Lovely hotel with the most comfortable beds in the world and the best customer service I have received anywhere. The manager Anna is welcoming, helpful and makes you feel like you are valued as a patron of the establishment. This is my hotel of choice in Veliko Tărnovo and we highly recommend it.
It’s in a superb location and there’s a nice restaurant below where you get a great breakfast and they have a nice selection of food, beers and wines for lunch or dinner. The customer service there is also amazing! Big thumbs up from me!
