of Siem Reap We spent 4 wonderful nights at Advaya Residence and loved every minute. The room is large and spacious, and immaculately cleaned every day. The staff are professional, incredibly helpful, and so very kind, and the food in the restaurant is delicious. It was a nice touch to be picked up by car upon airport arrival. Wi-Fi is strong (boys did not complain for once! ) and the pool perfect after a day of exploring. You can have the front desk book your tours for you, order your tuktuks in advance, and exchange dollars for smaller denominations. The big markets/pub street is not far, about a 10 min leisurely walk, or a $2 tuktuk ride. An unexpected fun discovery is the large bustling local morning market, just a 5 min walk away. Also, we did the knife-making class thru Backstreet Ventures (highly recommend! ) That too is a 5 min walk — right across the street from the market.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was attentive and kind. They made sure to greet us every morning and any time we entered or exited the hotel. The room was very clean and had a pool view. Our door walked directly out to the pool on the first floor. It was quiet and well insulated as our room stayed cool after the key was removed, turning off all electricity to everything but the fridge. The hot water pump failed and when we told them we had no hot water, they had someone come out on Sunday to get the hot water up and running which was done in just a couple of hours. We used their laundry service, we dropped our clothes off in the morning and they were washed, dried, folded and left packaged on the table in our room later that evening. They even arranged for us to have a tuk-tuk to the airport, which cost us $1.00 USD. They can arrange tours, taxi/tuk-tuk services, etc. The breakfast food was great and the staff again, fully attentive. This hotel supports kids that come from poor families and teaches them hospitality to help their future, many of them speak enough English to communicate well, and others are nearly fluent in English. We had a great stay and I highly recommend this place!

AWSOME great beautiful place. I loved the room and swimming pool, I had happy hours for hold day. Good loction, not far from old market area, only 15min walk and tuk tuk only 5 min with out standing service, staff will do every thing to make your stay as your home. For my recommend please looking for King suite with pool view.

Very lovely hotel with very friendly staff! They were doing everything to make you feel comfortable. Everything was as in the pictures, the hotel is clean and seems to be quite new. An honest 5 star review, recommend this hotel if You stay at Siem Reap!

Brilliant hotel close to the city centre and tourist spots… ignore the road leading up to the hotel. Once through the doors it's brilliant. Location is spot on for things to do in Siem Reap.

Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities. The pool is a life saver after a hot dusty day at the temples. The staff are just fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Best Living Place in Siem Reap.

Very nice and calm hotel in walking distance of old market, night market and pub street.

Our first time to Cambodia and we were absolutely pleased with this hotel. Once you get to there and met the staff we were blown away with the warmth and attention they paid to us and our 2 year old. The rooms were clean and spacious and the food was great! They treated us like family and was always on hand to provide whatever we needed. Will definitely recommend and thank you Advaya!

While the staff was fairly friendly (not as friendly as the staff I had in my hotel in Phnom Penh), there were a fair few problems I had with the hotel overall. Firstly, the water turned from really hot to cold when I was showering in the bathtub shower all the time. I usually take room temperature baths and was quite displeased as the water gained temperature as I dislike hot water. Secondly, even without opening the verandah, there was a perpetual mosquito in the room! I got about as many bites as when I was working in Phnom Tamao Wildlife Rescue Centre per day when I was staying in this hotel. Think that says a lot — that a HOTEL can leave me with as many bites as a SANCTUARY. My goodness. Thirdly, I ate breakfast at this hotel yesterday morning and got a really bad bout of diarrhea. I DID NOT eat dinner NOR did I eat anything outside of this hotel. So their breakfast must have been unclean. Or their bottled water they provide. Very displeased with this hotel as it has ruined my perfect picture of Cambodia coming over from Phnom Penh.

Superb hotel. It is 10 minutes from pub street. The room is spacious! The pool is great for relaxing. The staff is very present without being intrusive! The comfort is at the rdv with a price gun. The manager is very welcoming and helpful. I will be back!

Awesome place to stay and I definitely recommend my friends to come and stay. It's like 7 min walk to night market and pub street (cold beers and shopping). Beautiful pool and outstanding room service. I love all the staff here, they are very friendly and speak proper English. The manager is an also awesome. He accommodates you with anything u need. The best part, there was a tricycle to pick us up at the bus station (how convenient). Lovely hotel, friendly people, and good price.

A very good hotel. Actually the best hotel I have ever been. Very clean, big rooms and a big bathroom, nice and clean swimming pool, small pool bar with some delicious cocktails, good breakfast and a perfect staff! If you ever visit Siem Reap (Angkor Wat) in Cambidia, stay in this hotel. You will love it!

It is very nice hotel among hotels in Siem Reap. The room is very large and included breakfast by set a buffet, restaurant very nice decoration with a pool view, pool look inviting and staffs very smiley with a warm welcome and very helpful like a five stars hotel especially GM (Boyd). The location is not far from the town just walk up a round 10mn only to the night market and pup street and any areas attraction. This hotel I recommend to whom wish to stay while u come to visit Siem Reap. U will satisfy what u expected.
