Dog-friendly guest house in Kep as they they have lots of pets around. Not the best in cleanliness and ambience but good enough for its price. There's even a good view of the sea at the entrance. The restaurant serves delish food and good coffee. Portions are big and the price, affordable. Bicycles can be borrowed for free. One can buy bus tickets from here too.

Amazing value for money! Room was spotless, light and airey and a great size, with a large comfortable and clean double bed, 2 fans, desk, tv, toiletries and a decent private bathroom, and only $6 a night. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant, plenty of parking for scooters/motorbikes and bicycles, and I believe they also hire bicycles out. Travel services are also available, as are free water refills. Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Nice place, good value for money, large room comfortable bed, clean, only the barking dogs I found disturbing, also the thin water jet out of the shower sometimes. The lady who is running/managing the place is a sweet, friendly, helpful person.

This place is great. They have around 20 bicycles available for free for guests to use. The Wi-Fi is super fast. The rooms were very clean and even though we only got the fan room it was never too hot. The rooftop restaurant has affordable food and drinks and they make a great cup of coffee. The hotel rents scooters for $5 a day as well. We walked to the hotel from where the bus dropped us off. It’s about a 20-30 minute walk. You could take a Tuk tuk if you wanted. They would appreciate the business. The hotel isn’t on the beach but once you are at the hotel you can access everything using the bikes or a scooter. I highly recommend staying here for the great price and service.

Friendly staff, comfy and clean room for a very good price. Forget your ugly, beedbugspreading hostels, go there! You will just not find a single room wich is clean, friendly and with an actual window for this price in kep. Fact. One star I have to take away, however… in the nighttime it can become a little noisy if to many local people are there for party. In the morning, the maids have the unfortunate habit to scream at each other for no reason I can comprehend. But that would not stop me from booking it again.

Staff is helpful, it's not to far from Kep central, fast Wi-Fi, & the resteraunt is great. But I had to switch rooms because the first one had bed bugs.

Clean room and price start from $7 up.

After staying in Hostels for weeks, Visal Sak was perfect. The rooms are not fancy, but you find everything you need there and the bed is so comfy. They have a restaurant upstairs, which offers a good variety of food. The breakfast is not that good, but in the evening I had Pizza and Spaghetti and there were fine. The distance to the town is small. It's about 5 to 10 minutes with a bicycle to the crab market.

Rooms are clean and are cleaned daily. Motorbike can in the guesthouse be rented for $ 7 per day. The menu is very poor. Except pancakes and fried rice not vegetarian menu. Drinks, cigarettes and Tickets to one Bay with a guesthouse Supplement. Example of cigarettes: instead of 50 cents costs you 75. Coke can instead of 40 cents for 1 Dollar. Bus tickets instead of 2 dollars for 3. Trip to sihanoukville instead of 5 dollars for 8 dollars. Etc. Are small surcharges add up but then on the stay. I have my motorcycle in kampot rented, with 4 dollars per day all in order. Who is it conveniently may be, something needs to pay more. Those who pay less will, must himself take care of. Location is very remote. Tuk tuks want to for short distances such as to the crab market 2 dollars. Bicycles can be as far as I've seen borrow for free. Not quite ok I think. Otherwise, the CEP is a rather small village with a very small artificial beach. More there's not really to see, except a day trip to koh tonsay.

Great hotel with the best prices. Clean rooms with large beds. Quiet, nothing obscene. There is a bar. Laundry. Free Wi-Fi. The hotel offers to buy any bus tickets and tours. Rent bicycles and scooters. Prices on 05.2015: — wash 1$ per kg. — room 6$ d. — Bicycle rental 1$ day. — rent a scooter 8$ d. Nearby there is a shop with a minimal set Housewares and all kinds of chips, cookies, drinks, cigarettes. I advise you to stay here and go on trips away.
