I am very disappointed 😢😡4 stars by no means.

It's a nice hotel. That's a good fed. Nearby is a monastery. When bathed in the sea, we were constantly controlled by rescuers — not allowed to sail far from the shore.

We like it! The rooms are big and clean, there are so many paintings, they weigh around! The parkland is a miracle! The flower beds, the flowers! What a kitchen! Thank you.

It's a great place. Very beautiful. It's a good view. Three pools. Not expensive. It's not enough. We've got five.

The hotel is medium, calm, but the star does not pull. The room has a dirty carpet, the bathroom has mold, the smell of sewers. The maids don't clean much, especially in the bathroom. Near the hotel there is nothing interesting to go somewhere, except to walk back and forth past the same shops with souvenirs, the streets are dirty. A big plus is that there's a sea nearby. In terms of food they have everything monotonous, especially no choice, the feeling that on other days served what was left of the previous. For a family who love quiet places, this hotel is perfect.

The hotel is old, the food cane runs, the buffet is meagre, that did not finish for lunch, finish in another see for dinner. Settlement only after 14.00, giving money is not reception is pointless anyway check-in after 14.00 staff at the reception is very boorish.

Nice place. Pleasent environment. The lobby is nicely arranged and decorated. Good equiped and located bar. Very friendly service. 3 meals and afternoon snacks. 10 to 10 all inclusive bar service. 10 minutes walk to beach. Rooms are very big and well equiped. Healthy food served.

Very open and very friendly and accommodating. Meals and choice varied. I can recommend this hotel.

Nice interior with spa and warm indoor pool, but food was not that good as well as staff communication.

Two just for service and mineral water, but dirty hotel and poor quality and selection of food.

We were a group of 10 people and all of us are extremely disappointed of the hotel`s conditions. We went there with the idea of relaxing weekend but end up with stomach pain and bad experience. The food — extremely untasty, raw chicken and mushrooms. Very poor quality of food and drinks! At the restaurant was extremely cold. The rooms — towels with dried blood on them, TV and phone not working, mold in the bathroom! The SPA — no flip-flops (we had to go to Varna to buy), one of the bathrobes was with dried blood as well plus we had to give 20 leva deposit for each one of them; only one of the two saunas working. We had a SPA Capsule included in the price but we couldn`t use it because nobody told us that we have to book it first. After a conversation with the manager we have been told that she will think about compensation. After day and a half when nobody call us we went again to speak with the manager. She has been extremely rude and even yelling on us. End up with no compensation and A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! I don`t recommend this place at all!

Great residence hotel of quality in a touristic place near the sea. The rooms are a bit old, and sometimes lack a little bit of maintenance. International breakfast is ok, but no more. The pool is good, it is necessary to leave a deposit for bathrobes and all the other businesses in the SPA are paid (jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, …). We have visited this place off season, it was nice. When is it in season?

The hotel, of course, is higher than three stars does not pull. Good. The reception and the ground floor look lovely. There is a water treatment facility, not far from the shopping street, a mineral complex. By location in general 5 out of 5. The numbers are sad. They lived in an apartment with their wife and a small child. There is a stove, but trouble with dishes for cooking. Constantly knocking out traffic jams. The cot was terrible. I had to throw all the blankets that were found in the room, so that it was even. The furniture is not bad, but tired. It's a little dirty. And the cherry on the cake — weddings in August in the restaurant. Right under the windows on Fridays and Saturdays. Very loud. When a small child — this option is not the best neighborhood.

Residence — not bad. There are "Estreya Palace". It is much worse. Four stars simply is not there by definition. They have a shared kitchen is a plus but the "numbering", especially the 4th floor sucks.

