Food is not possible, the rooms are dirty, not suitable for families, because there are parties in the corridors and rooms all night.

I highly recommended this hotel located right in the centre of the Golden sands. Go for all inclusive in this hotel. Varied choices of freshly made menu very delicious, unlimited drinks of all sorts, and daily room cleaning etc. Staff are friendly, smiling and helpful. Reception Staff Olga and the manager were so accommodating from the start to finish of our holiday, they were excellently helpful given us a customer satisfaction service. I am so grateful with all the great services this hotel has given us, plus the extra day all inclusive bonus stay till our flight. I definitely coming back here someday somehow

Excellent accommodation and food.

Very friendly! The stuff is very funny and professional! The rooms are cool! ❤️

Worst experience ever. Ugly food which gets you sick (some of us puked). Unfriendly staff. We had a room with "sea view", all we saw was a balkony full of trash and dry vomit (see picture). There were bed bugs in our beds, all of us got rashes. Roomservice doesn't seem to exist.

It's very good hotel, near to Beach and near to all clubs in Golden Sands. Only minus is A food. Food was "same" every Day.

I'm here for vacation and this is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever seen. Very nice service and good location.

Very bad quality of the rooms. Specially bathroom with stinky smell. Service is too bad were you can't access the pool if you don't take the all inclusive package. The elevator is so cheap that we were stack in it 3 times during 5 days.

Gladiola 3-stars + : Great localisation near beach, clubs, groceries shop + : Great staff who work their ass off (but not mention cleaners), always smile to you and greatings you 0 : Food was O. K. — : The cleaners was a joke in that hotel. They clean the rooms every single day and every single day we have our private beach on the floor. We get blood stained sheets as "clean one", and when one of my friend leaves a small spot on his sheet, we get the fine to pay — : the pool has fungus on the fugue. If you touch it it leaves a trail on your finger / shorts. You can not jump into the pool, and its get closed on 5PM. If you does that you gonna get fined 50 euro -: the rooms looks bad. They small and has 30years old furniture. The TV has 15inches. The WC smell rally bad.

Definitely not recommended for families. Numerous defective items in the room and really very bad eat that is either not through or cold. The volume is not exactly quiet due to the nearby clubs. Only the location is top and the friendly staff.

Close to Mega park and for a pure party hotel top. Only the buffet is very meagre. Eating often does not go through or cold.

Rooms is exactly as expected, small and basic but at least clean. THe bar puts alot of alcohol in the drinks and the staff working is stressed but they try their best to keep nice.

Beautiful Hotel, surroundings is only to enjoy under the influence of alcohol.

Never any human being should book this Hotel if he wants to spend a nice holiday. I was in the Gladiola Hotel 3-star, about Gladiola Star 4-star I've heard, however, nothing good. Where I am, if you check in the front Desk would like to begin the Persos of any on take care of. In My opinion you have to take the Persos, to have a good push for unfounded invoices. So we had to pay, for example, 70 € because you have replaced our linen clean and new. (We had all inclusive) Then you could not close the door to our room, because the door frame was broken, the door without violence press/pull. Where I will continue to do, our booked 3 rooms was a double room with a mattress on the floor. The toilet brush holder was full of toilet water, looked pointed to several tourists in front of us. The food is inedible, a Miturlauberin had to pass on the food. The staff is more than unfriendly, if you do not enter the Pool via the stairs, you get to use it anymore at all. I could go on forever, but instead I upload just a few pictures, as we have our hotel rooms found.

Can't understand why all of this hotel poorly rated. I found everything good from the facilities and the building itself. Staff is also very friendly. You can only complain about the food, partly semi-raw sausages and steaks. So you should be careful with the meat, but there are also things you can eat well. But it should be known that in Bulgaria almost nowhere you get good food.
Moreover, the hotel is really cheap, we pay for the next holiday €120 in the Gladiola! This is unbeatably cheap therefore, for me any bad rating is not comprehensible at these prices.

