Fantastic family holiday all inclusive place! Loved the Arabic themed dinner! Children friendly, fun and safe.

Have just spent a week in this hotel will never be back although the hotel was bright and fairly good food the staff were horrendous noone could speak english and were very rude. We were all inclusive but still had to pay for water and drinks as noone told us where the free bar was. We were looked down on because we were from northern ireland and felt totally out of place. The cleaning is very poor as the cleaner is too busy looking through peoples belongings and taking what stuff. We even had to buy our own toilet roll as didnt give you much. Totally rubbish holiday couldnt get sunloungers at the pool either. Will not be back.

The hotel is nice, recently after renovation. The restaurant is fed deliciously and pink. The rooms are cozy. For this kind of money is a very good choice.

It's a nice hotel. The food is delicious. It's all on. Drinking as a drink; there are some limitations, but almost as much as you want. For those who like to drink something special — there is a paid Lobby bar; And there are plenty of restaurants around. Early breakfast 7.30-10. Lunch 12.30-14. There is also a light lunch on the beach from 11 to 15. Long dinner 18-21. There's a 16-16 snack. 30 (it is convenient, because on the day of settlement lunch is not possible, and noon — you can). You can't starve to death in this hotel. Pool with bar and ice cream; for young children a small slide into the shallow pool. Animators do all sorts of competitions for children. The sports ground. To the sea go 10-15 minutes. The downside is the bad internet at the reception: accordingly neither work nor time to pass on the day of departure. They say you can pay extra and give the ineto in the room. It seemed to me that the Internet should be included in All Inclusive, at least at the reception (for work at least). The staff speaks Russian, some in English. At least in this, 2018. Below they wrote that the neighbors got caught bad; So it's as lucky. In any hotel, such a mess can happen; It does not depend on the administration, but on the issue of the Internet I would advise to work.

There were seven nights here. Of the pluses, the staff understands Russian, feed is not bad, there is a pool. From the cons, to the sea go ten to fifteen minutes, bad internet, free alcohol, which is included in all inclusive, below average quality, especially beer.

Just spend 2 weeks on this very nice hotel. We ordered BB (so we didn't have to wear the blue armbands :-) ) Good rooms with a sea view (if you pay extra), and a super breakfast restaurant. Nice kind and very helpfull service from all the employees. Only negative: too loud music from the hotel events beginning at 9 am at the pool area until 10 pm at the dining area. Easy to get to and from Varna by bus at only 3 Lv (2 USD). And a clean pool area and short walk to the beach.

In the Hyom hotel probably so, little but tasty, personally to me small but tasty assortment is suitable. Noticeable on the chef that knows a lot about the hotel simple, not luxurious, far from the sea, NL cut can be.

We spent two good weeks in the Hotel in August and think that it is really a nice place. The Hotel is in a lovely park with nice swimming pool. Most of the staff speak English. The cleaning is not the best one but the rooms are big and bright.

The hotel is really underestimated. We stayed there in the first week of September. The staff was really helpful and assist us in every our demand. We strongly recommend this place as it provides perfect value for money service. Keep up the good work!

The hotel is good, friendly staff and normal food. It is noisy during the day but very quiet at night. The beach is less than 10 min and is really nice. The hotel is perfect for families with children.

The hotel is 5 min away from the street with the shops and the restaurants. The food for breakfast was good. Rooms cleaned every day. Needs renovation but is really good value for money.

I am completely satisfied with the service. Cleanliness is fine. Employees do their job perfectly so that they never fail to satisfy their customers. Rooms are large and good too. Food normal.

A nice hotel, not close to the beach but the swimming pool is good and it is not far from the free area on the beach next to Riviera. Tried the fish restaurant there — close to the beach Neptun:really good. The children liked the playground. Food and rooms normal.

It is in a calm area of the otherwise big and noisy resort. It has all-inclusive plans and is 5 minutes away from the beach.

Okay. Try to book a room on the higher floors 4+ and with a seaside view. Breakfast — satisfactory. Room service — satisfactory. Never visited pool, because it's stupid — sea is near Just sad thing, that they don't have a free parking place.

Relax with two children 5 and 4 years. The single rooms are small but fit it. Very lacking in room microwave and kettle (tea accounts for BREW drip coffee maker very often change towels and underwear. So who's going to relax: Hotel 4 *, but the restaurant and everything that there is 3 *. So don't expect Turkish olinklûziv. Location, if there is no purpose not stirring up in vacation (from the sea have a little walk in the Hill). We all like furniture and room bare pool. Safe is only recepe.
