Very chilled vibe, excellent value for money and who doesn't love a pool? Secluded once inside, and a nice place to relax. Loses 1 star because the staff, at times, can be rather off-putting, though there is one particular reception manager who is very friendly and speaks excellent English. Would recommend, especially for the price.

Already an old hotel. There is no hot water in the rooms. Only the family room has hot water. The pool is terribly chlorinated. Because long it is not cleaned.

Nice cheap double fan room for $10 and clean, nice pool and friendly staff at reception. Location is quite good too. Good stop over if coming or going to Thailand!

Nightshift staff friendly. Dayshift not. IPhone stolen whilst I was sleeing and no help from police or staff. Sad. Good rooms but need better cleaning. The pool is nice. Restaurant nearby ok. Very good street kitchen from 6 pm to 4 am next to the petrol station 5 minutes footwalk from Hotel. Hotel restaurant is closed even though facilities are present. Good value for the very low price.

Booked a nights stay through agoda and arrived at the hotel to be told there wasn't a room available. After telling the guy at the desk that it's not my problem he sorted me a room but the tap / shower and a. C. Didn't work. But the bed was comfy and the price was amazing. I probably got a dodgy room they were doing up. No resturant or bar here either. 3 stars justifys the stay I had.

Friendly staff, decent prices nice pool but the noise of other mainly western guests is absolutely unbearable.

Not too bad (need a real good facelifting) for a place that has nothing to offer to tourists. A good advice : choose a room second or third level because of the swimming pool.

Wifi not working. We came here to work so obviously left earlier than planned. It was also quite noisy and the restaurant seemed out of order (no menu or kitchen). However, the place is very pretty, room was okay.

A very impressive looking place with budget private dorms! Rooms were a bit stuffy since the fans were so slow, would recommend paying extra for AC or you're in for a sweaty night. Beds are comfy and the bathrooms are very clean.

The house looks very decorative when you enter. The pool invites you to jump in immediately. The rooms are okay. The bathroom might be better equipped, and unfortunately the kitchen is closed, so no breakfast. But we're comfortable.

Basic rooms with shower and TV, AC, non-smoking. Good free Wi-Fi. Very nice beds and mattresses, OK small pool without wet-bar. OK bistro open till 8 pm, no room service + (no phones), nice pub next door open till late.

A cheap hotel and restaurant. And there is a small pool in the courtyard.

English review below. First of all, it reminds me of the very dirty floor at the reception. Runs through the Restaurant past the Pool and up to the entrance of the room. Still immediately noticeable is the empty swimming pool at the Restaurant. Had this Hotel because of the pool booked, because the beaches from 6km up away, I arrived in the afternoon and am the next day. Pool is empty in the high season? Strong Piece. In the room arrived, there's two single beds instead of a large French and booked as extra again requested. On demand told, that the rooms with the French bed is a defect and would have it no other longer existed. Not true, because the Hotel is as good as empty. Just want you to give me a room with air conditioning. Unless I pay the difference, to me. As I my remaining Cambodian Riel wishes to return to the reception, would the Lord of receptionist to me for 40, 000 Riel only $ 9 instead of $ 10 because the current course would be. True, he only wants a Dollar to make a profit, as in the whole of Cambodia is the usual course 1usd to 4000riel. Well I've been for a month in Cambodia I am and not for the first time fresh from Thailand come from. The rooms have mosquito nets, good luck. Many of these come from behind the Hotel at the sewer. Also very annoying when you are eating in the Restaurant, because the mosquitoes a to eat before the own food. Prices are moderate, portions are rather small, the food is not the best.

This hotel which has "good" reports is a "DUMP" — yes it claims itself as "Brand new Resort" it is located in a scruffy street and the reception area is filthy — I dont think the floors have been washed in weeks — the swimming pool was out of commision "for cleaning HA HA they were to lazy to clean it! My room whilst the bed was comfortable and clean the cover to the cistern was none existent the toilet paper holder was broken etc etc The reception was non professional would score it 2/10 The so called restaurant would on a scoring of 1 to 10 might just struggled a 1! — the staff in the main were OK but the supervisory so called were useless! — there even was a motor Cycle parked inside the Foyer on a bench Mark against it "Faulty Towers" wouls have scored a 10 — yes it is convenient and CHEAP in price and standard I wpould advise potentiol customers to give it a miss!

I got bus from another company (cause it was cheaper) so the clerk didn't want to call our company (the bus was late) because we didn't buy the ticket to him. The tuktuk drivers from this hostel were really RUDE with us, pushing us to get tuktuk with them, and laughing of us saying we were missing our bus. I feel they only care about getting money from tourists, chasing you to eat there, buy bus tickets and tours there, and if you don't you are mistreated and insulted. Awful experience. Avoid!

Disrespectful service. The guy at reception tried to charge us extra money cause he didn't have the room we reserved, but another with AC. He was pushing us for 30 minutes, trying to get more money from us. The services they offer (bus tickets, tours) are way more expensive than other companies, beware! Choose another place if you want a quiet room & don't get robbed.

Very good price and location, nice swimming pool this place is good one in Koh Kong.

Great place. Stop is not the first time and we always meet smiles, service and friendliness. A great place that would forget about the horrors of border crossings.

OK for the price, but not for early sleepers, music bar-near disco mind considerably.
