Clean and safe. Absolutely friendly atmosphere. Large swimming. I highly recconend it for the price you pay it's a fantastic value indeed. Food was delicious. Breakfast a la carte Loads of choices. Sea just across the road. Parking on the spot. Thank you to the manager for a complimentary plate of fruits and a bottle of wine for my birthday. It was a very nice surprise. We will definitely be back.

Nice and helpful staff. Clean and fresh both the rooms and the area. Good food and drink in the restaurant. Mixed menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My favorite dish is: the Greek salad. Near the beach and an ATM.

Beautiful resort only downfall is the area it’s in. Outres beach could be beautiful and probably once was but now it’s unmade roads and shacks.

Bright spot on an otherwise pretty dismal dirt road that has a pot hole to pavement ratio of 10 to 1. Lovely poolside bungalows, nice complimentary breakfast, very cheap draft beer and excellent renditions of Thai and local food.

It is nice place near the beach. Rooms are ok with nice terrase. Inside hotel is nice and clean room. Service is good and food as well. Just over the street is nice beach bar dune where we spent a lot of time on excelent beach. We were here in august what is off season but still good for swimming. Sea is with a lot of waves but we enjoyed. Otres beach is excelent. Only what I did not like here is surrounding. It looks like still under construction. Roads are dirty so there is nothing to see except the bars on the beach. Anyway I would come again here.

Hot weather but It is picturesque country, characterized by rolling, wooded hills; The ocean water has remarkable clarity. Very beautiful.

Rooms after renovation, but looks like forgot to complete renovation. Power outlet can be use only under desk, door to bathroom is dirty, towel rail was painted, turbid water in swimming pool.

Very nice place! I always go there when I go to SihanoukVille. Nice bungalows with all amenities! The breakfast is nice also at the balcony. They accepted pets also! Go there if u want to be quiet.

The Sea Breeze is lovely, accommodating, easy, convenient, quiet, relaxing… The staff is delightful. Location is perfect on Otres. Just a 20 meter walk across road to beach. Nice pool and rooms.

This beach is overrated and the resort is tired, the bartendere are the slowest in Cambodia.

Didn't pick us up from the railway station after arranging via email. It was dark and we had to arrange a separate taxi / tuk tuk (cut up Toyota Camry). May up rating when we can see the place.

Spend 2 nights here, staff very friendly and professional… would highly recommend staying here.

The rooms are dirty. In Bassecne, mosquito larvae swim-water without chlorine.

Sea breeze is the wonderful place and view, lovely service especially food n sky bar so cool, I love to stay there. Next time.

Great place to stay on Otres Beach, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to be sure we could grab breakfast and get a ride back to Phnom Penh. This place was very clearly European-run, and very popular with European guests. It raised the bar significantly compared to other hotels and resorts in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms, nice clean swimming pool. Best available at Otres Beach and reasonable Wi-Fi. Beach front is just few steps away.

Quite a nice hotel. Administrator Natalia is very amiable and pleasant communication. The sea is across the road, just a few steps, you can say that the first coastline. The hotel is clean, green and well-groomed. Deluxe Room comfortable and modern enough. The only thing that changed is the air conditioning! Need a modern HF are big, and the one that is, and Marina.

Our first hotel was no good so we had a wonder around and this was the best of the best on Otres beach. Not overly expensive for a perfect location, nice rooms, breakfast included, and high quality service.

I definitely like this resort. It has a nice view, well organized, friendly environment, very clean and with the affordable price. I'd recommend to all of my families, friends and to all international tourists. Go ahead and have fun. I love Cambodia.
