It was my first visit in NagaWorld Hotel & Entertainment. I go for playing casino actually. Waw it was full of joy, huge casino ground, lot's of game option I just love this place. The main thing I like that they Don't need passport for playing casino if you don't want to be their member. No dress code as well. They are not giving lots of free food like some other casino but if u ask they will give tea & coffee. Will visit again.

Wow, such a great tourist destinations. There is a path underground connecting two Naga World. Along the path are luxurious paths. We visited here at midnight, on our way to Cambodian sea. The bodyguards are very nice and muscular. There were a lot of tourists gambling when we visited.

If you love gambling, but don't want to be monitor /control or checked. This is good one. Very simple security check. You can dress even short pans to walk in. No limitation. I think even kids can walk in easily. In this country, money is the law. :) Enjoy your stay.

Clean hotel and the best price you can find in Phnom Penh! Get the breakfast to be inclusive. Wide selection of food to choose from. Staying here is very convenient as they have many restaurants. The casino is 24 hours so you won't be bored if you like casinos. Only some rooms although non smoking, can still smell some smokes.

Fantastic hotel right behind the national museum. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the breakfast is a pure highlight. Well presented and rich in choices, including made to order eggs, fresh fruits and local dishes. The hotel setting in the rooms, lobby and the breakfast restaurant is a beautiful Khmer theme ambience. We as a family of 3 have a great time here and can highly recommend this hotel.

A very well established casino. I thought it will be quite run down but it's exactly opposite. The service is fantastic. Will come back again.

Best 5 star hotel in combodiya and happening place. Lot of things to do and colourful. Casino and girl's are attractive.

Huge entertainment place Casino in Phnom Penh. Over 30 restaurants and one dancing club. New Hotel opened recently and also duty free shop. Good location and big parking. Probably around 2000 rooms.

Well run hotel and casino and worth a visit if you are a foreigner visiting Phnom Penh the first time. A must see! Very grand with many free shows of high standards from performing artists all over the world.

We enjoyed our trip to NagaWorld. We had a little gamble on the roulette tables. We lost but we didn't gamble very much. We dined in a Chinese restaurant and really, really enjoyed our meals. There are lots of high end shops underground that was like a ghost town! We enjoyed our visit.

Casino, Full-featured, is Phnom Penh working Chinese people's favorite, if it is sightseeing will not have to come, Macao casually find a difference is not similar, the following a duty-free shop street price is also a conscience.

Style to be stylish, but the West Connaught feel bad, will not win money, will only lose money, should be no competition, slot machine return is very low, we should be careful.

If you like "the courtesy and the good goůt" so singular of the Chinese, you have to go… otherwise it is better to go elsewhere…

Accommodation rooms are bit old, with smell of cigarette. Guess many guests especially Chinese tourists puff away in the room. Many restaurants with different cuisine. Plenty of slot machines plus table games for gamblers. Can be considered crowded at times. Lady staff of casino all sexily and shortly dressed.

My family and friends loved the free entertainment on every night at 7pm, and we then walked underground to the Food Pavilion for a great range of highly affordable Asian dishes. The cleanest food court I've ever been in!

Sadly the poor service here completely ruins an otherwise nice place. We had to wait an hour to check out because the staff couldn't find our passports, we wasted another hour of our time trying to redeem our free $10 chip for signing up for the reward program only to walk away because none of the staff knew what to do, a staff member called our room accidentally in the middle of the night and woke us up, and the pool is green, slimy, and full of bugs. For the price they charge, I expected something more than just a nice room.

Just a stone throw away from Naga 2, NagaWorld offers good rooms and very good Casino. The rooms interior now requires upgrade. The breakfast spread is good and the night club Darling Darling is a very happening place in evening. The Duty Free Shopping is amazing in the middle of city.

A place that never sleeps, in my opinion it is busier than a beehive. For the fortunate their smile is wider than the time they set foot here. For those whom lady luck did not smile on also had a smile, brought on by the ever polite and caring. Staff.

This place is horrible. The room stinks like an old chimney. They don’t offer non-smoking rooms.

Crazy to see so much wealth in such a poor country.

This is a versatile entertainment venue! Though its main profile is the casino but there are still many bars, restaurants with concert venues, a nightclub with dancing. Even if you do not play at the casino you can have a lot of fun!

Nagaworld is a swinging 24 Casino with nightclubs, several restaurants and great food. The rooms are passable although I wouldn't rate them 5 star. Some of them offer a great view of the Mekong river. I visit Cambodia only to stay at this place.

