Very bad freaking service plus rip off ass becuz after 14days of goddamn quarantine here separately from other already hotel manager or whoever I don’t really care stopped me from check out and forced me to go back to the room after given funny excuses that another person in hotel has infected Covid-19.
I’m like … Hello I don’t freaking live with that person or contact him/her at all, why the heck extended my stay. What really matter is nothing really happen there what they want is just to make an excuses so that they can charge me extra $40 for half of day! Finally food is super S**T service is very poor Even last choices in the middle of night I wouldn’t stay in this hotel ever again!

I love Dyvith Hotel because it is beautiful view, big swimming pool and nice room but the foods is yet delicious and teach staff more friendly.

Such a beautiful hotel! Provided great rest after long flight. Luxurious rooms and wonderful breakfast buffet. Totally delightful.

I visited dyvth hotel every sunday! I love the swimming pools and the bathroom! it such a peaceful place. ❤

On 3 may, I was visited there with my friends, I have booked this hotel to stay, it's a nice place, pool, gym great quality, garden cafe the food so good, but staff are so bad, one more thing i'm really unsatisfied about receptionist staff, actually around 4:30 I have forgot my key at room so I go down to lobby to ask reception to bring my key back, I have wait 15 min, I didn't see someone who work there, I just wonder why no staff stand by at counter? I didn't know where they gone? and i'm hurry to meeting wit my team also, fortunately there have one guy come and ask me, but I think he's not reception, as I noted he's reservation team, I saw his name tag, but didn't noted his name, just want to thanks to that guy for help to ask housekeeper to open the door for me, he save me, next time I hope should be have more staff and stand by at lobby.

Gym, pools and hot/cold tubs & sauna get 5 stars from me. The restaurant has great food but they have recently nearly doubled their prices… this means that whereas we would have previously spent the whole day “at the pool”, now we choose between spending the morning or the afternoon, so we can eat lunch at a more reasonably-priced venue. Bring back the good old food prices!

The front of house and housekeeping staff are amazing. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and the decor and service was amazing. It would of been worth it just for the breakfast. Sorry to say staff, who were very friendly, at the Garden Cafe couldn’t get the orders right and the quality of the Saturday food was less than satisfactory plus a number of menu dessert items were unavailable. I would certainly say to anyone needing a good hotel to stay at this should certainly be on your short list.

A most fantastic place with a great team of coaches who take care about your needs, and teach you skills rather than just only push you to the max. Plus the coffee you get is fabulous.

Superb facilities and good service. Aircon in gym could be turned down a bit and airconditioned restaurant and lounge / working areas would be welcome improvements. Restaurant menu could be upgraded to include healthier items such as more vegetable / vegetarian dishes.

Good place for gym and swimming pools for adult and kids. Plenty of parking. It is also a hotel.

Our lunch was served on our tables. We had so much left over food and we asked to take them home but they said no because our food was buffet (but were actuallybserved to us in bowls). We also had so much extra food during coffee break and they just put them altogether in one styrobox. So unbecoming of a supposedly hugh-end hotel.

It is the best place that brings me a relaxing time at weekends.
