There's a reason this hotel is so popular. Their service is simply outstanding. I had to leave with a very heavy heart during check out (in 2015). The staff are incredibly sweet. They wish you everytime you enter and exit, they provide great recommendations, they helped with our vietnam visa and bus tickets, and took care of us lavishly. They're like one big family and treat you like their own. Many bigger establishments can take real lessons from these guys on hospitality. The location is top notch. Walking distance to the sights, the sounds and the sustenance of Phnom Penh. Try to get a room on the top floor. They have a lovely roof top, but the other rooms are great as well. We especially loved chatting with Ratee, (hope I got the name correct) about the local football! Go Cambodia!

The staffs are nice, warm, and efficient.
This hotel is good for both tourists and business. You can easily find few nice restaurants inside this aisle of the town, a nice secret place at Phnom Penh. Dont worry abt the price, its certainly a nice hotel with affordable price. Come come come.

This Hotel is a Dream! Very nice rooms with a top equipment. The location is in a little cosy street surrounded by some nice little bars and restaurants. But the REAL HIGHLIGHT ARE THE PEOPLE! We never met such helpful and nice personnel in a hotel before. Very warm and very professional! A MUST for a stay in Pnohm Pehn!

Friendly staff very family and nice room.

Manager is really friendly, open-minded and speaks very good English. Also the staff is really helpful and friendly. They help in organizing taxi or Tuk-Tuks. As well as they have an airport shuttle waiting for you, which is really helpful when starting your trip in Phnom Penh. Rooms are tidy and have cupboards. Bathrom is clean and comfortable as well. Kings palace is 20 minutes walking distance. You have some restaurant options in the big street crossing…

Great hotel! Extremely helpful staff and located in a cute, safe neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and bars. Clean and comfy rooms with great AC. I highly recommend staying here. One up banana was the best hotel I've stayed at during my trip to Cambodia.

Beatiful hotel too bad we could only stay for 1 night cause we had a plane to catch the next morning so we couldnt eat the free breakfast but lucky us they have a take away option! We got the bread with fruits it was great and so were the rooms would highly recommend.
