Convenient location, there is parking in the yard, a good buffet for breakfast. The room was cleaned every day. Of the drawbacks — the room did not have a kettle.

Hotel place is the only positive point. Very bad smell inside rooms and baths. Hotel restaurant is poor.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. Full of problems! At the entrance to the "hotel" they brought us a room on the first floor, full of dust and he smell of cigarettes on the bedclothes. The curtain in the shower was not washed from the first day the hotel opened. I said dust already? Full of dust! We asked to be replaced by a room and they really changed us to another room. But of course the new room also had a problem there was no hot water for the shower. It took a long time for us to solve the problem only the next day we did not shower that day. And the answers of the workers here are really not respected … We asked to speak to the hotel manager and she also gave excuses. Not recommended at all! I almost forgot that there is no tasty and varied breakfast here.

It is terrible hotel and worst experience I ever had. It is dirty and things are broken in the room. Top was, that a whole night till 6am there was very loud music playing nearby and it was impossible to sleep. Even covering ears did not help as the whole building was shaking. Fortunately the breakfast was horrible and I couldn't eat it and thereby saved some unnecessary calories.

Location good, interior looks nice, but cleanliness. Oh my, basic things being forgotten.

A water problem has prevented us from taking advantage of a reservation since January. The receptionist sent us to a much less comfortable hotel without any more compensation…

Hotel under expectations. Dilapidated as structure, price too high for quality and services offered. Completely lacking bar service both in reception and in the room.

Don't make the mistake to stay at this hotel, the location is perfect but the hotel itself OMG. How places like this can exist?! And I'm not complaining about the poor rooms but about the unexpected roommates in my bed. It was full of BUGs!

The hotel is quite decent, but you will not have dinner in it, T. K. No restaurant. Only breakfast in the café.

Not a bad place in the heart of Sofia.

Great location near the center and conveniently accessible by metro from the airport. Old and though refurbished structure maintains old furnishings, doors and fixtures. Poorly cleaned and some days cleaning that should be daily are not carried out. See Sunday, February 25, 2018

Nice hotel in the city centre, but so the planes come to the landing above the hotel, then constantly audible the hum of the engines, in the morning for breakfast give the same, but generally tasty, my wife and I are happy)

Very average hotel. Time stopped here many years ago. Good location but also very bad, nearby is night club so if you want to sleep well after whole day sightseeing — forget about it. Comfort of this place is average. Bathroom… Well it was a bit scary to sit down and not fall down because it was unstable. In the wardrobe was a lot of paper bags and plastic bags. Lights didn't work correctly. In the night was loud and unpleasant. Breakfast? Well actually everything cold, very simple and not really tasty one. 2-3 types of cheese and sausages, no eggs, some poor salad and very bad bread. Coffee from the machine was just bitter and not tasty at all. Sorry but never again. For this price I saw much better hotels and hostels.

The person in reception, Rumen, tried to scam myself and my colleagues. He's ignored our online booking and pretented he's never received. When the booking came to light he's changed the story and lied to our faces. He tried to make money on our booking by giving it to others at a more expensive rate. He has also been very rude and unhelpful. This is the 1st time I wrote a negative review about anyone but i've had a horrible experience and I don't wish anyone else to be scammed like this…

Absolutely not a 4 star! The rooms are very clean A triple with sofa bed really too uncomfortable they did not provide us the bedding. At the reception most of the staff rude and does not speak Italian. Very dodgy hotel area full of Gypsies.

Very nice Hotel in the center of the city, tidy and clean room, clean bathroom although not very modern. Staff of the Holle most Italian, friendlier and a unique availability. Very good price.

Nice clean cozy old hotel right in the centre of the city staff was accommodating except morninh shift reception lady. I guess she doesn't like her job.

It has very good location, it is clean and it is spacious. As a paste they could take care of it a little more in terms of aesthetics.

In case of cancellation for personal reasons, the hotel compensates with the entire amount of the rooms programmed.

The location of the hotel is good and the breakfast they offer also, otherwise old rooms and emoquetadas and old and unappetizing looking toilet.

Great Hotel stayed there for 4 nights while visiting Sofia Bulgaria would recommend this hotel is very central to city centre.

I slept in worse places but this flawed in finishing in the style rooms. Breakfast just Enough.

Room is run down and dated. Poor lighting. There is club next door which you can hear the music through the walls. Service however is top notch. Breakfast is average. Location is central and is in easy walking distance to anything.

Wide and clean room. Located at the center of Sofia and wherever tourist attractive are in walking distance. Staff are kind and friendly. One thing disappointed was that they did not accept to use credit card due to system error when I stayed.

Read a few iffy reviews about this place but having been I can't see why. Clean and tidy big rooms incredibly central. No hassle what so ever and helpful staff throughout.

It's very central. The hotel is very clean, although a bit dated. The only point of demerit is the too much casino made by the disco below that you only hear in some rooms… let you give rooms overlooking the street!

Perfect location for the center Sofia! Excellent! The rooms was very clean the bed was comfortable. And the staff good service. Esp. The breakfast time was excellent. Love it.

Very good value for money, the rooms were nice, cozzy and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The only disappointment was the way we were reminded to leave the room, it was a bit rude although we would anyway checkout on time.

Perfect location. Spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. Cordial, helpful and friendly staff (special mentions to the receptionist Gergana and the breakfast waitress Maria)

This place looks nice and is on the great location. However, it craves for renovation (doors, doorlocks, window blinds, …). But the worst thing was that there was no running hot water in the shower unless you keep it running for about 15 minutes. I was at the short business trip and checked in late at night when I just needed to shower and crash to bed. Imagine the frustration for not having a hot shower in December night after spending couple of hours at freezing — 10 degrees outside. Avoid this place until you hear they have renovated or changed the owner.

A rip off! Staff unable and surly. The hotel is not 4 star but at most 2 stars. Despite being advertised as a hotel where the staff speaks Italian, in fact some barely speak an English school. The hotel is dirty, poorly maintained and the rooms stink. In short I had a bad experience! DEFINITELY A HOTEL TO AVOID.

Very good hotel. The place is in the center of the city. The reception was very friendly. I think that is the best value for money hotel in the center of Sofia.
