Good location in the city of kratie on the bank of Mekong River.

Fanciest in Kratie. Deluxe Room with balcony. Great views over Mekong if you don't have a river view room go to 7th floor for panoramic views. Our room had beautiful carved furniture. Kettle with tea and coffe, fridge complementary water, room safe, bathroom with bathtub. Breakfast is buffet style, not much in way of Western options but okay if you want to eat Asian style. Friendly staff, though English not great.

This is easily the tallest and the nicest hotel in Kratie. In my opinion some other reviews are a bit harsh. Yes there can be insects in the room. There were none when we checked in but after opening the balcony door several times, particularly in the evening, we had some small guests who flew in. They were easily taken care of and didn't detract from our stay. Food was ok, room was clean and the bed was comfy. But the reason you have to stay here at least once, is the view. Get a room facing the river and wake up to 180 degree views of the Mekong.

Not a great experience. Stayed there with a tour group, in our first room the door to enter the room did not lock, when we arrived it was open and it only took a short time before we realised the lock was totally broken. We then changed rooms as the staff could not fix it and in our second room the safe was broken. Not only this but there were things that looked like little cocoons all over the bathroom roof. The toilet was dirty and the view looked directly onto another building (probably not the best room choice). Adding to this, other members of the group also had lock issues and one member found a large insect dead on there bed as soon as they entered. Thankfully the staff were very helpful and did there best to solve all our issues. Sadly I do not think this should be classed as a three star hotel and I will not be staying there again.

I think this is the nicest hotel in Kratie… but you can’t compare it to the city. Place is nice with local design like wooden closet ant stuff. The bathroom not nice it look old. It has its own restaurant next to the lobby and view to the river. But don’t expect too much of it.

The room was not clean, lots of cobwebs and used slippers/thongs in the room. Bath did not work and a number of friends who were staying there as guest also complained to the hotel of leaking toilet hoses, which were never fixed. Breakfast may be good for the locals, but not good to for visitors. Visitors I. E westerners may be better off heading out or down to Pete's Pizza (5 min walk, Google it). I wouldn't stay there again.

The big hotel in town with fully set up amenities, The location also well in city center, it also nice view along the riverside, very great view of sun set. The price is reasonable price. I am strongly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in front of Mekong river. There are many room types from $15 to $50. And riverside adds $5 more. $15 one is at backyard and small room. I stayed $35 room at 6th floor, so I could see good scenery. However bath room facilities are old. There is a bathtub, but no stopper. Others are also not well.

Good place for a stay. Nice view from windows. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Near the over night market which sells farmers products, and big big fish are available!

The rooms are in rather bad condition (the drawer from the desk hangs down half, bathroom amatures sealed, door lock broken), the Wi-Fi reception in the room is barely present, in the hallway full signal but you can still not connect the Receptionists can do little to no English. For one night ok, at least the air conditioning works.

Recommed river view room. Good service and very pleased with our stay there.

Mekong Dolphin Hotel is a beautiful white building of several floors. It is expensive the Mekong view rooms included the breakfast. The one has a beautiful view of the Mekong and Kaoh Islands Trong. The rooms are clean and the staff are nice.

The hotel was pretty average. The water from a shower backed up into the cubicle and took 30mins to drain. The keycard did not work and neither did the aircon. However, the staff were very nice.

Poor in everything. I paid 35$ a night and I received a standard of 5$ guesthouse. Room door didn't lock or unlock properly, lot of insects inside, Service was so worse… This is the last time I stay.

Well the rooms are alright, comfortable, air cond, fridge, safe, Wi-Fi, typical hotel really. Great views on the river side. I’d agree about not touching the breakfast though. I think for the price (US$35) you can do a whole lot better. Stayed here because Le Tonle was booked out. Second night was at Le Tonle, half the price, twice the service. Your choice!

Please do not stay at this hotel. Honestly, it has bugs everywhere in the room, not just mine but of those that I am also travelling with (confirmed with 4 other rooms on different levels). The Wi-Fi drops out for hours. Anything metal, for example shower head, towel rack, toilet holder, door handles etc are all rusty. The customer service here is appalling and they're seriously not wanting to understand any issues you may have. Some of the bedroom doors are incredibly difficult to open. You have to push really hard to get into your room. There are open ceilings in the walkways where bugs and animals can come through. I have seen a cat walk around in the hallway already. Seriously disappointed, there is no potential here.

The hotel is not good enough. In the toilet was dirty. The Wifi was so poor.

Good hotel good view. But the hot water is not really working well. The Elevator also is not working properly. Breakfast is very basic.

Nice quiet place very fancy my room looked at the river side. They do have western restaurant about 10 min walking out the hotel to your left pizza hot dog you name it they have it.

Configuration of Wi-Fi is messed up… Someone should fix it.

Adecute hotel with limmeted offerings. Riverside rooms have a great view of sunset in the evening. One resturant and boring bar which offers only local dishes, and few drinks. The hotel lobby and bar gets lots of bugs and irritating mosqetous after the sunset.

We had a great night here, the room was comfy. We partied with some of the staff out front of the hotel, with the owner. Great people. Thanks guys.

Seems okay at the first glance but end up the worst hotel I have been in South East Asia. We were a group of 7 spread over 4 rooms. Summary : Roach in the room, smoke smell, bathroom not cleaned, hot shower broken… Staff quite unfriendly in compare anywhere else in Cambodia. One lift for the whole hotel, including staff… We skipped breakfast buffet, unedible! To top it off it is expensive.

We liked it but has the typical problems of a third world modern hotel which we enjoy the quirkiness of, electricity slow, hot showers only in the morning, breakfast buffet coffee not the best, elevator didnt like too much weight BUT we would stay again. Staff were friendly, respectful and polite.

In my opinion, this hotel is not good enough.
The room has a nice design but dirty. Everything in the room I slept in, was really dirty (seems like no one has used the room for along time and probably no one cleaned the room) including the bathroom. The receptionist is also not good, not friendly and did not give the information clearly.

Good hotel in a middle of nowhere, stayed there for one night to spoil our self. The elevator didn't work, the telephone ☎️ system didn't work… but lovely stuff and lots of smiles and that what's important… a view to the Mekong river and great sunset.

Check-in service needed improve. Fast service if you have state license plate.

Most expensive Hotel in the city. Service was not good. They let us carry our bags by ourselves and just laughed because we had huge backpacks. There were lots of ants on the walls, on the top floor!

Room nicely furnished and decorated to high standard, cool marble tiles. Nice bathroom, limestone tiles. Lobby area spacious and bright. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location, facing Mekong. Buffet breakfast, western choice limited to fried eggs. A welcome respite for the tired traveler.

Stayed in the fancy vip room for 50 as we were unwell. Nicest room on the strip that we could find. Included river balcony and lounge. Probably not worth two to ten times the price of other places but if you need a nice place this is it. They have considerably cheaper rooms too which also look good.
