We arrived past midnight as our bus from Siem reap was late. The man at the front desk told me I had no reservation and that the hotel sold a month ago and that I needed to pay again. I showed him my credit card bill showing the same amount on my Agoda reservation. He started laughing saying I need to pay double. We ended up leaving and walking around for an hour looking for a new hotel. This hotel is down an alley full of garbage and rats. I would never ever ever recommend this to anyone.
Its fine for a short stay, staff is friendly but the beds are super uncomfortable and the location is quite far outside.
