Worst room I have ever experienced. We booked a bungalow which is the most expensive room they offer (100+ usd) It was in fact 1 room linked to another, without top wall separation. We were able to hear everything from the other room rented by strangers with a baby. Moreover, the room and its fit out are very old, the facade walls are very permeable due to mosquito net replacing windows, meaning that there is no sound insulation. we heard the staff washing the dish until midnight. They were not quiet at all, laughing all night long. don't recommend at all.

Camping site is cool… one of a kind 👍👍

Been here three times and will definitely come back for many more 💜 love the nature vibes here, especially camping and trekking in the deep forest to the waterfall 💜

Receiptionists are not able to give clear information, price and check in time is not trustworthy, plus the rooms is out of expectations, unclean.
Poor hospital and management. Pruce is… too high comparing the the room standard.

This place is beautiful full of nature. However, good hospitality and services can't be found here. Staff aren't friendly and not active. Room is expensive and it can be changed at anytime due to holiday and high season, so you can't go straight to their website because you will have go call them or maybe use other booking services instead. I'm vegetarian and I don't know know why is it so hard go find proper vegetarian food in this kind of well-known resort.

Poor hospitality and management.
I didn’t get the accommodation that I had booked. Staff makes reservation confusions, they fail to inform correct information and not keeping update with customers. It is crazy for room reservation.
Buffet breakfast is horrible. Food are not prepared nicely. No food and drink filling. I need to ask them to fill the food and drink. I also doubt about the food hygiene.
Staff fail to serve each customers. They are not dynamic and excited in their roles.

I can’t book online during holiday and require to call instead, which made confusion in the booking. Staff aren’t responsible and dynamic. I had luxury tent and it wasn’t so clean at all. Breakfast buffet is expensive, not hygiene, no table management, no food filling and no food management.
Overall I won’t recommend this resort due to poor hospitality and services.

Very poor facility of premium room which is is very expensive but it accommodates with nothing luxury material in the room. It is very hot in hot season.

Hotel very well located on the mountain really very nice in nature and there are areas of the game, nothing to say, in short, to see.

Be here in to enjoy the views, silent environment, good room (Bungalow Brick) and breath the fresh air. For Service, I would rate "poor"

Fresh air, really natural
I so love this place.

I love the view up there. Comfortable, nice service, and the best thing is you can enjoy the forest sound and birds sound. There are tall trees, beautiful leaves, as well as grasses. There are other things you can do beside sleeping at the tent such as BBQ with family or a group of friends or eating at a nice restaurant there. I love waterfall there as well. There are like 3 waterfalls but the best one is 'the first waterfall'. Love everything❤️

Love the nature over there. I and family always been twice a day to visit the pine resort and relax during our holiday.

Pretty amazing resort! Beautiful views and so many fun things to do. Highly recommended.

It's really natural for relaxing. I spend my holiday with my best friend and we enjoy cycling around the resort. Moreover, we don't need air-conditional because it's really cool in the evening. There is a restaurant and bungalow for family and friends. We can fire at night with romantic music. I love to go the place again with my family and my friend.

VKirirom Pine Resort is beautifully situated on a plateau about 675m above sea level on top of Kirirom Mountain. We carefully think about the nature in order not to destroy the beautiful environment. As we proceed with our construction, we do not cut down many trees. Our policy is to only cut dying trees and trees with rust. Moreover, we grow some fruits and vegetables organically, and are served at the restaurant. We also try to reuse the natural resources. We produce our own charcoal from trees that were removed. Saw dust and food waste are used as compost. We place importance on living with nature.

There are 3 key things that I love Vkirirom Pine Resort the most as following: 1. Peace and Natural Views: everywhere covers by many kinds of trees, waterfalls, hills, and so on 2. The best hotel services: comfortable room, delicious foods, friendly services, and so on. 3. Good weather: cold at night.

A great place for holiday.

You will never know if you never even try…

We visited Pine resort yesterday with our motorbikes, I think the 5$ entrance fee for the foreigner is not fair, to think that the Road is very bad. Buffet breakfast for 8$ is good enough (but the coffee they billed it separately), I don't know why?. Staff is accommodating. Ambience is superb. ROAD ACCESS should be rectified. Hopefully. Won't be back there unless the road is repaired.

It's a good place to relax.

Very nice place to stay on holiday, good food, friendly services, clean environment. I recommend.

The nature is great but the restaurant service is so poor, and they even ask us to go to eat some where else since they are busy preparing bqq for a Japanese group and private party group. We are only two and it's in the middle of the mountain, come on this is insane. We went to complaint at the receptionist room and finally we could eat in the restaurant. Gotta fight for your food here, the more nasty the more chance you can eat! Insane! We pay almost 80$ for a luxury tent where the noise of the group party straight to our ear. I don't understand about Japanese service sometime.

It is really natural, fresh air… but hotel reservation staff was unfriendly with us at all. De room is unsafe, the modern camping tent door has only a simple zip! No lock! We could not sleep well for de whole night. Neighbor's child cried from 4am until 6am… De bed sheet had dirty spot and it was moldy. De room is small, air in side room is not fresh at all. We had expected to play some games there as what fb ads, but guide staff there were busy. Swimming pool is small… toilet and bathroom are limited. Bathroom ran off hot water during we had bath… OMG!

Nice landscape — mountain view.

There are many waterfalls. There is nice landscape. It is a forest of pine trees. It is good environment. And we can also see nice view of sunset. It is one of the great places in Cambodia.

It is a good resort. It is belong to Japanese. There are many good accommodations with nice view of pine trees. There is a swimming pool next to a restaurant. There is school named Kirirom Institute of Technology. There is a shop called bong voyage shop which you can buy souvenirs. The distance is around 30km from national road 2 but it is little expensive. I am a student of this institute.

The Only One Natural Place in Cambodia which has the Most Pine Tree. The weather is mostly Cold. You can enjoy the day there, local food and wooden cottage to relax. Recommended! (One Day trip should do)

Cool place, good environment, fresh air with no pollution and enjoy with atmosphere. I really love the nature and this place is unique pine tree.
