Very nice hotel! Nice food, clear rooms.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice. I bought coffee at the lobby bar and it was delivered to my room. Also the bed was comfortable.

The rooms do not meet the stars presented by the hotel.

Not so polite guest services, the " head chef " is in appropriate in the way he demands to see your room key. The breakfast is not edible. Poor standards for a 4 star hotel. If this is the strandard in Bulgaria … 2 stars for what should be a 2 star hotel.

One of the nicest little hotels I've been. Amazing staff and great restaurant menu. The rooms are kept very tight and have enough space.

Great room for the price and good breakfast.

Terrible hotel. Everything is old. The service is also poor. First time staying here but definitely the last.

I would liked that the heat would work in my room.

Soft floors, nice rooms, fridge, Wi-Fi, bathroom, shower, hair dryer, TV and so on. Good value for money, parking is not big. The room was very clean and clean.

Food is good in evening. Rooms are good size and comfortable.

The beds in the room are in need of replacement the mattresses are worn out. Breakfast was very poor the hot food was stone cold and the continental option was sparse. Hair dryer in the room didn't work.

Very good location and that is all. Nothing good can't be said! Don't make the mistake to stay here! Rooms are dirty, stuff unfriendly, breakfast — disaster!

The stuff in this hotel is very nice always at help anytime. Rooms clean and bathroom with bath tube is a nice present. Calm. To Sofia center can go by taxi around 7min which is very cheap about 2, 50€ one way. Breakfast is ok there is some choice though bread quality not so fantastic (frozen! ) The thing to change in this hotel could be the heating sistem, there is an airco which works as a heater too, it gives a bit too much noise for my regard. Hall is over heat. Though these are minor features I could sleep in the winter almost without heating. And please tune the piano from time to time :)

Hotel of passage without great interest.

Rooms are nice and the price acceptable, however the service is poor and the buffet breakfast appalling!

This is not a four star hotel, more like 2, the rooms are in need of renovation and repair with cracks and broken panels. Breakfast was terrible, especially the waitress who was really rude and couldn't be bothered. The location is good, and the prices of the rooms are cheap.

Clean, good prices and good food, will go again for sure.

I was there only for 1 night☝ (visiting the City) and here are impressions from the Hotel. It has 4 floors, rooms are well equipped — all of them have Wi-Fi, TV, AC❄. One cons is the loud noise coming from absorbation. Triada also has SPA&Restorant and parking for clients.

Everything was perfect! The morning the car battery is dead, free helped to start.
