Just saw a video posted on Facebook about a boss cursed out his employee and his colleague sit by doing nothing is very disturbing. This guy has no manners or respect for anyone working for him. I will never stay in a place like that. I hope he will reprimanded by his boss. Everyone deserves respect whether you are the boss or employee. No one deserves to be treated like that. This is Cambodian culture needs to be changed. As Cambodian myself, I am appalled to see an employee being mistreated like that. I hope that many see the video of how he treats his employee and some action will be taken against him.

Great food right next to the beach. Service is fast and professional. Usually taking my clients for lunch to Queenco.

The pool is really very dirty, it floats loads of black mold in the water, too bad for the great facility.

Didn't stay at the hotel but went twice to their Japanese restaurant, once for the oya-ko (chicken & egg) donburi and katsu curry rice. Simple meals made in the proper way. Large swimming pool next to a quiet beach.

By far the best casino I have been visited in Sihanoukville. The pool is not big and by the beach side and use by some outsider.

Beautiful hotel, club, pool and beach. But the sea is bad. (Low and sorco with numerous exposed sea drains). Great jetty for boats that take you to the neighboring islands. Great cuisine. And great service. I gave three because the quality of the sea in front is important to me.

Queenco Hotel and Casino is as it proclaims itself, it has a Hotel part and a Casino part. Its clients are mainly Asian with a majority of Chinese coming in groups organized by tour operators. It is generally observed that Asians love games.
The hotel is recently modernized and has a swimming pool very frequented by guests. The pool is on the edge of the beach offering a great sunset. Pool users can order drinks and dishes directly from the restaurant, part of which is outdoors and adjoining the pool. Guests can eat pleasantly with total views of the beach and sea. Prices are decent in relation to the quality of the dishes.

This hotel is so near the beach that affect the beach structure and hide the beauty of the beach. Even it is clean and good looking but need a bit away from the sand beach. Support the one which is serve as sustainability to Tourism and local community.

Nice place for kids and adults, crowded swimming pool and floated bridge are the attractions. 3$ per entrance buy one soft drink or draft beer is served, kid below 3 yr is free.

Very nice bar right on the beach — not the best place for swimming in the ocean but fantastic for sunsets (at around 6pm) and there's a swimming pool right next to the bar. Nice pool table and happy hour cocktails 4pm — 7pm — Ideal to watch the sunset with a $2 cocktails!

You can stay free if you play in the Casino baccara. Top office, about 150 meter to the beach.

Nice private beach and casino. This casino is so much better compared to Naga in Phnom Penh. Great service and less rowdy. The beach is also quieter and cleaner than the rest in Sihanoukville. Most of the staff in the hotel is good, however, some of the reception staff needs training for service with a smile. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating.

Happy hour 3-6 on the beach is great.

Clean & quiet beach with bar. Inside, there's live music once a week.

Now have new building and gym center. Have a buggy car to take you from new building to old building in beach side. New swiming pool. Japanese restourant just beside the pool. Great place to take sunset photo.

Beautiful place to visit I would highly recommend it. A little too long to pay the bills with staff but even then worth the wait lookin. Forward to another visit.

We only visited at daytime. You can pay $7 each to use the pool and private beach and you get $5 back to use for food or drinks. The pool is nice, it's multi levelled, has seats in it and is right by the beach. Plenty of seating and sun beds. This part of victory beach is also nice — the hotel must keep it clean and tidy as the rest of the beach is not clean. Restaurants and bar all good too.
I would not stay here as it is so far out from anywhere else. You are quite isolated.

I chose this Hotel with my family to spend the new year holidays and this is the worst experience I had in my life. I chose the suite room (330usd/night 30th December and 31th December) for my little family (2 adults + 2 toddlers and 1 infant). My husband were doing the check — in at the reception while I was sitting in the sofa waiting with the kids and a lot of "chinese " tourists were smoking in the lobby, I felt bad for the kids but what was crazy was that a receptionist came to put hashtray in front of me, I told him I don't need it he said " that's ok I leave it here for people " I was mad. So when we finished to do the check-in we decided to go to the swimming pool with the kids, the staff were so rude and didn't want to serve us. We asked them politely to blow up our rubber rings for the kids and they just told us rudely that they don't have this kind of service here. I said Ok never mind. The beach is dirty! Breakfast is poor and disgusting, not many choice of food. The staff were too slow to serve us, they were unskilled. Oh We had a big jaccuzi in our suite so I used it as a bathtub for the kids once but sadly we got a shock 2 times! So scary I immediately took out the kids from the jaccuzi. It was a defective jaccuzi or a " cheap " and " made in China " jaccuzi that does not meet the current standard of security. This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel! And finally last night there was a power failure for 1 hour! this is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel!

Breakfast is served in the beach restaurant to eat, the environment can also, you can à La carte food, very big servings! Taste good, inexpensive. Is a place to live across the road, and feel is acceptable.

The new wing across the street (the "Queenco Tower") is 4-star. The original building is still 3-star despite a recent renovation. What is great about this place is the relaxed atmosphere directly on the beach, although the casino is low-action.

The restaurants are very nice and offer various kitchens, relaxing, l "team available.

Such a wonderful place. Fantastic views, delicious cocktails with a happy hour at sunset. The staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. The food is reasonably priced considering the stunning location, with a great range of options and delicious. They have great live bands. Can't comment on the accommodation as we haven't stayed here but if it's as amazing as everything else I would definitely come back to stay here.
