I wanted to say thank you for the hospitality at the hotel was above expectation the staff was great the management everyone everyone at the hotel was excellent We really enjoyed staying at your hotel and I think she had a good experience and you made the voice we will have good but I would recommend this place and I also want your site to have I will write that people will see that we enjoyed the service was excellent excellent excellent and again thank you for everything.

Firstly I'd recommend the sun & moon urban hotel for the whole staff & team' they all are 100% professional @ what they do best👍. Secondly the hotel is very very clean, from rooms to restaurants to Skybar & gym / Sauna etc… Very pleased & satisfied with my stay @ the Sun & moon urban hotel, I'd definitely be go there when out in cambodia next… They make you very very welcoming👍

Hotel is clean and tidy and in a great location if you want night life or visits to attractions and markets. Good breakfast buffet. The hotel stored our luggage and allowed us to use the spa showers to freshen up when we collected our luggage. Only nit picks are shower could be a bit cleaner and dirty linen should not be sorted in a public area of the hotel. Over all highly recommend.

Really nice hotel, ideally situated. Very clean with friendly staff and the breakfast was wonderful with omelette and lovely freshly prepared noodles. Lots of other choices as well. We used the tuk-tuk driver from the hotel and would thoroughly recommend him. His name was John and his English is excellent and he is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. All in all a great stay and wouldn't hesitate recommending the Sun and Moon.

The staff were wonderful greet you with a smile nothing to much trouble to help. Rooms lovely and food good. Hope they keep this standard up as I would recommend anyone to stay here if nothing changes.

Bad experience. Food arrived luke warm. Remind staff 3 times our drinks and she still forget. We were seated nearby the bar counter. Mojito tastes like ice tea. Will not recommend any one.

From Airport pickup to drop off it was 5 star service. Place was wonderful, very clean. Food was great and bartenders know how to make craft drinks. Was right in the middle of all the bars so you were close to everything you needed. One complaint I have is at checkout they gave option to cancel the deposit on the credit card and charge the new total. What they didn't say was it takes up to 2 weeks for that deposit hold to clear. That could really leave someone in a bind. Hope they explain this better to guests.

Good loction with many dining options. Close to River. Room is reasonably clean but noise from nearby pubs is a concern.

My favorite and the best hotel in Phnom Penh in my opinion. Excellent service, great room size and very nice layout in the room. Great buffet breakfast with a very good variety of selection, and all very delicious. Great pool, great restaurants in the hotel, and many more great facilities. To be honest, I don't think there's anything I can complain. Truly like this hotel. Truly recommend for both locals and travelers.

Good hotel services with Cloud9 Skybar on the top roof. You can enjoy the city's view on the roof top and soft drinks and beers, wines out there. Price is acceptable for a medium class people.

Awesome place to stay. Rooftop pool. Amazing. Jacuzzi, steam room, massage. All top notch. Close to the night market, coffee. I would def go back.

A fantastic hotel with dedicated and customer orientated staff. I spent 5 nights at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The king size suite was modern, clean, & large which will be suitable for doing business and or family vacation. Cloud 9 pool & gym on the top level had fabulous panoramic views of the city. Staff were well trained, polite, professional and always greeted with a smile. Breakfast selection was abundant of western and eastern cuisine which was tasty and delicious. I will defiantly be returning to Sun & Moon hotel. Close to the heart of Phnom Penh City I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit this beautiful city and Cambodia!

Absolutely loved this hotel! Right in the heart of the city close to everything, with the best Spa and roof top pool! My husband and I stayed here after 5 nights in the jungle/Banlung area. Our room was a perfect place to recoup after such a long trek and Travel from the country. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the awesome driver that shuttled us to the airport. I would highly recommend Sun & Moon and wished we could have stayed longer. Ps-get a Spa service for sure! It’s was wonderful!

This was a special celebration for my wife and I. We enjoyed a delicious lunch on arrival and then lazed next to the infinity roof top pool before having a swim and going to the in-house gym. The pool temperature and salt balance was perfect, no stinging eyes and the gym equipment was the best I have used in a hotel. The Valentine's night sky bar buffet made the evening — live music, great food, gifts for the ladies and wonderful service! All at a very reasonable price. Breakfast the following morning was very good — luckily still enough time before checkout for a swim and gym session! Even having said all of the above, one of the best things was the friendliness of the management and staff at all levels. They were friendly but professional, with attention to detail and great service! We are very happy to recommend the Sun and Moon hotel and shall certainly return to stay again. Thank you for making our short stay so very enjoyable!

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. Staff is very nice and accommodating! Rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. Beds are comfortable. The rain shower is very nice as well!

I didn't like more than that. Room enclosed between 2 corridors… no outside view. … swimming pool and bar on the roof closed from 17 to midnight. … I could not enjoy it… 73 dollars A most expensive hotel… yet far from being the best…

The hotel is awesome! Service is great and the place has several amenities (rooftop pool, sauna, …). Rooms are really clean. The sky-bar is amazing in the evening.

The cloud nine rooftop bar is amazing. And their infinity pool is one of a kind. Great place for tourists and excellent Location. Good job.

