The place is clean, big parking space, staffs are friendly and helpful, and the price is reasonable. Good for family and working trip. Be alert that the hotel is not serve hot water which might freeze you at night and early morning shower.
First: you get what you pay for. Do not expect too much for your 8 dollars (= no air con/ no hot water / crappy internet, no English, plenty of roosters/dogs =) ). Anyway we liked the place (friendly people, medium hard mattress, price) and it's 2 minutes walk to the town centre. Since we arrived at 4am with the night bus from Phnom Penh, they gave discount on the first night.
