The worst hotel I've ever been. No towels, the TV wasn't working, TV phone wasn't working, I found a used razor in the bathroom, and had to go all the way down to tell the receptionist to do something. After half an hour young man came up and while chewing a chew gum said that he cannot do nothing about the phone and the TV. I suggested he just need to change the batteries. It worked.
On the second day we found our room locked. I went down and I was informed that I had paid for one night and that "You haven't said you'll stay for 2 nights" which wasn't true at all. We fixed it but it was the worst experience in a hotel I ve ever had.

The hotel felt good until I had to put my guests in it! It is obvious that the owners have tried, built well, the rooms have gorgeous views of the vito, BUT everything spoils the staff! At first, we were frankly snagging at the reception. Directly answering, to any request that if something is not like, it is not the only hotel in Sofia, and I took it into account for the future) ) )
The next day at the reception again squied, the question where you can take the ice.
And the bottom line. Sorry for the directness, but the employee on the door is not sane zombies, for a long time did not meet such, the car came to pick up guests with a pile of heavy luggage, he persistently tried to drive out of the completely empty parking around the corner of the hotel! It is not clear such behavior, extremely deranged staff, it seems that they want to disperse everyone, although so at such a time that the hotel that parking is empty! In general, Do not advise, spoil the nerves and time, and the manager just a call — I understand that in Sofia the problem with personnel, but do something, otherwise everyone will avoid you! After all, the hotel itself is not bad!

Great hotel for staying for couple of nights. Good parking, excellent breakfast.

The hotel is located on the edge of Sofia. Nearby (10-15 minutes' walk) is a good hypermarket where you can make good purchases. Good hotel, there is a SPA (affordable prices). The staff are understanding. The rooms are spacious enough. Clean!

A decent hotel with good service and a great location to nearby malls. The major path in front of it is a little crazy and there is a lot of construction and dust in that area right now. Room was good but the mattress was very old and springy.

Room badly cleaned. On the floor hair. Quilt cover dirty. Drain in the sink does not work. The staff is not friendly and does not decide anything!

Not a bad hotel, enough to spend the night. Of the funny things: the tap in the toilet backlash is so strong that it was possible to scroll it around its axis, the door to the toilet did not close normally, had to lift it a little to close. Little things happen.
But a great restaurant, bar and a good hookah do, serve and rakia to hookah even though it was not on the menu. Recommend!

Very good hotel! impeccable service, clean rooms, bathroom and excellent food. Also the hotel has a fitness center, and massage room!

Worst hotel I ever been. No way a 4 stars hotel! Rude staff, everything smells old, our bathroom was flooded every time we used the shower, no facilities such as a sleepers or bathrobe were given, and the rooms are really old. Won’t stay again or recommend.

Generally ok for price, beds not comfortable, noisy at times from restaurant or other sources inside even at night.

Nice hotel very closed to Bulgaria Mall. Can take tram no 7 to the city. Staff are good and room is clean. Good variety of breakfast.

The hotel does not correspond to the stated stars. Old furniture, dubious cleanliness, poor transport accessibility. Suitable only to stay in the evening for 1 night when leaving Sofia.

I have literally lived in this hotel for 3 consecutive months in 2014, for 2 days in 2015 and for 2 days in 2017, in several frontside and backside rooms & a suite. On every single visit every service has the same or better quality compared to my previous visit. If I could describe it in three words that would be; Quality, Quality, Quality.

A super cool place with amazing cuisine and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend it for a business lunch, even for a romantic dinner after work! Chamkoria Borovetz is just splendid too!

Check in was slow and I heard the restaurant was very low quality. Room was ok, and the air conditioning worked. The bathroom had a musty odor.

A bit out of town but taxis are cheap, very nice clean hotel.

Beautiful hotel! I have visited it for a business conference and I am seriously thinking about organising my wedding reception there.

The room was very pretty, well decorated, would have liked to get the bed back at home with me :) staff is helpful and very friendly.
