I can recommend you here it's nice place, it's near Russian market, so many restaurants around, hospital, Mart,
what's amazing is also have Skybar at12 floor you can see the hold city,,
can have some beer and see the sunset.

A great place to have a conference or workshop! Dont know about hotel or restaurant, but if you are looking for a quiet place for a working retreat of conference, this is a great choice. Nice and attentive staff and quite good setting overall!

NICs budget Hotel… Best thing about Staying here is Their Staff is Very polite also its location is gd… All must watch places n Russian market is in vicinity…

Excellent customer service! I’ve been using this hotel for volunteers for two years now and I’m never disappointed with the service. Rooms are nice and clean also. The sky bar is also quite enjoyable. Breakfast is fantastic and the location is great too.

I'll go with the good first. Great location and very close to some nice restaurants, shops, gyms, laundry, etc. The breakfast buffet was the best out of 3 hotels we stayed at. Kinda warm if you weren't close to to the A/C's but left the hotel every morning feeling full. Rooms were decent. Not 4 star level. The Bad: The elevator was broken when we got there and we had to carry our bags up 4 to 5 flights of stairs which really sucked. The fixed it, but talk about bad timing. Took 20min for our rooms to get cooled down so the A/C unit wasn't optimal. Shower/bathroom had some bugs and dirt but the water was hot and not a bad place. If you are looking for a decent place to save some money then this is a good option. If you want something nice I would look somewhere else.

Compared to the other hotels of the 3-country trip Vietnam Laos and Cambodia least special, but ok and clean.

I haven't stayed there, but I regularly enjoy the rooftop bar with wonderful views of the city during happy hour time ;)

Alot better than 10-20 bucks places. Worth the extra money. Employees were great! Breakfast was good. Not the best in alot areas but way better than some cheap room. Roof top pool and sky bar. Would stay AGAIN!

Average hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent and extensive, with slight variations every morning. Unfortunately the facilities are holding it back quite a bit. The hotel seems old, and it shows in the quality of the atmosphere and the rooms and services. Mostly everything needs a makeover or straight upgrade from the lobby to the restaurant to the room. The internet was in particular extremely frustrating. It seemed to be either not set up properly or had hardware problems, as my devices were required to sign in again every single time they went to sleep or I turned them on. It was also quite slow, with the average being 2mbps. The restaurant food, while excellent in quality and service is quite overpriced considering local prices at surrounding restaurants. Overall my stay here of 27 days was acceptable, and for the most part enjoyable. That being said, next time I would look elsewhere for a slightly more modern or just higher quality hotel.

Great for the price. Rooms were clean, simple and cool. Rooftop bar was great and great happy hour prices. Food was good as well… good location and would stay here again.

Very nice hotel with very nice staff. We had a great and super clean room and ate both in the evening very tasty (the view from the Skybar over the city is incomparable! ), as well as very rich and appealing breakfast. Absolutely recommended!

Nice rooms. Simple but nic. The maids a working well and rooms are really clean. Staff is really helpful and professional. Good buffet for breakfast with a lot of food.

This is an amazing gem. Located in the heart of the city. It has a roof top bar with an amazing view and 50% off cocktails during happy hour that runs from 1730 to 1930. Food is pretty good but you pay a location premium. Overall this is a value for money accomodation with all the basics that you need. Breakfast is basic but again it's adequate to get you started in the morning.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were exceedingly friendly and accommodating. The room was simple but very tastefully fitted and the bathroom facilities were superb. Breakfast was delicious though make sure you’re there early before the best bits disappear. I’d really recommend staying here as it was the perfect place to retreat to at the end of each day.

Clean, good service. Inclusive breakfast is good, other food ok. Fun sky bar and whirly pool on roof with great views over Phnom Penh.

Stayed there once when I locked myself out Haha. Not really an art hotel. Room was clean, a bit bright, bed was big and comfortable. AC worked well, bathroom pretty basic. Got a cheap price. Staff were ok. Swimming pool on the ground floor and a smaller one and a little bar on the roof. Breakfast was great.

3.5 star out of 5… Pretty clean and the rooms confertable and a little unique. On premises massage facility is pretty good.

All the photos from the website were deceiving! Rooms were decent at best. Definitely not anything to do with art. We checked out and went to another hotel that was $10 more and were pleased with the staff, hotel and amenities.

Get good price from Agoda. Unfortunately, no toothbrush and toothpaste inside. Not recommend to come in summer. Air condition is too small for the size of room. Lack of food variety. But good service from the staff. Chef is too busy with the order of egg. Hence, not enjoy servicing guest.

Beautiful rooms, Wi-Fi is better than Australian standards and the in house restaurant was excellent. The rood top area provided a great vantage point of the city at night. The the main pool was nice and it didn't feel like I was in the middle of the city. I would stay here again.

I like stayed in here, quiet and cozy and the price was worth. Go around city with tuk-tuk :) Easy to find local food because its near a market called Russian Market.

My 5 day stay was the best hotel experience in my 3 weeks in cambodia the staff were friendly and proffessional, a credit too the management especially KAN Kosai who went out of his way to ask our our suggestions and comments. Top class breakfast and very high standards. Very good value for money. I will recommend to my friends and associates. Location is excelent. I will be booking here again on my next trip.
