The hotel's rooms are well equipped and staff are friendly.
Unfortunately, the bathroom, especially the toilet, is not clean! The toilet has NOT been cleaned! Absolutely disgusting!
When we said modestly at the reception, we were immediately offered another room. In this one, the toilet was also not cleaned. In total we saw three rooms and all the Klos were dirty …
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel, as US $25 per night for a dirty

Clean room, nice view, fast and friendly service, low price.

My room was a little dirty. But crazy thing it has no hot water. Even after talk to the rezension. And they promise to fix it.

Good place with a friendly and helpful staff. Price is also average. There is a small roof top pool and has a nice view around the phnom phen city to the roof top.

Pretty decent hotel. Good internet and a small but refreshing pool good for reading a book.

Although it was eerie to be among only very few guests in the hotel, we had a great stay. We enjoyed free breakfast in the 1st floor restaurant — including both (although few) Khmer and Western options. We stayed in a "family room" with our 2 young children and found it to be very spacious and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was strong and the TV cable was clear. There were 2 beds, a comfortable couch, and a desk with chair in our room. The balcony view was also nice.

A brand new hotel — only two year old. Owners are Cambodians.

Would be five stars because of how lovely the staff is and the nice rooms for the price, but the free breakfast isn't very good. Pool is advertised, but is hilariously small. (More like a kiddie pool. ). Still, highly recommended for the area!

It's still good as a location. The included breakfast is very ordinary. In fact, it would have been delicious if it would have been hot. The room is confortanle but the shower was far too hot. Also, the geographical situation is very poor.

Decent spot, good place to be located to get around the city. Breakfast is good, well the Khmer food is anyway. The tiny pool is a nice bonus for beating the heat, but is tiny.

Decent hotel with comfortable beds, some amenities and friendly staff. Location is okay but a bit far from the riverside and museums. Go to breakfast early or the buffet will be doan to scraps (and not refilled)

Hotel is new, clean and and offers a good bufé like breakfast. Wifi and internet connection is not the best but its usable for day to day usage. Clean nice bathrooms with proper shower and toilet. Staff is friendly and helpful even if they don't speak much English. Very small pool on the roof with a few sunbeds. Stayed here 4 nigths in January. For the price I would highly recommend it.