First off would I stay here again? Absolutely! The hotel staff was very kind and helpful when asking questions and arranging transportation/tours. The room was clean and shower head was pretty great. There was also a nice black lighting effect in the room. I didn't get s chance to swim in the infinity pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was included with my stay. The only downside was the service at the Cloud 9 sky bar. Even after flagging staff down and staring awhile, I couldn't get anyone to get me another drink or even the bill. It was a little crazy especially with a ton of staff just standing around and maybe two other tables. That was probably the only negative. The hotel is located in a great part of town and close to many things. Including the royal palace and a couple of markets.

Very lovely clean and well organized modern Hotel. Gym perfect. Breakfast exelent. Staffs very friendly. But in the breakfast room at 7.00 am people make phone calls over phone or laptop. Can do in the room. I don't like this. Breakfast must be a quite time in the free phone zone. I miss the daily news paper.

This is the hotel in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Prime location, lavish rooms, and great food. This hotel screams high quality. The pricing is ridiculously cheap. Easily a five star hotel!

The two waitresses at the breakfast place this morning showed my friend and I the great ignorance. We sat at the table for around fifteen minutes but both of the waitresses showed no interest of coming to our table for routine ordering. There weren't many people dining at that time, probably only 30% of the tables were occupied. They were too busy cleaning the table, and laughing at reception.

A small but well equipped gym with great views. The place smells lovely and the staff are lovely. A beautiful pool and the sauna, steam room and hot and cold jacuzzis are also worth a visit. My favourite gym in the city.

I've had the pleasure of staying at Sun & Moon Hotel and check out a number of rooms there. The rooms are very spacious and eye catching. You get all the amenities you'd expect and require, as well as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The place is very conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to the riverside, restaurants and night life. You do not, however, need to go anywhere else as the hotel has a great restaurant, and a VIP nightclub, and an amazing rooftop bar with an infinity pool, that's actually a major attraction of the hotel. I'd stay there a lot if I didn't already have my own home in Phnom Penh. To sum up: Sun & Moon Urban Hotel is modern-artsy, futuristic and posh without being overly pretentious, and very affordable.

Our team stayed at the Sun and Moon Hotel several times over the course of our stay in Cambodia, and the service was always amazing! We are so grateful for all the staff, especially Dr. Chear Ratana, Mr. Noel, and Mr. Rithy. Our team had a busy few weeks, and it was so comforting to return to the Sun and Moon hotel at the end of the day. It honestly has felt like a home away from home! The morning breakfast was an especially great addition! A huge thanks to Sun and Moon for everything they did for us! We can't wait to come back next year :)

I stayed at the Sun and Moon Hotel with my group between June and July of 2017. The hotel was amazing. The rooms were very clean, and the entire hotel was beautiful. The rooms were very spacious, especially for three total people. It felt like home during the many days in which I spent in Phnom Penh. The complementary breakfast was something special, and the rooftop bar and pool were very nice. My favorite thing about this hotel, however, was the staff. The staff were incredibly polite and sweet, and the service was something I had never experienced before. Whenever we could call the front desk for anything, someone would be at our room within five minutes. There was never a time in which I was not greeted by a staff member when I passed by them. I felt like I was treated like royalty during my entire stay, and I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anybody who plans on staying in Phnom Penh.

Funky hotel in the heart of the city and only a five minute walk from the river front. Beautiful roof top swimming pool, sunbathing area and bar where the staff are professional and attentive. The spa treatments are luxurious but expensive in comparison to other places in the city however the sauna, steam room and hot tube facilities are top notch. The rooms are modern, clean comfortable and well maintained with great AC. The buffet breakfast is vast catering for every taste. The restaurant food which can also be ordered at the roof top bar is top quality. Great place to stay.

Currently (February 2017) they are expanding and can be very noisy in the mornings as they start at 6:00 in the morning. But it will be something temporary.

Modernes Hotel mit super sky bar und Pool!

First time to this hotel. I love the sky bar on roof top. The food was great. It also has an infinity pool over looking the city to the east. Great for early morning swim + sunrise.

Really awesome hotel. The pool on the roof is wonderful, and has a great view. The hot tub and saunas were very nice. Very welcoming staff. The beds were okay — not the best I've slept on, but pretty good nonetheless. The furniture in the room wasn't spectacular either. But the room definitely wasn't bad. Best of all was the breakfast. They had incredible breakfast items! Very good noodle soups, made to order. Fresh fruits and fruit juices as well. Some western food items, like grilled potatoes, bacon, and omelets made to order. Very highly recommend the breakfast.

Pros: clean modern rooms. Quick Wi-Fi. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. A doorstop to prevent the throw of the hotel rooms doors. This will save you a depending on the origin of the other guests some banging in the morning. Cons: a little far away from the riverside. Slow check-in. No comfortable lobby. Curtains the dark. It is in the morning around 7 daylight in the room. (photo)
no lockable bathroom. Too few loungers by the pool. Fitness is not sufficient for strength athletes. Skybar and pool are often for private events, reserved, and generally to loud music. Price performance is not optimal. Air conditioning always on at night so that you Wake up sweating. One morning, no showers because there was no water.
