The hotel was nice, clean and comfy. The receptionist was super friendly and nice to us and took us to our room, and even offered some pasties and sweets!
The room was great, big enough, clean and modern, with a spacious bathroom, and big window with blackout curtains.
Great location too!

My experience from today…
I suddenly had to cancel my trip due to healthy issue and requested from hotel, even that hapened on the day of my planed arrival, to cancel my accomodation and charge me nothing — they accept it.
That is very nice and showing how they're doing great job and representing Bulgaria on a very high level.
I'll stay here next time for sure.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Location in Sofia! The place is absolutely perfect – clean, stylish, and in a fantastic central location. I would also like to give special thanks to the receptionist, Ms. Mira, for her assistance. The only disadvantage is regarding TV channels. As in most Bulgarian facilities, English and Latin script do not exist. It is a little hard to understand. Anyway, we would suggest this hotel to everyone.

It was great. It is very close to the center and the metro. It is safe and very clean. The staff is great and they welcome you in a perfect way. There are lockers for your suitcases if you have a late flight. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely stay here again.

Terrible customer service they insist that you check online when you arrive for the room code. I asked how to do that if I don’t have a local SIM card and have no internet access. They were 100% inflexible and offered no solution. I hate this attitude. I have to buy a local SIM card just so I can check into your hotel. Seriously?

Exceptional place. Staff is so welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I had a studio for 5 nights and it was cleaned and serviced every day. There is free italian espresso for the guests and staff buy fresh cakes every day! First time I experience such an attention for the comfort of the guests.
I felt very safe since there is access control on several levels.

Boutique rooms with minimal fuss but everything you need and within close proximity to everything you want!

Arrived very early after taking the overnight train from Istanbul and was very appreciative that they had a room ready that I could check into early at no extra cost. The room itself was modern and very clean with all the amenities. The location was excellent, a short walk from all of the tourist sites and restaurants and was easy to reach the train station and the airport. Only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay more!

At 5 minutes walking distance from the main shopping street and also 5 minutes walking distance from the “Serdica” metro station. Arrived from the airport with the M4 meteo line to the Serdica station which is the cheapest and fastest way to reach this hotel (and the centre) from the airport. On arrival, the staff opened the door which was locked from the main door. Easy registration, it is more like an apartment studio than an hotel. Most of the things were brandnew with a nice, new builded bathroom.
In the main hall you can get free water and cakes during the complete day. It is a very safe building with a lot of doors opening with a hotelcard only.
