Nice place bit out of the way house keeping seems abit lax lovely people work here.

It's a decent hotel. Delicious breakfast. It's all good.

— Location: sketchy area outside of Sofia. I don't recommend to walk the surrounding area alone at night
— Rooms: Clean-ish, curtains useless for keeping out light, bed not very comfortable
— Service: rooms are only cleaned every 5 (! ) days. Not even fresh towels in between. Reason according to reception: "We are only a 3 star hotel, not a 5 star. " Really!?
— Staff: Not very friendly except for one guy. Breakfast lady doesn't even understand English
— Breakfast: cold coffee, one type of bread, no juice.

Perfect! Excellent! I'm very happy with this hotel! I come back for sure! The bathroom was big and had an amazing shower, the chamber was very big and it was very calm in the hotel. Breakfast was some slices meat and cheese whit some vegetables and 3 slices bread. The bread was disgusting haha xd; and coffe or tea ofcourse! The hotel is close to the airport and a 20-25 minutes walking to the stores. The hotel is perfect for couples or for people who wants a one-night stand. I payed 98 leva (50€) for 2 nights with 2 times breakfast, super cheap! I still don't get that they can give this all for that price A sugestion: you can order Domino's pizza, they deliver it straight to your room and they have a big menu for a small price.

Love the atmosphere, I got cozy & clean 'smokers' room with very comfy bed, nice staff, only the included so called 'breakfast' was poor, and I mean reeaallyy poor, surprisingly t even a cup of coffee, but all else was definitely best value for the price! :) RECOMMENDED!

The hotel is three stars from and to, but from the center of the city is far, frankly in Chigirjah, but pleased with the staff and quality of service, the staff English and Russian all, taxi to the center of Sofia-€3, back took €4.

Quiet place, decent restaurant at site and freindly staff.

The hotel is very well equipped. The rooms are spacious and offer all means of comfort. The bed is located in a quiet and peaceful area, but it is far from the city centre and there are not many stores or restaurants near.

Staff were super cold and unwelcoming! Hotel was clean tho.

Cheap, clean, close to airport and downtown (even by bus, line 1). Breakfast to forget. Staff very helpful.

A very nice basic hotel for travellers who seek clean, quiet and reasonably close to airport hotel at very a reasonable price. The service is good. Standard rooms are as expected. No experience of the hotel restaurant — there was a wedding last time we visited. We did not hear anything to our 3rd floor room though. Definately will book a room again even though the enviroment is very industrial.