Hotel its not so great… Its smell in room from bathroom. Small bathroom. Elevator have no doors.

Waaay better than the regular gladiola. Nice rooms and studios. Very responsive staff.

The rooms are small, but clean and well-kept.
Rooms with 3 beds are the same size as regular double rooms. Only a mattress is placed on the floor next to the right beds.
The staff is very friendly, but young men at the bar are obviously not so fond of being served.
The food is fine for a 3 * hotel, but there is a lack of variety.
The low price and proximity to all major hotspots on the Gold Beach are, of course, clear plus points. So as accommodation well suited for party tours. Families should be more likely to look around a different place.

Large rooms. Price is almost unbeatable. The rooms and the hallways of the hotel are fully air-conditioned. Staff are friendly. On the balcony can be seen. The rooms are clean, and the bathroom for Bulgarian conditions impeccable. The only flaw, we never noticed the all inclusive offer. This is better to avoid.

Nightmare and disaster. The reception guy named Hristo was very rude and hooligan. Me and my friends were at the hotel bar outside and went to toilet. The guy followed us, checked us at the toilet, asked very rudely why we are here and what we do with bad words. He thought we are foreigners and don't understand Bulgarian language, but fortunately I understood his Bulgarian bad words. When I said I will call the police, he left immediately. I even took picture of his staff card and I will uplord here. I don't think he came without manager's order. So this hotel has very poor management system and they even hire hooligans from the street. If you want very bad experience for your beach traveling, you can choose them. Anyway I won't come back this hotel again, and I will tell all my friends not to go.

Rooms without hair dryer, this may be borrowed only for an hour. Unfriendly staff. All incl. Buffet looks here: on the other side is someone gives the the amount on the plate on which he has just lust. A total service, cleanliness and food the worst hotel in which I was until now! The single star is for the location.

Gute zimmer, perfekte lage, sehr nette barkeeper, große buffetauswahl, gut gepflegter pool, sauber, junge gäste.

Rooms are normally clean and well furnished (TV, refrigerator, Chair, bed, etc. ). The rooms were cleaned every day roughly, the beds newly made and cleaned the bathroom.
Near the beach and Club is very good. The hotel pool has invited swimming and sunbathing.
The food was but not so good for that. The food tasted like from lecture, even the simplest dishes and salad bar have not tasted. You could find out but always 2 dishes, which then I tasted one, one so starved is not.
The staff was not doing too well organized and room cards were issued on simple demand, what is indeed enjoyable, but represents a security risk, as any person could gain access to a room.
Many employees could speak german and were nice.
Overall I liked the stay for a party-Gold Beach-holiday (96% party guests). Families should then would rather find another hotel.

All in all quite ok. The room, the tables, the floor was always very tidy and the staff were trying very hard to keep everything neat. Partly these were very unfriendly. The food was acceptable, for the money at least, otherwise you had to look, until you had found some reasonably ordinary. The wait at the bar was relatively short in the first week. However some ABI classes and thus over 150 people in the hotel were anything else ran. You could visit the lunch and dinner only with at least one hour after opening, because you had to wait otherwise 20-30 minutes until they could get something to eat, because the buffet was extremely small. In the evening at the bar of absolute madness, no system, the staff was totally understaffed and it lasted forever until you got something. Absolutely weak by the management, as this certainly was not the first year with multiple guests. The hotel was booked out to not begin, there will not even imagine what it would look like at full capacity. After a few days, the employees made at least a second bar, that a little entzerrte about. The hotel was finally right, but once and never again.

Very well located close to everything with lots of greenery, parking places, but quite bad supported.

Food was very good, the location was great. Unfortunately, there is a lack of cleanliness in the rooms. When we the beds apart and pushed there was all kinds of trash, the predecessor to find. The foot and Ubergangsleisten dissolve and form tripping hazards.
