The hotel has a very nice atmosphere, the rooms are very clean, tidy and cleaned every Day. Restaurant at a very high level tasty food and very friendly Service. I heartily recommend this hotel to all interested.

Very clean hotel with very kindly and professional staff. The suite was very comfortable for the 4 of us and we had a lovely little balcony. We had breakfast included, which included a great array of foods. The hotel is very central.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms, modern design. Hotel is close to the centre, metro and bus station. Good service! And very big portions in the restaurant;) as well as in whole Sofia and Plovdiv. Aaa interesting that to reach Plovdiv is only 2 hours by bus! Very nice historical city to visit:)

Big suite with lovely balcony. Location is not good as imagined but good enough for walking over all palace in Sofia.
Breakfast is good also, only price is quite high maybe cause I am booked online but paid here.
Anyway, recommend to everyone here.

Very good hotel if you avoid the rooms on the street.

Bel Hotel, located in the city centre a 10 minutes walk from the historic center, forget the view, spacious rooms well equipped hairdryer, empty fridge, hot water kettle and tea and coffee bag available, small restaurant but buffet at will.

Central and clean Hotel. To recommend.

A hotel conveniently located between the centre and Sofia train station. A relatively quiet street. A very soundproof hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, Italian shower with liquid soap dispenser. Satellite TV, which allows you to watch some French channels (France 2, TV5, France 24). Free Parking. Breakfast in the good average with bread, croissant, deli, juice, Bulgarian yogurt, eggs… A more than adequate address.

Central Hotel. Very close to Lavov most metro station. In 15 minutes walk you get to the center. Very warm and clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Staff available. There are several supermarkets nearby. Overlooking a quiet and little busy street.

The hotel is just a few minutes from the metro station. Great location to start the sightseeing route of the city. Our room (704) spacious and very clean. All the staff were with us friendly and kind. The breakfast offers a buffet both sweet and salty. Tasty dinner too. The overall judgement is positively positive.

Conveniently located, close to the main attractions of the city. Polite, attentive staff. Spacious clean rooms, comfortable bed, bath. White underwear.

Nice Hotel, nice people. But that dog, who is constant barking. Don't want to go there anymore, unless the dog is gone.

Staff are excellent, corner rooms are the biggest, buffet breakfast has something for everyone, beds comfy, great views of vitosha mountain.

The quality is really good, some of the service are very nice, some need to be improved, but in general my opinion for the hotel is positive. They need to develop a marketing campaing for the future if thet want to be more succussful, not just a regular and the next one hotel in the capital. Good luck.

Loved the hotel. Youngest daughter has been allocated a travel cot. Nice service.

Monotonous breakfasts. There are eggs in the morning two weeks is impossible.

Google Maps location on the map is WRONG. There is no hotel in this location. Sofia Princess hotel is near the railway station. Radisson SAS, as written on the map is also not there. It is near the Parliament. Sad mistake, but not the only one.
