Nothing like how they advertise. The hotel is small and cramped. Order something from the room service or request for an iron, it may turn up by your next checkout.

A decent place in terms of effort. The place is clean like most in Phnom Penh. I have lived or worked in Phnom Penh for more than 10 years and this is a Chinese hotel that is not really catering to western tourists. It is nice enough and has good food, but the location isn't particularly good unless you have your own wheels and then it's great, because it is not far from a lot, but not really walking distance on a hot (it's always hot) day. Rooms are small and aost Cambodian in style. Rooftop is nice.

I was looking for a place to relax for a few days and this was perfect! My room was clean, comfortable, and modern. The TV in the room had a few English channels and I always had hot water in the shower. The breakfast buffet was free, open 7-10 every day, and had a wide variety of options from western food to local food. The rooftop pool was nice during the day to sunbathe and turned into a pizza restaurant at night around 4 or 5pm. I ordered the coconut bomb from the bar and it was perfect for the hot weather. Not the fastest service but all the staff were very friendly.

I loved staying here… the staff were outstanding. The rooms super clean and comfortable. The food was really good and plenty of choice at breakfast. The only thing that could be improved was the cooked dishes at breakfast were luke warm as the lids of the warming trays were open.

It's a brand new hotel, it's not three years old, the facilities are quite perfect (in the case of Samsung Hotel), swimming pool and gymnasium, also have the restaurant bar of the top floor, offer the western meal of the lunch dinner, the Italian pizza and Chinese food, but the flavor of Chinese meal should be improved.

Bad surprise when arriving: we booked an apartment with two rooms but the hotel is overbooking. The manager arranges the situation by proposing two adjoining rooms including a very large parenting room. Breakfast offers a good choice of dishes but nothing is replenished. If you get up late, you won't have much to put under your teeth. The pool is nice but the water is murky (not treated enough? ) and the staff too nice let the kids bathe with the shorts they wear in town. Smell of staleness pronounced in the room as soon as you cut the air conditioning. Bad soundproof. +: Nice staff and clean rooms.

One of the nicest hotels you'll find in this price range. Great pool, great beds, great breakfast buffet.

Hotel is clean and rooms are nice. Pool and bar on the roof is great. Only down side is some of the service at pool and roof top bar is bit poor. Overall hotel, food and drinks are great. Definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel, nice swimming pool on the roof top, kind and dedicated staff especially reception with a very good english level. Clean rooms and good equipment and service, good location. In addition the pizzas of the roof top restaurant are really good in case of.

Very nice hotel and excellent value for money. The pool at the roof looks really nice but has way too much chlorium and gave me a nasty eye infection.
