Night / Graveyard shifts are equally excellent. Rooms are amazing. Spacious & meticulously clean. Amazing location. Inside hotel is like a paradise, but very accessible to Pub Street, Market & Central Siem Reap. When we travelled to Phom Penh & went to another hotel — I miss their hotel so much.

I really enjoyed my stay at Central suites, the room was spacious and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The pool area is nice, there is even a bar at one end selling very reasonably priced cocktails. The restaurant is also great, the buffet breakfast each morning had a large variety and the Khmer dinner we had was a highlight of the trip. Highly recommend staying at this well located and bargain priced hotel.

Beautifully decorated and modern hotel in the middle of the city, right next to Pub Street. Best things were the food — amazing breakfast — and the attention. Highly recommended.

Great hotel. Located 1 block from pub street and an easy drive to Angkor Wat. The staff is super friendly and will hook you up with a driver and tour guide for all Cambodia has to offer. Nice little pool with a bar is a perfect way to unwind after all the site seeing. The room was spacious, with a decent patio, and held all the amenities you could want. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in Cambodia.

Excellent staff, all very helpful and friendly. Greeted us all by name, offered suggestions for tours etc with no pressure. T and Story in particular went above and beyond. Great decor, modern and relaxed. Superb location — near enough to the action but not too close to be a bother. Gorgeous pool. Lovely rooms. Everything was clean and well maintained. But the highlight was the noodle soup for breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel. We are a family of four adults and stayed 6-9 June 2018

Starting with the airport pick up to our final goodbyes we couldn't have been happier with our stay at this amazing hotel. Our room was large and very clean. The pool was the perfect place to unwind after traipsing around the temples. The only thing better than the hotel was the staff. Always smiling and friendly. The manager Ms. Sokha was very attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed our cooking class with Chef Hong — he was efficient and funny and made it a memorable experience. We will definitely stay here again.

Just spent five days at the Central Suite Residence Siem Reap From the time we arrived to the time we left. We were treat like someone special. The staff were always willing to help in anyway they could. In all my stays in hotels in Asian countries. This was the best hotel I have stayed at. The breakfast was was excellent ever morning Would certainly recommend who is visiting Siem Reap for the first time close to the markets and restaurants. With out all the noise of vehicles. Special thanks to Sokha and the staff for making it a great stay.

We absolutely adored this boutique hotel. Great staff! Story is so sweet and helpful. We were greeted right when we first arrived and were able to get into our room hours before check in time! The room was exactly as pictured and so nice. The pool area is amazing. It is smaller but never seemed cramped. The swim up bar is fun! The food was very good! We would love to come back and stay here again!

The best hotel service you can have in Siem Reap. It's 3mins away from Pub Street. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The beds are very comfortable. It's more than worth it for it's price.

This place has a exquisite level of service. I wish we had booked more than 2 nights. They noticed it was my birthday when they scanned my passport and surprised me when we came in from dinner with a cake. Santia was especially attentive with the checkin and checkout and set up our tours of the temples and Tonle Sap. The breakfast bar was also very good.

Great location-close to all the entertainment but is in a quiet side street. The service is at the level, very good and helpful staff.

The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Airport pickup service is fantastic. The hotel is in a great central location.

I would have given this stay a 4 star rating but unfortunately the Wi-Fi was very spotty and the topper was being presented with a water from the mini bar upon check out they said we used after explicitly saying we did not touch anything in it. One of the free waters we were provided with already came with a broken seal. So that was pretty odd. Also the pool had some bugs in it and when multiple guests mentioned something they did nothing. I would have done it myself for them if they would have brought a pool skimmer. The hotel staff were overall very kind and helpful arranging transportation and tours. Very knowledgeable. I would consider staying here again when visiting Siem Reap. The hotel also had great happy hour prices. Great location for the night market and Pub Street. Just a few minor issues as noted above but overall good stay.

Great hotel. Fairly new. Great location close to the center of the action near Pub Street. If you are a light sleeper and goto bed early, there may be some noise later into the night. Didn't bother us too much. Great included breakfast, super friendly staff, round trip airport pickup and great pool to cool down in after a long day in the sun. Also great prices on their happy hour drinks. If you can, try to get a room on the first 3 floors as I believe the 4th floor is the only floor without adjoining balconies.

Great hotel. Service is excellent. Seems like they always have a staff member or two keeping an eye out on you. Plus they have a swim up bar which is always fun.

Conveniently located near massage parlours and good eateries. 2 mins away from Pub Street where the heart of night life is.

Great Hotel with really friendly helpful staff. Ideal location close enough to walk to all the hustle and bustle of pub street, but a little oasis of peace and quiet to come back to. Comfortable rooms with enormous baths in the Junior Suites.

Everything about this place is good. We had already traveled two weeks in southeast Asia, and this was our nicest hotel. Great deal for the cost. Excellent service. Nice pool and poolside bar. Spacious room. Airport transportation both ways. Easy walking distance to pub street and night market. Tuk tuks right outside the door. Sits back off the street in a private alcove. Highly recommended.

Best service I've ever received. Cool Jasmine scented towels upon arrival. The English skills of the staff were excellent. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Location is right near pub street where all the action is. Lots of restaurants to chose from walking distance from the hotel.

What a great experience we had at this hotel. I've never had such great service. The cool towels when you come back from a hot day at Ankhor Wat. The staff greeting you by name. We went down to the pool one time missing one of our party and a staff member asked where he was by name. They provided a free shuttle to the airport and a staff member came with us. I've never been escorted to the airport on an airport shuttle bus. We had a nice conversation with a woman who is trying to improve her English even though I thought it was excellent. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name but her use of proper English words was impressive. Ms Lina took care of arranging the shuttle bus and looked after some other things too. Just a great place to stay.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. They helped coordinate tours, are name transportation and even helped us make dinner reservations at a nearby restaurant. The room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The pool area was also nice.

It is located in the ideal place, the hotel is new and impeccable … and especially have an amazing staff! If you're going to Siem Reap, don't miss it!

I am very happy with our stay! I feel like I am staying in a 5 star hotel but paying only for a 2 star class hotel! Awesome deal! Got a free airport pickup, the rooms are huge, clean and very comfortable. The bed sheets are crisp and the room has minimalist interior decors. The toilet is superb with a tub, rain shower and complete amenities. Free buffet breakfast was adequate and hotel has free fast Wi-Fi! Hotel employees are very helpful. I booked my tours thru the front desk and prices are the same as outside. Food in their restaurant is good as well and comparable to outside prices. I woukd definitely recommend this hotel and would come back!