Hotel claiming to be 4 star BUT in reality 3 stars. Our room was 408, a view of the Park and the surrounding area of Varna, not a bad view to be honest. The room is big! Unfortunately, besides the size, the room itself is not very… Furniture is damaged, the mattresses are not very. Towels on view nepostroennye. The maid on our comments to the underwear just shrugged. The bathroom light is dim, and this gave the towels even more stale, on the curtains, stains from creams, apparently from former tenants. The shower stall was smeared along the seams of different silicone at the seams on the shower ceiling. Disassembled the door to the bath did not close and did not open because of the moisture in the room… this problem was eliminated master. By the end of vacation, the door again would not close. The room has a tumble dryer, a small fridge, but empty, and freezes well! All the disadvantages of the hotel pays off a cozy, lovingly landscaped Park area, as well as quite good food. From the hotel exit to the promenade, in sama centre and on the other side of the resort, the bus stops to Varna. The big plus : access to the boardwalk and to Aquahouse (new thermal baths), as well as the beaches. The beaches in the hotel district at the Grand Varna is gorgeous! A little walk and you will see!

The place is beautiful, lots of greenery, the beach on the tricame on July 28 poured heavy rain.

It's a nice hotel. There is a pool with mineral water. In the evenings it is very noisy from the nearby hotel. From the sea is not very far, but the beach is bad: seaweed, rocks. It's about 15 minutes to reach Sahara Beach. The food in the restaurant is quite decent, but sometimes the queues for pancakes and grill.

Once was a nice hotel with many German regulars. Over the last few years it has become ever worse. Especially this year by masses of noisy pöbelnden Russians, not again.

You get what you pay. Reasonably priced but very crowded with Russians, the food is okay but the rennerry to get to the food sucks a lot. The dining room just too crowded. The beds at the pool, so polluted I have not seen anywhere lying. Evenings often children's disco or other events therefore take room to the street side, very quiet.

The place has a spa, also an inside and outside pool, and the rooms are pretty regular so I'll give it a good 3/5

I like this place. Good workers and it's near to st. Konstantin&Helena church. The Hotel has Spa, Animators & great garden.

Big updated hotel, indoor mineral water swimming pool and spa center. Outdoor swimming pool, beautiful lush green garden. Not exactly a 4 star. Experience, more like 3 star. Restaurant did not work for outside guests in the winter, we were offered sandwiches — not a 4 star at all:) We had a day pass for the indoor pool, steam bath and the spa capsule. In the locker room, the lockers don't have keys, we were given an option to keep our valuables in a safe on the reception. Clean, new steam bath, that day there were some problems in the showers next to the steam room, we showered next to the pool. Overall — pleased with the pool, the water was warm (30 — degrees C) would it again, considering there are not many places to swim in the winter in Varna.

Boring Buffet food, unfortunately there is no imagination and spices.
The pools have been cleaned for 1 week, unfortunately without any noticeable progress. Swimming is not possible.
Rooms are relatively clean, unfortunately chattering and whistling all the time the outdated vents and other things.
The result is that if you are deaf and blind and there are no more taste buds, then you can feel really comfortable here.

Nice quiet location right next to the monastery.
Not far to the beach or after Varna Golden Sands.

I spent my holiday end of August — beginning of September there.
First of all, I would like to mention the positive aspects.
1. The location is very good. To the beach about 5-8 minutes walk.
2. The hotel is not bad — and you can definitely make something out of it (if you want it doing :) because the situation as I said is optimal and the size + equipment would make it possible. ) If the will there been…
3. Clean the rooms
And now the negative aspects
-The food was an absolute disaster! I had booked all IN, have something to eat but only gefrüstückt and in the evening the first 3 days, until I noticed, that the food from the previous day is made partially warm, or 'pimped' by tomato sauces, etc.
For dinner, there was always the same. No change
Very bad, I found the hygienic standards in the restaurant. The harness was partially dirty, there was no glasses + cups etc. I had to frequently talk on it staff
Conclusion food: not a 4star Hotel = clean leaves to desires and unfortunately unpleasant stomach problems caused in me. Other guests complained about poisoning…
-no animation — is there anything to eat until 8: 00, the hotel bar closes at 22:30
-the pool is totally dirty and overgrown… it creates the impression that it cannot even cleaned.