A nice casino, many point and bench game tables, Black Jack, Caribbean Poker, and roulette and many slots, Texas cash only poker, various all good restaurants, always shows (national ballets, international dancers,, music groups, and other shows)

Parking staffs are real jerks, they would tell you to park far unless you give them money. They give free cigarettes to their clients so don't go if you don't like cigarettes smell. The gambling floors are packed and the minimum bet is high. Spa rooms are very big and got jacuzzi and steam and sauna in every room, but it is rather expensive KTV room charge is crazy Hotel rooms are badly maintained. Most of them smell cigarettes or old carpet, shower is cheap, hard to adjust the water temperature and water just stays in the shower. The restaurants are also not good, nothing authentic, except some Malaysian dishes. The teppanyaki is the worst. They really should get some food connoisseurs to help them improve this. Their clubs also suck because the music is so loud, it is maybe their technique to push their customers to come pick their prostitute and go as it is too packed anyway. Their underground shopping street is nicely done, however the product selection is really poor and expensive, so it loses all its purpose.

Very High class casino. But normal can go there freely. Have fun.

Fantastic place… For gambling. There was only 1 lift for guest to go up to the room. It was super narrow. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful albeit English is a little limited.

Large. Luxurious. Significant duty free shopping area. But absolutely nothing great about it. Smoking everywhere.

A gigantic hotel! Very typical Las Vegas but you don't say no from time to time! 14 Restaurants (attention Western times) a casino on two floors, a swimming pool at rooftop, a nightclub … You can find everything!

Good place to visit and have some relax with club and casino, and many various cuisine food. Just don't play too much. Eat is good.

Hotel very nice, great, decent cleanliness but calculating the city maybe it's the cleanest place… complete with casino restaurants and shopping mall on the underground floor… perfect location I would go back.

It's a four star by American standards but a very nice hotel / casino. Lots of things to see and do. Rooms are sub-par and smells of smoke.

Despite having wonderful rooms with good services, this hotel houses the big gambling station in town. Games! Be reminded that there are a lot of Chinese here and they smoke!

I have stayed 2 times at Nagaworld, I have always been treated with great respect. My rooms have always been clean, neat and always taken care of I have not dinned in all 10 or 11 restaurants but I have ate in 5 of them and food was always presented well and tasted good Working with Gaming facilities (Casinos) throughout Asia I find Nagaworld a good location, and a location I'd return to (Which I will do in late July 2016 for 10 days) Now if they only let me help them on better cash handling and their ATM problems which I can save them 100's of thousands of dollars per year with a few simple ideas, then I'd really love Nagaworld more then I do now Jeff Stewart Vancouver Canada jeff. Wow! big hotel, big casino… :)

A great casino, discounted that it only. No backgrounds for Texas poker. Given where it is, we can say that this is a major night spot in the city.

The entire hotel is a den of vice and smoke. Not a pleasant stay at all. There's barely any shopping. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're an avid gambler.

Most western establishment of cambodia. Good service, food, and casinos.

An excellent hotel except the staff are not smiling and too stiff in their job.

Nagaworld hosts a buffet, every second Friday night, 20 USD per head, excluding drinks. Great range of seafood, sushi, soups, deserts. On our visit we found the food very tasty however the oysters were a disappointment too small and tasteless. Staff are friendly and attentive. If you would like to take advantage of this all you can eat option, try it. The quality of the food and the price charged it is obvious this buffet is subsidised by the Casino.

I live in Phnom Penh and have done for a number of years. There are many establishments that are considerably better value for money. If you like gambling and paying around $80-$120 per night for a room that is adequate then this is the place for you.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent Hotel. Full credit goes to all the Staff and especially a big "Thank You" to Mr Ilango Kailasam (Front Office Manager) and the Concierge for trying to arrange a flight to Siem Reap for us to go to Angkor Wat. These 2 gentlemen went out of their way to assist us. A special thank you also to Ms. Touch Leakhena for changing our room. The Hotel was Fantastic but all the floors were all Smoking floors. Would help if a floor is allocated for the "Non Smokers" A real Shame. Cheers.

Service rated fair due to midnight staffs colaborate with gypsies taxi to trick visitors to take them. Staffs (from diff departments), in fact, encourage visitors to take them… These taxis are fully equipped with meters and even mentioned thry provide reciepts.
