Very nice place to stay just 2min from royal palace.

Really good all round as far as location and bang for your buck. Stayed 3 weeks. Will stay here next visit. The staff are friendly and professional. They helped me out several times when in some trouble. The Wi-Fi I did speed test it was over 56 Mb per second. Outstanding.

Simply the best staff and service I have ever received in Phnom Penh. There was nothing the team would not do for you. 6 out of 5 stars.

Super friendly staff. Great location. Fan in room sounded like an uneven washing machine on full so couldn't sleep with it on and was very hot without it as air conditioning had no remote.

Home away from home. And rigth behind the palace, with several restaurants near. They should take those living plants from the rooms to prevent mosquitos!

Good guest house (not yet at Villa’s level). Small swimming pool. Limited a la carte breakfast. However it is located at very good location.

We had a very nice time here in Phnom Penh.
The location is great! To almost all major sights you can walk well or ride with a tuk.
The staff is super friendly and fulfills (almost) all wishes. So if you need something just ask. The English of most employees is also relatively good. With included breakfast you can choose on a menu between several dishes (mostly egg, bacon, cereal, etc. ). Our breakfast was always delicious.
The rooms were very clean. It would be cleaned every day + new towels. The beds were comfortable, there was a safe, air conditioning and a nice modern bathroom with rain shower.

Had a nice time here. Great location I thought. Only a short walk down to the river. Rooms were large and basic. Nothing flash but certainly enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly. Would stay again for sure.

A small oasis in an urban area, a good place to stay, swim, drink and chat.

Was only goin to be here for first 2 days of our trip but soon as I saw it I loved it. Sitting at the pool you wouldn't believe you are in the middle of a busy city. Staff couldn't be any nicer or friendlier. I'm staying here for the whole trip.

If you're coming to Phnom Phen then this is a very well positioned small hotel. Not so sure about a place to stay if you're visiting SiemReap… that's a bit far from here :)
Very clean and not in any immediate need of a renovation, everything seems to still be working well. Includes a nice pool and friendly helpful staff.
There's lots within an easy walk including the National Museum, walk along the river (specially after dark, looks great with all the lights) and everything that's down there and many restaurants and bars. In a small side street so a little quieter than other places but grabbing a taxi or tuktuk wasn't too difficult either.
I'd say this was a 3-star place, simple but very nice.

Really amazing! We stayed here for 2 nights and it is the most beautifull hidden Oasis. The rooms and surroundings were great, not to mention the staff and owners who are not only kind but warm heartet and welcomming. I Will recommend this hotel to everyone — if we ever Come back to siem Reap we know where we are staying thank you once again for two amazing days.

Great location and staff! I will be definitely staying here on my next trip with my wife. Love it.
