Maybe the looks of the balcony can be improved in some way so that it does not look so boring! I find the rest to be nice, clean and overall more than okay! :)

It's delicious. Only in Russian waiters do not understand.

Wonderful rooms, but the cleaning lady either does not want or does not know how to clean: 2 weeks in a row dirty sink, toilet, dust everywhere. Only garbage is taken out.

It's a beautiful kitchen. It's delicious. The staff are polite. I'm ecstatic. Cozy. Chefs have a respect! I'll come back to you for sure:)

Quite mixed emotions visiting this place for view from the restaurant and evening snacks. Had sea salad that was mostly lettuce and foamy squid. My wife had good fish soup. The building looks like old russian time building but the interior of lobby is this century. The pictures of restaurant in the brochure in reception give luxurious look but the premises of restaurant and bar are more like the cruise ships between Finland and Sweden. View is nice from the restaurant but bar is neon light hell with no customers at the time I was there… 21:30.

Great place. Beautiful. Everything you need and expect. Nice machines. Nice games. Friendly staff. Good snacks and perfect surroundings. The sea is nearby and the beautiful park and nice bars. Galaxy bowling is nearby. Absolutely amazing place and great staff. You can play pool darts bowling nearby and slot machines in the casino and relax in a nice atmosphere. Definitely recommended.

At first I was not sure about this hotel but now is my favorite in town. It is located on the main pedestrian street, from outside looks like regular old fashioned communist building. Inside big cold lobby. The renovated rooms are great. Furniture is with taste, bathroom is great with strong water pressure and shower working. View is great from the upper floors. The breakfast is at the panoramic restaurant on top of the hotel. There is paid parking under and on the side of the hotel.

Very unkind at the reception.
With a small baby, we would have to wait a long time for our room.
Despite demand, the room hadn't even been cleaned at 2pm!
Outside is extremely loud at night and that at the closed balcony door …
For 4 star hotel totally unrealistic in terms of total service.
Breakfast is also not really recommended.
We would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

I’ve never been to the hotel, but the restaurant is amazing. It’s on the top floor, so you have a view over the whole city. Maybe the best viewing place in the city. The people who work there are always positive, polite, very friendly and professional. I feel great. I had an amazing experience. I would recommend it.

A bit cold, but perfect service, cleanliness, excellent breakfast and… What a view…

Great location, very friendly and efficient personnel. Great view from restaurant on top floor. Better coffee needed, though. Some minor problems with keycard etc. Good value for money.

Hotel "Cherno Sea" visited the 2nd time. We were here a year ago in May. The location of the hotel is very good, near the seaside park, many shops, children's attractions. The building is 14 storey, it is always visible, not lost. The Black Sea is not far, 300 meters from the hotel. The breakfasts are good: scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs, toast. Cakes and delicious cappuccino. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The higher your number will be, the better the view from the Windows. There is a balcony.

Hotel top of game and with height, which gives an incomparable view of Varna… a reception at the height of the establishment, always attentive and with the willingness to find a solution to the problems encountered.
Housekeeping on the other hand can improve the service… sheets not changed every day, uncleaned mirrors during my stay (I stayed 5 nights) and vacuum cleaner not done every day… for this type of establishment, this seems to me the basis…
Small spoons are rare, see not existent. And the bedding is good, unfortunately even for a large bed, they only know sheets. For single bed, so they put 2 little duvets!

Parking is charged, but if you have a little chance, it is possible to find free places around the hotel…
And I was going to forget, if you're a player, start by playing at the Hotel Casino and ask for your room at the Casino, they rent them cheaper…
One last thing, the breakfast is included in the price of the room and it is served on the top floor of the hotel. By taking your breakfast on the terrace, you will have lunch with the seagulls.

The food is not good. It was okay.

Wi-Fi is not good in our room. Might have helped an additional access point, but I'm not an expert.

For the arrangement and the stars should be cleaner and arranged.

Friendly staff air conditioned rooms and a casino only fault really are the beds are not very comfortable. Floors are being renovated here at the moment so perhaps new beds in the future.

Nice hotel in the center of Varna. The view from the Windows is stunning. The staff is very polite and friendly. Quick help from the entrances to the hotel and parking.

Seeing It outside you expect something better… Rooms rather clean and friendly and helpful staff located 5 minutes from the beach and in the tourist centre of Varna.

Great Location, But very old and worn out hotel. Not worth the money. Stay away from the 2nd floor rooms.

I just went there for lunch and it almost cost me nothing and it was very good.

Central Hotel in Varna. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Rooms are clean with TV, fridge and free Wi-Fi. Very good location.

The New front look has given it a boost but the interior is the same since the last 10 years meaning they might have changed the carpets and paint work but the structure of the hotel is the same. None of the hotel rooms have a window opening so No Fesh Air when you are their. Enjoy your stay but their are better hotels for the same budget unless you are hard and fast to stay in the centre of Varna then this hotel is good for a few days max 3nights.

The location and view are very good, the conference halls are very comfortable. But the staff are little strange, we were having problems with the rooms and the payment. The standart rooms are very little. The balcony was dirty and they could pay more attention to cleanliness in the rooms.

There are spectacular panoramic views, night is even better, you need to see.

They have a lot to work on all levels of organization of the hotel and service.

It's good if you stay for one night. I often use it on my business trips. The good thing is that you can check in at the last minute and it will always have vacant rooms, because it's huge. The facilities are average, you have air-conditioner, tv, but no Wi-Fi.
