Nice and cozy place for an afternoon appointment.

Nice city hotel with a beautiful Pool and large sunbathing areas. The staff is very very friendly and helpful… easy top.

Room is clean and comfortable. The service is good. Good place near the convince-store.

I have stayed here quite frequently. Excellent little hotel. Very nice lobby, rooms. Really a gem for the price you pay. Very conveniently located on Norodorm Boulevard which is one of the main streets. Good buffet breakfast too. A new cafe attachment at the front serves excellent coffee and cakes. This is my go-to hotel in Phnom Penh.

We stayed here for 2 nights and were given one of the suites. The bed was king size and extremely comfortable, the staff are great and the restaurant food was superb. All prices were reasonable. We loved it here.

One of the best advantages of this hotel was the spa (2 jacuzzi, 1 sauna and 1 hammam) besides the swimming pool. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, but sometimes a little bit long to be served. As customers, we enjoyed discounts for the delicious meals at the restaurant and at the coffee shop next to the hotel (-30%), which was really nice. The hotel was well located, in the centre of the city. Some negative comments: the walls in the room weren't clean, nor thick (we could hear our neighbours from the bathroom) and the costs to make a laundry were really high. We are mostly satisfied with our stay in this hotel.

Loved our stay here, all the staff were wonderful. Only criticism is that the spa offerings weren't great. Food good, room service good. Staff always greeted us and assisted when not asked. Room was very comfortable, bed super comfy too.

This hotel is a treasure! We got upgraded to apartment as they didn't have the room we requested available. The staff are very helpful and attentive! We enjoyed the selection of food in house but they could have improved the breakfast buffet. Overall, we loved it!

FANTASTIC! Not a big hotel but it has everything that the big ones offer. Rooms are huge compared with most hotels these days. Breakfast was great. Gets you off to a great start to explore the wonderful places around Phnom Penh. Location is great. Minutes (literally a 3 minute walk) from perhaps the largest mall in Phnom Penh for conveniences such as department stores, ATM's, money changers, pharmacist etc. There is also a great Spa/Massage place a few doors down (although the one in house is also terrific). Convenience store accross the street. Let their concierge arrange taxi (=car service) or tuk tuk (=taxi) for you, they have locals on hand which in my opinion is generally your best option. Staff have been warm, friendly and ABSOLUTELY most helpful to the n'th degree. I had the misfortune of loosing my phone on my second night in Phnom Penh. On the third day along with assistance from all the staff including the GM of the hotel we located the person who found my phone. He then personally drove me about 35 minutes away to recover it. So extremely grateful to see this sort of service still exist. Not sure if a larger hotel would have responded in such a way. I would most definitely recommend this wonderful little boutique hotel to anyone who is considering visiting Phnom Penh.

Nice location, classic design, friendly staffs. Different room have their own different design and decoration. The in-house restaurant serve Khmer, Chinese and European cuisine, and tasting good. Price is very affordable. Moreover, this boutique is located nearby popular place like Koh Pich which you can walk around, many other local restaurant and beer garden.

We felt very comfortable. The most important sights are within walking distance.

Not bad. Rooms are starting to look a bit tired and dated. Just little things letting it down, paint patches etc. Breakfast was okay — didn't blow me away.

Got to stay there from the 14th of March till the 18th of 2015. Very lovely and friendly front staff. The breakfast was also good on a daily basis. The 3 bedder room we chose was large. Hardly get rooms this size for 3 people nowadays. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful. Everything had a new feel to it. The sauna did us some good after a long day as well as the in-house massage. Definitely worth the time and money staying here. Location was also good. Only setback was the pool was freezing as it's indoors and the steam bath… I somehow couldn't activate it which I think was my lack of experience ;-) Love the place!
